They were very nice, professional, and affordable. I mainly needed my AC fixed and an oil change. I also had them do a general checkup on the car. They recommended the cabin air filter being changed and a coolant flush (since I had no idea when the vehicle had one previously, the cat was bought used and had 130,000+ miles on it now). Still all very affordable. When I dropped off the vehicle they got my address and asked if I needed a ride home. I didnt realize they offered that! I declined because my wife drove separately to take me home.

They fixed my broken door, and explained what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. They also took care of my state inspection. Very good communication and very good service!

This Company is so friendly, always there to help. We have been to many companies and so far theyhave been the friendliest. They are there for any questions that you have.

Excellent customer service and excellent work!After being entertained nonstop by Wilson, the pooch who makes waiting fun, I was given an estimate for the brake job and a lovely ride home (and back again when the job was done). Immediate and professional attention as soon as I walked in the door!! Told them the issue with my battery and the man at the front desk was like, “no problem...have a seat.” I sat down to unlock my phone and was getting right back up because they were done! 😳 It was so quick! And very affordable. They’ll be handling all of my vehicle issues...but hopefully not any time soon lol!

They recommended this workshop to me. I took my car with a problem, if they solved it! but the same day they gave it to me. the car on the road, failed. I am back. They repaired it but still, the day it was delivered it failed again. I had to spend to take it to another place where if they could fix it. I did not find a solution in this workshop.

Great guys. Great communication and also got the work done very fast. Even dropped me off at home while they fixed my baby. Within a 4 hour period I believe from 12- 4pm Nd my car was ready for pick up. Same day, if you want great service and don’t want to worry about being ripped off use Lmc.

This was my first time visiting LMC. I brought my car in for a check engine light diagnosis and they went over and beyond to figure out the issue. They also explained everything to me a was willing to give me a ride back to my home so I wouldn’t have to wait at the shop while they fixed the issue. I will definitely recommend to others and will also come back if I have any other car troubles/maintenance.

Walked in, asked if I needed an appointment, and even though they were at near capacity still managed to squeeze me in for an oil change and brake pads.

This car is probably way too important to me. It is our fun car and I want it to stay perfect. It got a dent in it thanks to a large pickup with an aggressive door opening. It may not be much but it really bugged me. Ive know Brandon and Shaun for many years and I knew if I wanted it done perfectly, this is the place I should come. I was not disappointed. The service was fast, efficient and incredible. The car looks amazing, there is no evidence of the previous trauma. This place is honest, reliable and does amazing work. I wouldnt have trusted my fun car to any other place. When you want to fix a masterpiece, bring it to an artist. Thats what I feel like I did. Thank you Brandon and Shaun!! I had a pleasant experience at LMC. I had brakes and rotors replaced and it was done in a decent time frame. They have a courtesy car that will take you home if the wait is going to be a little long.

Prices are on the high side but they will back up their work.

Always spot on with repairs and cost. Highly recommend.

Ive been to a lot of auto repair shops in my time and only two of them were ever any good. LMC is one of those two. Been bringing my Volvo there for years now for everything from repairs to maintenance and inspection. They charge a bit more than cheap places, but you save money in the long run because these guys will not scam you. Very easy to work with, would always recommend. Dont go to a cheap place, go to LMC, get it done right the first time, save yourself the stress of dealing with shady repair places.

LMC is one of the few automotive shops you can trust. I typically do my own work, but when needed - I go to these guys. Prices are reasonable and I have never been disappointed in their work.I highly recommend them.

Very nice experience at LMC Complete Automotive today! While waiting for an inspection on my vehicle, a well trained dog came into the waiting area from behind the service desk with a ball in its mouth and came to place the ball in front of us at each of our feet. Neither of the customers wanted to pick up the ball, but one customer decided to lightly kick the ball and the fun began! Before I knew it, I was told that my vehicle was ready:)

I was in and out.. they were quick and efficient. They great part is that they are close to home and they were kind. The office was clean and they offer waters. I will be coming back for sure!

I needed a rear brake/turn signal bulb replaced and am no longer capable of handing car repair on my own. I was able to schedule a time for this (our only vehicle so needed it done while we waited). In less than 10 minutes the repair was completed and no charge. I will certainly be back the next time I need car repairs or an oil change. It is rare to see this high level of customer service these days. Thanks very much.

Been going there a couple of years now. Have had great service. They tell you what you need now, what can wait and budget for. Great communication on updates. Great turn around time as well. Their waiting room manager is also very friendly and will give you a wet ball to play with.

The service wait of appointment was great within 5 to 10min, service tech came out and explain the diagnostic results, time it would be of repair, cost and when I could pick vehicle up. All smiles with service and pricing, it was an honest auto repair experience. They do AAA discount on tow ins.

Absolutely excellent. I was 20 minutes late for my appointment and they still were able to get me in. The repairs were completed to satisfaction in a timely fashion. Brandon scheduled me 1 day after my estimate was completed by the insurance company. I dropped my truck in the morning and it was ready that afternoon. It was a minor repair but in my experience as an insurance adjuster most shops would have taken 2 days or more to complete. Thanks to LMC I didnt have to hassle with a rental. Highly recommend

Always get great service from this place. If you want quality work then go here. They will tell you what the priority issues are and recommend service on other parts that show signs of old age that may cause issues later. They are very honest and fast. Will always use LMC.

I really like the way Im treated here, and the atmosphere of the waiting area is so comfortable and welcoming. There is even fresh coffee brewing in the waiting room if that is your thing. I get my yearly inspections done here, so the price is standard at most inspection sites for the most part. So I can not comment about the prices. But great customer service 👍

Ive had over 30 cars and trucks and over 50 motorcycles all different types and so Ive had a lot of work done over the past 40 years and LMC us the Best place to get body work or automotive work done if you werent satisfied with them there is probably a good reason and not their fault sometimes the owner of the vehicle overlooked the work that was done and looks for something that was already there .this is the first time I was glad to have chosen this shop after I saw their reviews a couple of years ago and decided next time I will call them and I did thanks for your time and help from today forward they will get all my friends and families business

I went to get my car inspected. I wore a mask. The only man not wearing a mask was the one assisting me. He drove my car. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to speak to him anymore than I had to. His behavior still worries me. The COVID virus is real, we must care for our neighbors.

Great service. I went in for an oil change and was in and out very quickly. The guys there were very friendly and helpful. Reasonable price and they even fixed my loose license plate! Highly recommend.

This is a great place for all of your automotive needs. They really do have people that know what they are doing and our very knowledgeable in their field. The best part? They are simply a no nonsense type of business. They take care of what your vehicle needs and repair to your specifications without being pushy about other things. As a customer who has gone to many automotive shops, its so annoying when all you need is an oil change but they try to sell you a whole new engine to go with it. And on top of that, they make you feel guilty about it. Im happy to say LMC does not do that. What they do is give professional recommendations but completely leave it up to you without the guilt trip. Overall great service and great people there. Highly recommend!!

I took my Wifes Chevy Traverse to them for a Front End Alignment. Was told the Front Struts were bad and Rear Shock were Bad. They said they would Align it and I told them I would change out the Struts and Shock and bring it back. They Charged us $89.00 when we picked it up. After I changed out the parts and called them back they wanted to charge me an additional $70.00 to Align the front end. All of the shops I have used would do the Alignment for one price not 2 charges. I will never use this repair shop again.

Have taken more than one car here and have always had a good experience. Rare to find honest trustworthy mechanics but I found them at LMC. On this particular job I brought a car that another mechanic had messed up. I could have taken it back to him and tried to get him to correct the problem, but I brought it to LMC instead because I knew they would get it fixed right and fast, and they did not disappoint. Thank you LMC for your hard work, honesty, and customer service. And as for the other mechanic lesson learned, I will bring it to LMC first next time.

I depend on this place for my vehicle service and have never been let down. A little expensive compared to others, but the work has always been reliable. My only complaint is I wish they were open later and on weekends.
