My Allstate agent (Ms. Abby Lawson) honestly and fairly gave me a break. I finally received a great deal on my auto insurance. She cut my rate in half for full coverage when I was paying twice that for only liability. I lost a new car and money on the car loan during the Houston Taxday flood in 2016. I had full coverage with a previous insurance company I had been with for years. I also had a secondary gap insurance policy but it took 4 months to settle my primary claim!
