I’ve had Robert install 2 separate A/C systems in different houses and these guys are the bomb! They sell and service only top quality name brand units and they go the extra mile to explain what you need and why you need it instead of trying to sell you on something you don’t need. Our AC system went dead on a Friday afternoon. We called Quality Comfort on the recommendation of our neighbor. We’re so glad we did! They came out within a couple of hours, checked the system and gave us the unfortunate news that it couldn’t be repaired. Normally, most companies wouldn’t be able to come out until the next working day, which in our case, was Monday. With my asthma, there was no way I could wait three days. Sean promised to come back with his crew the next day. And they kept their promise. At the appointed time, they were knocking on our door. The job took over eight hours. Sean didn’t leave until he was sure everything was running correctly. I found Sean and his crew to be professional, respectful and flexible. Our experience with Quality Comfort was wonderful and we highly recommend them.

Great Service. Showed up on the designated appointment time; determined the problem and returned when they said they would with the needed parts. All the maintenance guys are nice and very helpful answering my questions. Weve used Quality Comfort Air several times on our two A/C units.

I dont give 2,3, or 4 star reviews. If you are really bad, you get 1 star as a warning to others. Conversely, if you are exceptional, you will get 5 stars as a recommendation. If the best you can do is mediocrity, it is not worth my time to review. That said, if I could give this company 10 stars I would. QCA has taken great care of all my HVAC needs over the last 3-4 years. This is exactly the type of company you look for in a service provider. They are responsive, do exceptional work in a timely manner, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Would and have recommended to my friends.

They came out to do a check and service on my AC unit and check the status of our thermostat which we had just replaced. Found out I take a day or so for the thermostat to sinc with the unit. All is working well now. Great technician!

Before i agreed to anything, during our agreement and ( just like any company that got paid ) he continued to answer the phone. Knowledgeable in his trade, his crew is also very helpful and easy to talk to. Some AC specialists will want it one way, some the other. If you give Robert an idea of what you are looking for, he will deliver.Allen and Alonzo began the management of the project with Gustavo and the rest of the crew. We identified roadblocks such as insufficient space for additional items and how to overcome them and the next best thing.After coming to a full conclusion, we agreed on a price and the installation went smoothly. Gustavo and the crew were very skilled in their work pushing all day on the install in my house.Once completed they cleaned up, calibrated the system and i have not had a problem since.Highly recommended and extremely efficient.

I called to have freon topped off since A/C was not cooling well and did not expect to have same day service but Ricky showed up within 2 hours. He provided valuable knowledge about the unit since I am considering a replacement soon and did not feel like he was a used car salesman. Just offered options and education. Allen with Quality Comfort Air came to my house when my 18 year old AC unit wasnt cooling too well. He looked it over and told me it was low on refrigerant and its an old unit that probably needs to be replaced and explained to me the rising costs of R22 refrigerant. I completely agree that my units are near end of life, but he said he would recommend refilling with refrigerant and see how it does this summer. He could have easily pushed for the big sale, but was open and honest, and he helped me out. My AC is colder than its been in years right now, and I know when its time to replace who I will call.

Robert and Alan know their stuff and are a pleasure to deal with. They were recommended to me after the company I had been working with previously struggled to troubleshoot a problem with one of my units and were difficult to schedule. They quickly fixed my problem and have kept things running reliably since.

This morning around 9:30 I noticed my AC wasnt running. I called Robert at Quality Comfort Air and within 30 minutes Allen Maxey was at my front door. He discovered that my blower motor had gone out. He left my home and was back within 2 hours with a new motor in hand. By 1:00 p.m. my system was cooling again. I highly recommend Robert and Allen for all your air conditioning and heating needs. They are honest and highly dependable which are qualities that are hard to find these days.

I had been wrestling with two other air conditioning ( AC ) Repair companies for 8 days before I finally broke into tears of frustration and tried calling a third. Im so glad I did. It was already late in the day and Quality Comfort Air is open until 9 PM. I was in tears when Beth answered the phone. It took all of 5 minutes for Beth to calm my fears, provide a rough estimate over the phone ($3K below the others), and scheduled my service call for the following morning. More importantly, she listened to what Id been through. Robert, the owner, provided me a discount and more than one option to pay. Beth continued to keep in touch with me throughout the day as I had inconveniently changed the paperwork on her. Instead of having me go into their office on Rayford Rd, Allen showed up and walked me through the necessary paperwork. Beth even registered my 10 yr warranty with the manufacturer for me. I called Quality Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating when I started having trouble with my heat. It was pretty cold, so I was thrilled when they said they would be right out. We purchased our house in 2012 and knew we had an old AC unit.I called Robert to have him look at our unit, which was not cooling. Last summer we had the same issue and the Home Warranty sent another company out who charged the unit and said they cleaned the coils. They said the freon was low but didnt know how bad it was leaking or if it was even leaking at all. They were in and out without any explanation or any suggestions about the future of the unit. Nothing. They just grabbed my check and left.After Robert looked at the unit he explained that the coils had not been cleaned (in years!) and showed me before and after pictures of what it looked like before and after the cleaning.We then sat down and went over a game plan to get our very old and run-down unit replaced in a way that is affordable to us.I appreciate his honesty and quick response in getting out here. I heard about quality comfort air from my in laws after Allen replaced their a/c unit and did such a wonderful job and did I mention gave them an awesome price compared to everyone else. So when my heater went out they were the people I called to come out and fix it! And of course they came out the same day which was amazing because I have 4 small children and it was 50 degree weather outside and unlike other companies that would charge an arm and a leg to come out for same day service they are very reasonable. I can not say enough about this company they are honest, professional and caring which is hard to find these days since it seems everyone is always trying to get over on someone to make money. Growing up my father which is now deceased had his own a/c and heating buisness so Ive been around that type of work all my life and Allen reminds me a lot of my dad hes friendly, trustworthy and a hardworker I would tell anyone if your needing work done on your a/c and or heater call them they are the best and have the best prices and you wont be disappointed.

In 2010 my infant and I had allergies that kept turning into sinus infections. I had three other companies do an evaluation and quote, but no one could answer all my questions.Robert did comprehensive testing on our house and presented a couple different options. He explained each detail with sincere respect, then left us to think it over. Although I am an engineer, HVAC is not my specialty. Robert offered even more information than just answering my many questions.Four months later, when we were ready to install the dehumidifier and zone control, Robert closely supervised the vent installation team. The crew worked steadily to finish the job in two days.Our 15 year old home was suddenly as fresh as a new build. Roberts solution was completely different from all the filters and UV systems proposed by the other companies. But the day after installation, we knew it was exactly the right answer. In two years, my son and I (and now our new baby girl) have not had a single sinus infection. I keep the relative humidity in the house at 47 to 50% when we are all well. And when the babies have a cold, I set the dehumidifier around 60% to help them sleep easier. I don’t use those room humidifiers from the drug store any more.A year after Robert solved our air quality / allergen problem, our 15 year old system went out in the middle of the 2011 summer drought. Robert came out at 8pm and talked over our options. Although it was time to replace the coil and outside unit, he gave us the option of replacing the fan motor to postpone the large purchase one more year. He had the new fan motor installed by the next afternoon. It lasted a year, as he predicted. It gave us just enough time to save up for the new coil and condenser.Just for my information, I got a proposal from another company before calling Robert. It was a reliable company I had used years ago for routine inspections. Their quote turned out to be a little bit more money for a slightly lower rated system than Robert proposed. Robert offered to install any brand or size unit we wanted. We went with his recommendation because it balanced cooling power and control features with cost.We had the new coil and condenser installed in May 2012. Again, the installation went very well. Robert was on site supervising all day. The new system keeps our house at whatever temperature we set. It is a set it and forget it system. We have run it anywhere from 71 degrees Fahrenheit to 76 Fahrenheit with no hot or cold spots anywhere in our 2000 sq. ft. two story house. You know how you can have a dinner party and the house gets hot from all the people and cooking? - not so in our house.In the recent 2012 July flash floods, our house was a constant 50% relative humidity. The new unit and dehumidifier Robert installed have kept us incredibly comfortable in any weather, for less money than other companies quoted.
