Mike from Bens towing saved the day! I was far from home on a Sunday afternoon and the car was not going anywhere. No mechanics would be available until the next day, but when I called and described the situation, Mike said he would see what he could do. He was able to do a temporary fix to get me home and he explained exactly what the problem was so that I could tell my local mechanic. Big thanks and a sigh of relief!

Last week I needed a tow and they showed up between 15 and 20 minutes. They were nice enough to check my engine as well and figure out what the problem was. Very polite.

Scam shady business. They wrongfully towed my vehicle, (I Parked where I was legally and rightfully allowed to) They then demanded $242 IN CASH to retrieve! Then kept me waiting for an hour with my vehicle still on the truck.More like a shake down business. DA needs to investigate.CROOKS!!

These guys are nasty people. The apartment building that I live in, put them up to tow cars that are parked illegal or no permit. Today the 2nd of April 2021, me and about 6 other people come outside and our cars were not there. I call the management and they dont know whats going on so we call the police and they dont know either so the officer decided to check their lot and their they were. And mind you, most of the cars including mine had the permit on the window. The guy said I couldnt see it 12:00 in the morning. Then when I got the car out I see that my splash guard is hanging. Its half way ripped off.

Very sloppy tow truck driver. Damaged my car and wont admit his mistake. The parking attendant was very surprised at my request for a receipt for services.Its even worse. Bens Towing does not have cargo insurance. Screenshot from the FMCSA website.

Very fair and honest. I needed my car towed and was not in the mood for any bs, thankfully these guys showed up within 15 minutes of calling them and before they did anything the driver explained to me what ALL my options were, what the cheapest choice was and what in his opinion he thought was my best choice was. When your in a desperate situation it’s easy for people to take advantage of you but these guys did just the opposite and I am beyond grateful. They made my bad day a little more manageable.

Would never recommend these people. There are many decent Towing services out there, save yourself the headache. They rip me off, and then refuse to give me a receipt.

I ran out of gas on Hwy 303 and these guys were fantastic.They were very nice, very quick and the fellas exact words were hey, thats too bad. How about $45, gas included and well be right over. He went on to say oh, what kind of gas do you want? He was willing to cut into his own profit to toss a couple of gallons of emergency gas into my tank.Needless to say, these guys are going to be saved in my phone and passed along to anybody and everybody I know in the area. They earned my trust AND my business for years to come. Ive got some work that I need done to my car and Im going to use Bens. They just turned a $45 roadside service into a several thousand $$$ customer.

Ben’s towing towed my car over a technicality. After chasing them around to get my car, I ended up meeting with one of its employees in their office which was a parking lot. Now that I have my car, I’m chasing them for a receipt for the past 6 hours. All I get is “I’ll email you the receipt right now”

Not sure who is posting these five stars. The man was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish I never used them.
