I hit a giant and very unexpected pot hole, which led to my compact car sounding like a diesel truck. We had a pretty good idea of what the problem was but we werent sure (and if our suspicion was correct, it wasnt something that could be fixed from home anyways) so I brought it in to Samuels. We let them diagnose the problem on their own to see what conclusion they came to and sure enough, it matched our theory! The quote was not expensive at all, they were honest about it being the one part needing to be replaced, and they said it could be fixed within 24 hours at the latest, so I left it there and expected a call back the following day. However, I ended up getting a call back before they even closed that day! Overall, affordable, quick, and trustworthy service!

So I went in knowing full well there was something wrong with my brakes. He took the time to hear my issues with previous jobs and even reassured me on some of my frustrations. He was going to schedule me for a future visit but then took a quick look. Realizing it was a safety issue he rearranged his pretty full schedule to work me in. Had my vehicle up and going with no noises within an hour to hour and a half. He was honest, prompt and explained it all. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Samuel’s Automotive is the best of the best.I’ve had a few issues with my car this year and I go to Samuel’s every time.My engine overheated on my way to Dallas - I had to keep going, but my car got towed to Samuel’s. He took care of everything while I was out of town. I have used Samuels for years. I find them to be very honest. The repairs are done right the first time. They are also done on time. I just had my wife’s 2012 Honda in because it was not cooling correctly. I thought it was going to be something major. Turns out that it was only a cabin air filter. If I had taken it to a dealership probably would’ve cost me big bucks. I would highly recommend these folks

New to the area and was recommended Samuels by the guys at TireLink. I had new air filters and 4 spark plugs installed, and had my brake fluid flushed. Had a reservation at 8 am and they were done by noon same day. Great customer service from Jared, excellent prices, and just plain professional overall. Any job over $25 and you get free one year of roadside assistance which is a nice added bonus. Will definitely bring my car back for future tune ups.

If youre looking for an Honest to God review, this is it. This shop is by far the most honest professional, and affordable shop i have ever come across. Ive got a diesel with a ton of problems. And i know that anytime i have an issue, Jared and the team at samuels automotive is on my side to get it done as soon as possible. The repairs are ALWAYS top notch, but the fact that you can walk into this shop and feel relief and know youre in good hands is priceless. If you take your business anywhere else it will be a loss on your behalf.

Had a broken serpentine belt tensioner bolt stuck. I had all the parts to make the repair but got stopped in the process of doing it myself. They accepted all the parts I had already purchased and fixed it for me. They just charged me the labor. Amazing service!They have a towing service they recommend that was efficient also.

Took my car to this shop after seeing good reviews and hearing my father rave about them. Got my valve cover replaced and oil changed...paid $567 for all the work done. Noticed a horrible burning chemical smell and smoke coming from the hood. I thought maybe they spelled a little oil, until I opened the hood to see oil all over the engine and a random bolt laying around. Very disappointed in the fact I paid almost $600 for poor quality work. I also took pictures and have video proof.

Always a good experience here; honest, and fairly priced. My cars AC compressor a couple of years ago, and more recently a hub assembly in my wifes truck.

The people here are great! they explain any issues very thoroughly. They are very trust worthy and knowledgable. They stand by what they work on. They will prioritize car issues that need to be taken care of immediately, even if it means staying late. They dont try to upsell you. In fact, they will give you options to fix the issue and advise you on parts that may need repair along with it before they do the work.

Samuel and his team deserve 10 STARS. Their customer service is top notch! Samuel is the first mechanic that did not take advantage of the fact that Im a woman with zero knowledge about cars. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Hands down, best mechanic and I will never take my car anywhere else. I have a 1994 Mitsubishi 3000GT that I recently bought and he could have taken me to the cleaners. Honest, very knowledgeable and actually listened to what I was having issues with. Took the time to explain my car issues thoroughly and did not price gauge me or make unnecessary or fake repairs. Being a female, I have had some horrible experiences over the years. He went above and beyond and renewed my faith that there are still trustworthy mechanic shops in today’s world. And, free of charge, I get roadside assistance for TWO YEARS. Never heard of that from a mechanic shop.
