Overall great experience !I had a flat tire and called 2 other towing companies before getting in touch with this one. One would not be able to accommodate me for 2 hours and the other didn’t even pick up the phone. When I got in touch with big tows they sent someone over to me immediately. My tech Dylan, was great ! He changed the tire quick and efficiently even while being harassed by a couple of bees lol. Great service and highly recommend. Ask for Dylan if possible

This is best towing and shop in NJ/NY area. My truck broke down on I287 NY at 2 am they came out and towed the truck to their shop and fixed it real quick. Did not waste my time. They are little pricey but they know what they are doing. Wont regret using their service. They keep you updated throughout the process. Send you pictures of new and old parts they will let you know what parts they are replacing and they tell you accurate time when a truck will be fixed

My wife already provided a review, but these guys deserve another one. Their first class service started when a member of their team showed up to meet us after a nearly disastrous trailer tire fire. This guy was professional, calm, and patient. He is the kind of person you want showing up when something goes wrong. With assistance from other members of Big Tows they were able to remove our vehicle from the highway and safely store it until the next day. They completed a challenging repair in record time and had us back on the way home. Now here is the amazing thing… the called us twice on the way home to make sure we were doing ok and that we arrived safely. Who does that these days? Big Tows Inc. does that. If I ever have another breakdown I hope it is in their service area.

The owner came to release the car on Memorial Day holiday when I was told that it will be closed. She was professional and understanding. She did not charge $60 for a day of keeping the car. On June 11th I was towing my boat down to Long Island and a car ran into the side of my trailer ripping the wheel off the front axel. I was ready to call Boat US but the NYS Police called Big Tows. I am grateful they did! The gentleman who came with a large wreaker strapped up the axel to the frame and I followed him in to their yard in Chestnut Ridge. We made it fine and this is where this company really shines. My insurance company came to view the damage in their yard and all went well until the insurance company told me I have to pay for storage out of pocket. Monica and her staff were remarkable, no wonder her name plate on her desk says Boss Lady. I told her I may have to pay them and she took over like a bulldog calling my insurance company, getting a supervisor and told them that THEY are paying. Wow, people who know what they are doing, remarkable. The guys in the yard were able to transfer my boat, a 22 ft center console onto another trailer I purchased from my dealer and I was on my way. From start to finish working with these professionals made a bad situation less stressful and I just cant say enough about the professionalism they extended to me. Thank you Big Tows for everything.

Whenever I have a trailer issue this is where I go. Tires, electrical or air issues they always take care of me.Just went in for a Blown Brake chamber while going under the truck Santi noticed that my drive shaft was loose and moving. All the U joints were loose and moving and the mount bearing was bad. They went out and got the parts and made sure everything was fixed and out same day. Saved me a break down and Tow. Would suggest anyone in the area if you need something fixed this is the place.

One of the best business-to-business interactions we have ever had. One of our trucks was improperly fueled up with gasoline by a new addition to our company. Big Tows was on it right away and our crew wasnt stranded for more than 30 minutes before they arrived. They even took the guys to the closest gas station so they could catch their ride back to the city. Hats off for amazing customer service, GREAT pricing and a quick and efficient crew to solve a very unfortunate problem. Emergencies are never planned!  Bill with Thruway Traffic stopped by while I was broken down on the NY state thruway in a very bad area. I was telling Bill that I was waiting on another shop to call back.  He connected me with the nicest shop in New York,  Big Tows!  Monika was a huge help in deciding to tow back to their shop vs a road side repair!  Manny was in route within a few minutes.  He is a Rock Star driving the BIG Truck!  We got to the Big Tow Repair Shop and Santiago was able to get into a tight space to figure out what I couldnt diagnose on the road side! Jasmine was working her magic on the phone trying to get parts. Monika then made me feel like I was at home with amenities at their office.  The part wasnt going to be in until the next morning.  A driver getting off his long day Nick drove me over to the Hampton Inn on his way home which I really appreciated.  As I was walking in Ashlee called Nick and let him know that I left my phone at the shop.  Within an hour Kevin delivered my phone to the hotel.
