I took my Cadillac CTS for a Transmission Fluid Change and he updated me on the process and condition of the previous fluid the entire time. The very next day, I bought my Chevy Silverado for a A/C Check and he found the leak and fixed it quick. I had my 7month old with me and the lady inside put on Cocomelon for her and even helped me get the car seat out of the truck while I was carrying things. Overall Great Service as always, I haven’t been here since 2018 and they didn’t disappoint then and do not disappoint now. 5 Stars with Unbeatable Prices.

I have had THE BEST experiences I’ve ever had with a mechanic. Moe is the owner. His cousin works the phones and front desk. When I first visited this place I was so impressed by the service just like everyone else. Until a month ago I had work done on my truck which took 3 weeks to get it back. The time frame was not a big issue since still working from home. When I finally got the call to pick up my vehicle, Moe mentioned that my dashboard was broken in the process. He assured me it was their fault and he would replace it. Remember I just paid 993.00 to get my truck back. Here we are a month later and still my truck has not been fixed. Everytime I call now he is never available. So needless to say a man is only as good as his word. In this case it didnt mean much. He even mentioned to me how the insurance company was giving him the run around on fixing the damage to his building. Believe me I know when someone is giving me the run around as well. In this case Northside Motors. Needless to say I will not be returning to this place. Zero stars would represent this place much better.

Came in hoping to find the solution to my cars issue The owner is nice, but the car was misdiagnosed and I paid $600 for something I didnt even need was told they would contact a local dealership & never heard from them again. my car is at the dealership ship and Im $2,000 dollars in and basically gave $600 away for something that wasnt Correct .I recommend just going to the dealership labor is more, but lesson learned

By far the most trustworthy auto repair shop Ive ever been to. Prices are reasonable compared to other places but the customer service is incomparable. Moe has helped me with basic questions about how my car works to questions Ive had about possible vehicles Id be purchasing. I had a problem with my fan clutch and couldve easily fixed it while I was at college but I decided to wait until I could bring it to Moe because I knew itd be 100% on great care.

The owner, Moe, was extremely friendly and answered all of mine and my husbands questions honestly. His prices are fair and reasonable. Moe went above and beyond any other car shop. No wonder his place is booming with clients! The wait time was longer than expected, but it was mostly due to us asking him to check our car for certain problems it has. I had my 4 year old and 2 month old and waited 3 hours, but the ambiance was so chill we didnt mind. It helped that I came prepared with snacks. If you get hungry theres fast food restaurants nearby within walking distance.The location has a big screen TV onsite that shows Netflix kids shows. There was another couple with a baby that seemed pretty happy about the ambiance as well.Thanks Moe!

I would recommend this place to anyone. I arrived about 20mins early for my appointment and they were able to start looking at my car BEFORE my appointment time. Everyone is friendly and they took the time to explain everything and my options. They also dont take advantage of there customers, like so many other shops. They will recommend that you do something IF you need it done. They also gave me updates along the way. The only thing is, the office is really warm. So if you go wear cool clothes. But that is the only negative thing, which really isnt that bad. Everything else was great. I will be using their shop in the future.

The first time I went here I used a groupon a few years ago on a Ford Flex and they did my brakes in the front but they still scraped. They told me they couldn’t resurface them all the way. So fast forward they still have a great deal on Groupon. I went to the new location but it seemed like he didn’t wanna use any of my groupons . Why advertise it if you would rather have cash don’t treat your customers this way. So we come in to get brakes done I was told you should run down the brake pads because you would have to change the rotors in the front too. So I couldn’t use my groupon for brakes he quoted 250. He also said my radiator was done so he couldn’t use my coolant flush groupon which is understandable n he only uses my brake fluid flush. A week past by I get quotes for window regulators for my front 2 windows for 82 bucks or 164 for both verbally in the end it was 130 a piece, I wanted a quote for my brakes as well but had a groupon price for the pads I was verbally told 75 for each rotor in the front and my pads for 80 bucks the bill says 250 n the back rotors are replaced not the front ones we talked about which are still squealing . The back ones were original in good condition. Now the back ones he replaced are rusting like crazy . The windows still aren’t properly fixed . He quoted my radiator at 400 verbally tried to charge 440 but went down to 390 which the radiator is used I wanted a new one I believe I paid for new you can see the used parts writing on it.Also I think the rotors are replaced in the front and look down it’s the same ones I let him know and he said ok I’ll replace it for free turns out they still squeal n they were only scuffed up n sanded down to look replaced . Also while he does all this I’m in a rental that cost me 325 . I dropped my vehicle off Friday morning he told me it would be done Saturday it wasn’t done until Monday. Don’t lie to your customers it sucks to be lied to. I work hard for my money as a sole provider for a wife and four kids and I trust you to have my family rolling safe on the road and don’t appreciate the shady tactics . I wasted 971.42 on your repair bill wihich isn’t repaired properly and wasted another 325.00 on a rental having to drive for a few extra days thinking it would all be done the next day as promised and the prices that were quoted fictitiously . I expected more from moe he seemed to be a stand up guy I wanted to root for him. I see all the great reviews and I wonder what I did wrong to not deserve the same service !? I literally had to keep calling every 30 mins to get an update and to get exact prices that were changing after my vehicle was there . Everyone’s experiences are different this is just mine.

Called in the morning to set up same day appointment. Moe was very friendly and didn’t rush me. I arrived a few minutes early. Didn’t get the name of the guy who assisted me but he has bright hazel eyes. He was extremely nice and checked on me a couple of times. They took my vehicle right away. What should have taken 1 1/2 hours only took 45 minutes. Vehicle is driving much better and no more squealing brakes. Only suggestion is to spruce up waiting area a bit. Ladies like clean looking waiting areas. The walls were bright white but the waiting area was a bit junky. There was a tv and they also offer WiFi. I’m not sure how the restroom looked. Would definitely recommend for great service and an unbeatable price. PS they match Groupon rates.

My wife and I were confident about taking our car here because of the five star rating, but after going here we dont understand how it has five stars. We didnt have a good experience. My wife took the car on a Tuesday afternoon to Moe. She let him know that everytime we brake, the car/steering wheel shakes and makes noice. He then asks to drive it and says he feels the problem even driving 20 mph. He then says he will take a quick look at it. When he comes back he says theres nothing wrong with the breaks. The problem is a lot of air on a brake cylinder or something like that. She says are you sure because we took it somewhere else and they said the brake pads and rotors need to be replaced and were charging us $345. He said hes sure thats the problem. She asks a ball park price and he says $60. She says okay and he tells her to bring it Thursday morning to have more time to look at it the car. That Thursday morning I took the car. He told me he will give me a call when he had something. he told me he tried to take the air out but couldnt and the whole cylinder had to be replaced and it was going to be $200. At first I said no because were on a budget but when I told my wife she said we should because we need the car working right.. So we agreed. He told us the car will be ready that afternoon. I called and he found another problem. the brake pads needed to be replaced but he said he wasnt going to charge us it was going to be a favor and that the car will be ready Friday morning at 11am. 11am came around and car wasnt done that it will be ready Friday afternoon for sure. I picked up the car before 5pm and went to pick up my wife from work 5 minutes from north side motors. She was so excited to drive her car. When she started driving it was doing the same thing. I immidiately call Moe and tells me to take it the next morning Saturday and he will look at it. He then comes to tell me the rotors need to be replaced for $189. Didnt we just pay you $200?! We expected the car to be fixed.. We went to talk to him in person furious and he tells us he had to change the cylinder to see the other problems in the car. Okay? You didnt care to tell us this? He also said the car wasnt doing the original problem when he tested it yet we drove 5 mins from his place and it was doing the same thing. All he wanted to do was take our money. Now we have to use more money to get this car fixed because he couldnt do it. Extremely dissapointed and disgusted.
