Nasty people, extremely overpriced, stay away!

I love these guys. Ive used them at least 5 times between towing and auto body work. Reliable and profession but really great quality of service.

I used Rich’s towing about a week ago for my 2001 Honda accord. Not only was the guy who came out to help me great, he was respectful, personable, and very considerate. When I had called a few days ago because my friends car was impounded, they didn’t give me a hard time and they were very understanding. no damages to my friends car or my accord for any reason and clean honest working guys.

Owner rich did a huge favor for me. Gave me my car back for exchange for tools. I finally found work to pay my tow bill. Now when I call hes never around took my tools and kept them. Hard working mechanic losing tools I cant afford back. Your such a great guy rich. You own the shop did a favor told me to hurry up with your money which I tried but you still kept my stuff.not a man of his word

Good service

My mother had the worst experience with this towing company. The drives was very Rude and talked nasty about Jews then towed my moms car back and Asked for more money because the car would not start. I don’t recommend this to anyone. There are bigger company’s that for more professional then theses guys.

My husband and I broke down on a very cold Sunday afternoon and the owner himself came to our rescue. He towed us home and then he continued on with our van that he dropped off at our mechanics garage. Thank you Mr. Rich Jamieson for your quick and kind service.

Great place. Excellent service

This was the worst experience I have every had with any had with any towing company. They towed my car moments before road side assistance came and on top of that life happened and they had it in storage for a week and charged me $800. No mercy for the consumer. I paid and hope he enjoys the the reputation he is building in the community. unfair and bad business etiquette.

Worst company ever!! They towed my car when there was NO signs stating that it was a tow away zone. They refused to listen or understand and demanded $210 in cash!!Horrible experience!!!!!

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. They illegally towed my car and I still had to pay the fees which were ridiculous. In in the process of fighting this charge. I suggest staying away from this company. These people are thieves stay away from this company and on top of everything the police wont come to assist you when you call them if youre being screwed by this company when I called and explain the situation they said we have no cars available at the moment. This place is very corrupt STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIVES!!!!!

Their quote was 2x the quote of another local company. Just sayin...you better shop around.

Terrible! This place has no type of business training. Being that my CAR was towed they had more of an attitude with me when I called. The man picked up the phone when I called what do you want and on top of that double charged me when my car wasnt where I was parked for 24 hours. They clearly need the business.

They are thieves, they stole my car from my own house, all the cranes are thieves, some druggists who are always smoked, damn harsh, I recommend that ball of thieves to no one.
