I am so very pleased with State Farm as my Auto Insurance Provider! My Avalon was T-boned and deemed a total loss by SF Claims. They promptly leased a vehicle for me, and over-nighted forms for me to fill up; and post-age paid, over-night back to them. They went into immediate action to wire into my bank account, the funds for a replacement vehicle. I am proud to say I am insured by State Farm. I now understand why my Dad only had State Farm as our familys insurance provider. This is a name that can be trusted! I am also happy with the service I receive at my local State Farm office. Terrible service whenever I called Randy he would never answer the phone. He took forever to handle my accident claim and always gave me the run around whenever I asked what was taking so long with my accident claim. His work is unprofessional and he is very inconsiderate. If I were anyone I would not do business with this agent.

Terrible Service and very unprofessionalHis employee Ms. Maria has been calling my phone for several months wanting us to switch our service to state farm she gave us a false quote and information so that we can switch insurance. She advised my husband to cancel his current policy so that we start our service with them . He call to make a payment for the quote then she decides to change the price. Just very inconsiderate !!
