Douglas was very thorough with the inspection. He was very informative and provided simple solutions to solve my problem.

We discovered a leak that was in-between the walls of our bath and hallway after about a week of hearing a dripping sound. The water came from a clogged drain line that the a/c was draining into. . I was able to unclog the drain. Worried about mold, we called advantaclean and Anthony was able to stop by the next day. He checked the moisture in the walls and gave us advice on how to monitor it and ensure we didnt end up with a mold issue. He also checked out ac unit in the attic and found the root cause of our water issue. He definitely went above and beyond, all without scaring us into thinking we had a bigger problem than we did and all free of charge. Would definitely highly recommend.
