Best customer service ever, I was involved in a car accident and my car was totaled. Few days later I received a call from Sara regarding my car insurance quote, I explained her my situation and since the car was being financed by state farm she gave me some advices. Long story short she kept in touch with me through the whole process and helped me with my new car loan application. I would give them 20 stars if I could. They really care about their customers, they also advised me to talk down the price of my new car which worked. Thank you so much for everything y’all the best.

We are not close to our State Farm agent right now...we needed to sign papers....twice. We used this office and they could not have been nicer or more efficient or helpful.

After having Geico and Allstate I must say Sara was really helpful with my change to State Farm, answered all my questions, told me about my policies that i would have with a way better price than Geico and or Allstate, Smiling faces from all the girls when you walk in, which is rare to see now a days, Very helpfully people here, really recommend this place to everyone

Do NOT use Delon Fields as your insurance provider. My policy was inadvertently cancelled because my credit card number changed. My card number changed due to fraudulent activity, which caused my insurance payment not to process. Instead of calling me or sending me notification in the mail, Delon Fields office cancelled my policy without my knowledge. USE ANOTHER AGENT or insurance company completely!

If i could give a negative score i would. They never returned phone calls when i had questions of billing. Could never get a straight answer. Wound up eating a 1500 dollar overcharge and left the company.

Called to get a homeowners insurance quote because my family and I are relocating to TX. I was told I would get called back with a quote in an hour. It has been a week and still no response. Very unprofessional. I went with another agent who did exactly what they said they would do. Call back!
