I fixed my screen and the guy that gave me the service was really nice, he finished after just 10 min. It’s quite fast !

I would not recommend this company. When they installed the system over a year ago. The installer told me he had being doing this for over 10 years. They messed up my roof. I recently found out they Installed the wrong type of vent causing problems with my furnace. I found out when they were supposed to convert it from natural gas to propane. They didnt complete the conversion. Half the guys that came out here were not certified. They had to call there boss to work on the system. The last guy that was here was supposed to show me the work he did, instead when he finished. He jumped in his van and drove off.

Robert Johnson came out to my home almost immediately after contacting A#1Air Houston and patiently analyzed all of the issues with my 21 year old Central Air Conditioning system. This is a rented space in a line of metal buildings. The website looks good and when you call you get an answering service that sounds professional. HOWEVER KNOW who you are dealing with. I would really suggest researching this company very well before using. Dont use.

Very knowledgeable team, from the initial sales person to the guys doing the installation. I had a 13+ year old AC system completely replaced (ductwork and all), and Id say I was charged a fair price. My only complaint is that the installers left some damage to my walls but my house isnt the easiest to navigate and customer service helped out quickly and respectfully. I havent seen my bill yet but the ACs running well and I now have a good maintenance plan in place with them.

Sean H just left my home. The builder messed up my 4year old Lennox units. Bad news is, new coil (expensive). Worst news, Should have still been under 5years warranty but isnt .not Seans fault .he was professional and kind, tried everything to make sure I got a good deal.These guys are great and Sean is the best!

Terrible!!! After having my appointment set and sitting waiting in my house for 4 hours they never showed up!!! I confirmed my appointment by phone 3 times. Than they told me that the technician came but I didnt answer the door!!!! I have been waiting in my house all afternoon and nobody rang my door bell or knocked!!! Absolutely terrible!!!

Beware of A#1’s shady business practicesI called A#1 Air because the blower in my AC unit stopped working on a very hot July day in Houston. The tech showed up and determined that the transformer (aka. Clutch) was not working. The tech called in to ask his supervisor what to do. They claimed that blowers with transformers had been discontinued by the manufacturer, and that the transformers were not available, so I had to replace the entire blower for a cost of $4000. At this point, I looked online and saw that the next generation of Lennox AC had parts compatible with my existing unit, but A#1 Air said they would not install the next generation parts in my unit. It was replacement of the whole blower or nothing. Again I looked online, and saw that the transformer needed for the repair was not discontinued as they claimed, but it was actually available in a local store. To which they said, that they would not install parts store-bough. It had to come from their warehouse at their price or nothing. In the end, I had to dismiss them and call a local AC worker, who fixed the problem for $100. I will not be calling A#1 Air ever again. As I see it, they tried to take advantage of me in a moment of need, by lying about the availability of parts and possible alternatives. Be very weary if you decide to hire them!!

I just got my AC back and it’s all thanks to the amazing job that Sean Hubele did. He came last night right after I called, found the problem, ordered the parts and came to install them as soon as he could today. He went up and down the stairs of my townhome at least 40 times to fix my unit and he did it with a smile and cracking jokes. If you need somebody, ask for him!

Checked my furnace fan and wanted to charge me $1200 for a electronic module. I bought it for $100 at amazon. 1200% markup is excessive.

Robert was on time and provided excellent service.

Called them in desperation because it was 103 outside and our AC was slowly going out for a couple days. They came to give a quote, added a bunch of stuff we didnt need (our house was just built mid 2014) and then gave me a special that was still a good $3300 MORE than the other 3 quotes we decided to get a second opinion on. We ended up getting a whole new bigger system for the price they told us it would be to FIX the small current one. Over all I was not satisfied with the time it took to come out. The solution to fix or the price to just replace. They also saw my infant child and toddler sweating and red faced and wanted to charge me $89 a pound(we needed 3) to refill our freon which another company gladly did FOR FREE! Just because you offer a free $50 door bell doesnt mean you can jack up the price!

Sean Hubele does an awesome job of walking me through his process of finding the problem with my A/C. He was very detailed in explaining the problems with A/C. I will call your company and him for all my A/C needs. I will refer my friends to rhis company.

This company provided the worst air conditioning install service my wife and I have ever experienced. Their promised schedule was not kept multiple times and a promised refund was not honored.
