This shop was recommended by a co-worker and I am very pleased with the experience I had. my Outlander needed a roughly $1200 electrical part/install and the owner recommended I take it to the dealer as hed seen issues with after market programming.Most places would have just taken my money without advising of potential issue. Dennis and Sparky run a great shop. They perform the work you ask them to do with no upsell pressure. Pricing is always competitive, but its the quality of work and only do whats needed that sets ORCC above the local chain repair shops.

Not impressed. My wife and her family have used Dennis for years. Then we took her Saturn Vue into the shop where apparently the son runs things. Spent over $400 to diagnose and fix the check engine light problem. The light was still coming on so I took it to my trusted mechanic which is Mueller’s in Magnolia. Guess what the problem was? The gas cap needed replacing... smh. Put a new gas cap on, problem solved.

Dennis integrity over the past ten-plus years keeps me coming back to his low-fluff car care clinic. Selling me on the latest upteenth-mile checkup is not his bag; when something needs repair, he tells me about it--nothing extra! Our four-car family has kept the same cars for many, many years due to the diligence of Dennis team.
