This company is great! Came out same day, and were even able to move my appointment up to earlier in the day than they originally anticipated. Delia was very friendly and helpful on the phone and continued to communicate with me afterwards. Carlos was very thorough and explained everything he needed to do to get my water heater running again. Exceeded my expectations by far and definitely a much more positive experience than I’ve had with other plumbing companies in the past.

David came out to check my AC drain pipe to see if it was clogged. He thoroughly checked in the attic, outside and the connected bathroom. The good news it was not blocked. My elderly parents needed their disposal replaced so they called Milton Frank Plumbing whom theyve used in the past. The service guys installed an upgraded $270 disposal and charged them $1,008.45. How can anyone justify $738 in labor to change a disposal that any competent plumber can swap out in 30 minutes or less.

I needed to have my HVAC unit serviced and to add a hard start kit so that my new whole house generator would start the compressor. The tech came out assessed my unit made suggestions and serviced the unit and installed the hard start kit that I had requested the next day after I called. I was very pleased with the work and the generator now starts my compressor.

My disposal was leaking pretty profusely. Called and talked to them on the phone. They were very professional and explained their services very well. I received a text a little while later with a picture of the technician who was coming out. They arrived within the specified timeframe and provided an estimate to do the work and offered to do the work at a later date if I wanted to buy a disposal at Home Depot or Lowe’s. I went with buying the part from them as it wasn’t much of a difference in price. They also have a membership program that I highly recommend and is very reasonably priced for plumbing and HVAC services. They replaced it and tested it for leaks. I would highly recommend them as they did great work, were on time, and were very reasonably priced. Will be hiring them again on my future plumbing and HVAC needs.

We had a faucet cartridge go bad in our Sons shower. The water hot water faucet could not be shut off. We had to make a weekend call they came out promptly.We were so appreciative .

Weve previously had Milton Frank Plumbing install two gas water heaters in our home and were very impressed with their entire process. Great communication from appointment to install. My downstairs a/c wasnt cooling. I contacted 2 a/c repair companies that couldnt come out until tomorrow. Milton Frank was my third call and they put me on their schedule for today. I was able to get an appointment for a plumber, when the rest of the population was also looking for service, resulting from the cold spell with lots of frozen / bursting pipes. Two technicians came, diagnosed that I needed a new hot water heater, installed it that same day in the attic, made sure all the faucets and showers were operational, took off the old heater, all being neat, clean and tidy, while the power was down in the neighborhood. This was amazing from start to finish!

Kevin with Milton Frank came out and did an amazing job! We had a generator installed but had multiple problems with gas leaks and not enough gas volume. Kevin knew his stuff and worked really hard and got the job DONE the first time. We are very impressed and will definitely call Milton Frank Plumbing again.

Had an outdoor fountain pipe break emergency.They sent Mathew immediately. After he repaired the pipe, he noticed that the gushing water had pushed my landscape gravel and river rocks away from the fountain and out into the lawn.To my amazement, I looked out to find him painstakingly picking the gravel and rocks from the grass and placing them back around the fountain!Talk about above and beyond!

David was very knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly diagnosed our problem and changed the cartridge in the valve which stopped the leak. I explained we had a leak down below a few days earlier and he investigated and found the 90 elbow where the tub down spout attached was cracked. Robert showed up at our house, quickly cleared clog with appropriate drain snake equipment, scoped drain with camera to find a minor break in sewer pipe, located the break location in yard, and replaced a broken toilet floor flange for us. He was quick, clean, and friendly, easy to work with. The best part is that the charges were reasonable and within my expected range. If broken sewer pipe continues to cause an issue, I will definitely use Milton Frank plumbing again, and hopefully we will get to work with Robert again.

First time using them! He was on time and repaired what I thought was about to be a huge nightmare! Know where your sewer trap drain is located outside or it cost more to run snake from inside. Great guy, pleasant and thorough with his work. They are a little pricey but we didn’t have an option to shop pricing. The job was to remove the toilet, run a snake (soft clog) in line, replace the flange that was broken and put it all back. However, working toilets and bathrooms are priceless! You won’t be disappointed with the work! Thanks Robert and we will locate that trap for future!

I read many review about them. I decided to call them since they are good reviews. Some reviews said that they try to rob your money. Its true. They try to make money from you. You need to watch them and know what they will do or dont. Their estimations are differences from what they will do. If they require to come back to repair it that mean they will charge you one more day services. They charged by hours even they sit down on their car and do not things (they charged me > $250 for what they call for visuals inspections even I showed them the holes that I need to fix). They will not do it the same day since they will charge you one more day for service. Think about it when you want to call them.

They replaced a motor on a Kohler air bath. I asked if they should do the button at the same time, but this guy knew his stuff and he said the motor will likely fix it. He was right and it was done fairly quickly. He cleaned some of the jets that he saw were a little clogged. Id use them again.
