They seem to have an interesting habit of leaving a for sale sign in yards or on the Web long after the property has been sold....sort of like the car dealerships around here. You go to look at the car and its not there or they dont know where it is after I called to assure they were there before driving over. Sketchy IMHO.

I had three different real estate agents, from three different firms, come to the home I was selling. They looked at the home, we talked some, and then each sent me selling proposals. Liz Casner with Tropic Shores reality provided me with the most expansive analysis research document which provided her reasons why her suggested listing price was accurate (her suggested asking price was the highest of the three I received). The fact that she sold the house in a shorter amount of time for a higher price than everyone I talked with expected was only part of what made the selling process with Liz so great. She wasnt only professional and personable, she also went above and beyond by helping with some things I needed help with in order to get the house ready for sale. I wont go into details, but suffice to say that she *offered* to help in ways no other agent even hinted at, and her help was truly helpful. Note: I didnt know Liz before I asked her to be my realtor. She has my heart-felt recommendation as an agent; I would use her again in a heartbeat if I needed to use an agent in the area again.

I was buying out of state and she really was patient with me because it was difficult to find a home that far away. First, she remembered me!!!My home owners insurance sky rocketed and I needed some reports to get new insurance and we couldnt find our closing packet that included the wind mitigation report. We were looking for a small house for our disabled daughter in the $100,000 range. Your agent (Tony Viggiano) showed us the best available at that price range. All were unacceptable!! Tony suggested looking at condominiums. We bought the the first condo he showed us: 1) It was in the price range, 2) it was close to us, and 3) it was clean with new carpet, oven, microwave, dishwasher and paint. I was concerned about the condo fees of $330 per month, but when we found out what all was included for the fee, it actually was acceptable.We have known Tony for years and we would never go to any other realtor for our real estate needs. Think twice before using Melissa F with Tropic Shores. My husband and I made an offer on a home recently and were told our offer WAS accepted. Knowing there needs to be earnest money and paperwork to make it binding we listened to the realtor....she told us she would give us a call back and have us sign the next day. After being unreachable and no call back in 2 days the 3rd day she called and told us there has been 2 other offers. We lost this house due to the fact of waiting on a realtor that should of been proficient on doing her work to get this binding. We only used her directly to avoid any dirty ethics of realtors buying time or contingent on a higher offer coming along. My husband even asked if anyone was looking at this property ( as she is the listing agent) and was told there was no one else interested.Just saying do your homework!!

Yesterday we drove over an hour for an appointment to look at 4 properties. Met the realtor at the first one. We are preapproved with our current mortgage lender.After showing us the first home, she refused to show us the others “until we have a sales contract on our current home”.Then today we got a call from a mortgage company in Spring Hill, saying he had talked with our lender (no he didn’t) and could save us money.He named our lender by name. The realtor we worked with had that information!I would not trust anyone from Tropic Shores. This was very very unprofessional.

But he didnt give up He spotted a home that was put back on the market and he recognized many of the features we were looking for, called us and it was perfect. I love Laura. Could not ask for a better realtor. She was my mothers and the first time I met her she won me over. Honestly and being blunt are traits I find you need when signing the next 30 years away. Shes got an amazing eye and can ask questions id never think of. Shes awesome for a first time home buyer. I love my house. She searched hard to find it. We looked over 20 houses to find it. My circumstances are very particular and im picky but she was able to take all of that into account and find me the house of my dreams that fits my familys needs. And then she flipped around and did exactly the same thing for my mother in an even harder circumstance with a VA loan. We both love our house and she feels like family. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Denise Laufenburg is very rude and totally unprofessional! Hopefully this is not a portrayal of others in this Office. Had an appointment to meet on a rental property while our home is being built. We traveled from out of the county (2hrs). When contacting her to let her know we were in the area, we were then notified the property was no longer available. When questioned she said a few smart remarks then hung up the phone!!! My husband looked at me and we were in disbelief! Very sad representative of this company.
