We purchased our home at the Arbors in 2016. We signed the contract in June with a projected finish date of December 16th. Construction began just a few weeks later and we closed right on time despite a bit of a rush at the end. We chose Landmark builders and built our home on Haversack Drive. It was not a typical construction job of a spec house. Instead, we customized nearly the entire house in order to accommodate a wheelchair user. Everyone at Landmark was fantastic! They did a great job of keeping us in the loop throughout the process. Mark, the builder and Chérie, the designer, were fantastic. Greg, the job site superintendent was simply amazing. realtor was also very impressed with the entire process. She said that most of the time, buyers lined up hating their Builder by the time things are done but that simply wasnt the case with us. We couldnt have asked for a better team to build us a Better Home and provide this great experience. Thank you!
