My husband and I have used Exit Realty twice now, more specifically Jennifer Orton. I can’t express enough how amazing they all have been. I absolutely love Jennifer and will forever use her as long as I’m in this area. She is always looking out for her clients. She truly wants to get you the best and help you as much as she can. I can call her any time even with silly questions and she never makes me feel like they are silly even tho I know she is extremely busy. They are honest and hard working and that’s all I ask for.
We have used Exit Realtys services several times over the past 8 years. They have a top-notch staff and have always been a pleasure to work with (especially Jennifer Orton). I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to purchase or rent.
I did contact the office. We were lied to and money was withheld from our security deposit under false pretenses. We paid our rent on time every month, and asked for nothing (made all repairs out of our own pockets). You are a dishonest business and we are renting from another company. Take care.
As a rental property owner I could not be more pleased. Jessica inherited a disaster with my property when she took over Exit. I’m extremely thankful she bought Exit. The previous owner was not very professional and not easy to work with. Jessica went above and beyond to guide me through a very difficult time. The tenant (Nashville Native) was a horrendous tenant. Her lease was not renewed for numerous reasons. I was locked out of my property, rent was delinquent, a dog was brought into the home and there were numerous violations with the HOA. These were all breech of lease. Throughout all of this Jessica was so professional. 3 evictions fell through due to Covid. The tenant lied on every level. Jessica wrote letters, called attorneys, went to court and dealt with the police. The list is endless. Finally the tenant was forced to leave by way of the HOA for being an irate tenant and putting the community in danger. Jessica was there for me 24/7. There were late night calls and early morning stake outs. She never gave up. I would have never survived this from out of state without her and her staff. You can’t get anyone more professional than Jessica. My place was a mess. Jessica put me in contact with all the people I needed to make my property rentable again. She is a wonderful and knowledgeable realtor. A true professional from day one. If I could give more stars I would.
They dont list their requirements on each house listing pertaining to that particular one. I believe that should be standard knowing they charge 50.00 application fee which is nonrefundable thats only reason for my one star rating
There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing working with Elizabeth was! She is extremely attentive and is always honest and open about the situation. We found ourselves fighting the bank for over 100 Days for our first home and we FINALLY closed and she was with us 100% of the way! We are a military family and she knew the perfect connections for our VA loan. 10/10 perfect person to help you find your new home.
Fantastic service, fantastic attitudes. Very much enjoy being a customer.
First time homeowner and Jennifer and her team at Exit reality made it a breeze!
I would put zero star, but the post would not post! (Negative Negative zero)7-12/2020I am writing this supremely vexed and, on behalf of a family member that listed this home in Chapel Hill with Jack Alan. Sure, he may have his better moments, but not on this go - around.Short of it, my cousin has strong cognitive issues right now, and listed her chapel Hill, Tn, home unwisely with this agency. In my opinion, and that of an attorney we spoke with near Nashville, this lot alone (0.7 acre) is worth about 200 K, due to it being commercial/residential. PLUS, it has a large modular home, and more! They brought a counter offer of 125 K, ridiculously low, and she has, as already stated, a faltering mental status. But trustingly, she accepted this offer, in her incapacitated state. However, when it came time to close, she had taken several debilitating falls, breaking her pelvis and many other bones; and developed severe pneumonia, requiring emergency surgery, and other infections developed. When she told this agency that -- due to her many circumstances -- she could not honor the sale after all, and while she was in intensive care, they did not ever let up! The sharks would visit the hospital, or text her, reminding her of the law suit threat if she failed to sell. The attorney we spoke to said it would cost a fortune to file a law site and, indeed look rather bad in court, due to the low offer presented to her, and her pathetic health and metal acuity level. These sharks said three different times, that they were willing to back out of said contract due to circumstances; however, they added an extension, and still waffled back to threatening texts; the last one: 7-8/2020. When my cousin was alone at hospital, they waltzed in with the team, and she signed, feeling intimidated and afraid of lawsuit, and was and is still very sedated. This is a forced sale. All they did was rip her off, in my opinion, and exacerbate her poor health. We are angry.Christy L. PhinnellColorado
Tawny broke the law and attempted to enter my rented home without my permission. I literally drove up to my home to see her attempting to enter while I was gone, without my consent. She was trying to use her key to get in. During the 2020 pandemic they are trying to evict me. I will never do business with this witch ever again. Big mistake! She should be in jail! These people have the attitude that as landlords, they own you. They will help themselves inside your home without your permission, just as they did with me. They also tried to do meaningless, not needed inspection during pandemic. Jessica Graves just showed up and knocked on the door insisting on coming in during the middle of the pandemic! To my home! Where my family is in quarantine trying to stay alive! I cant tell you how much I hate that woman. Update: Tawny King looked at this review and then sent a text message to me and told me that I was lying about her and that I have to change my review of her. Its not a lie, its an absolute fact. Furthermore, As of this writing I have not been sent an eviction notice from the county. We are under a pandemic. I dont know what the situation is. The owner refused to renew my lease after me being here two years. I was outside walking and Jessica Graves, the new owner of Realty King and Associates, started following me and stalking me and harassing me and took my picture and my daughters picture. She told me that the sheriff is coming to remove me from the property. Stalking, threatening, harassing. Enough said? As I said, I have no notice from the county or any Sheriff about an eviction at this point. This psycho woman, Jessica Graves, has acted illegally and unprofessionally and she is being reported to the relevant authorities.
We rented from them and then purchased our home with one of their agents. Everyone we have dealt with were very nice, prompt and easy to work with. We will definitely work with them again.
This is a long review but, its worth the read! Especially if youre looking for a realtor to help you buy/sale a home. So, I wanted to wait a couple of days after selling my home before writing this review. Mainly because I dont really know how to convey just how amazed I am with Elizabeth Leanza as my realtor! With the help of Elizabeth, I sold my house in under 30 days. I dont mean it was on the market for 30 days before it went under contract. I mean my house went on the market, came under contract, AND closed in under 30 days! Granted, the house itself and its location were not something that Elizabeth had any control over. Nor did she, or any realtor for that matter, have any control over the pace of the lending office and those factors do play a HUGE role in buying/selling a home! Things Elizabeth, and other realtors, do have control over is how they advertise your home and how they interact with you as a home buyer/seller. Now, with that being said, I should also note that I am a veteran and I do hold people to a higher standard, as do most veterans. Elizabeth far surpassed my expectations in every aspect as far as what I think a realtor should be like. Now, I will reiterate this, if youre selling your house, a realtor doesnt have control over the house itself or where it is located. Also, the realtor doesnt have control over the the condition your house is in, what or when you get offers on your home, nor does the realtor have any control over how the buyers act when your home is under contract! With that being said, before I ever contacted Elizabeth, I put a lot of time into my home to get it ready for the market. When I finally did contact Elizabeth, I asked her opinion on a few things and more importantly, I listened to what Elizabeth had to say! Elizabeth will give you all the information you need as far as buying/selling a home! You might not like what she has to say. Especially if youre the type of person whos sitting on a 1 room shack and expect to get paid millions for said shack but, Elizabeth is the expert and she will tell you the honest truth! You just have to listen to her. If you want to buy or sale a house, Elizabeth Leanza is the realtor to go with! Elizabeths advertising, knowledge, and professionalism as a realtor is 2nd to none! You, as the buyer/seller, just have to put in the effort, listen to what she says, and trust her to do her job! I promise, Elizabeth Leanza wont let you down!
These reators will go to the mat for you. Excellence is an understatement.
Sybil is an excellent agent! She will make sure you are happy with your home!
This agency is nothing but an application fee trap, collecting plenty of app fees from many renters for the same unit at the same time, they’ll rush you to pay their fees that you won’t ever see again even if you’re an approved renter. We now know we should have not ignored all the previous bad reviews, such a negative attitude specially from the lady processing the applications, she sounds like she hates her job or if she feels like she’s doing you a huge favor by taking your money. So just as a previous reviewer mentioned “proceed with caution” or even better “do not use them” and look else where.
Great agents there and are always available to help!
Do not rent a property from them!! Your issues will be ignored with the excuse that they can’t make decisions without owner approval and their lease is written in a manner that makes the renter responsible for virtually everything. They do nothing to prepare their properties for move-in and then charge ridiculous amounts upon move-out. All they do as a landlord is collect money. Do yourself a favor and find another house if they are the management company. Based on our rental experience, we did not even consider using them when we purchased.
This company is only after their piece of the pie and do not operate with any integrity. Best to avoid them and go with another agency, but if you do get tangled up with these people, make sure you go with your own inspector and mortgage company.
Amazing, supportive place to work. Offers LOTS of education for Realtors and there is always someone you can ask about issues that come up.
Fantastic real estate agency with very friendly staff
BEWARE: In our experience with Tawny we learned a little too late that she didnt get where she is today based on her integrity. Proceed with caution, dont let yourself be misinformed, manipulated or bullied.
I had some issues and they made no effort to help solve the issues. Not good customer service
What a joke of a Realtor/leasing agent. Refuses to fix issues with their rental houses.
Sell your home
Very helpful
