Rochelle picked up midstream after Annette our prior realtor moved to AZ, in the process of selling my parents home. There was the delay of Covid, along with a home full of 2 lifetimes of belongings, and I had no network of reliable service providers for estate sales, home cleaning and carpet cleaning. Under Rochelles expert suggestion and direction, we had a timely estate sale, house and carpet cleaning. She was readily available via any form of contact. Our move was over 600 miles so her being responsive was extremely helpful as we were not able to just drive around the city ourselves looking for home options. She was VERY accommodating to my husband would who be in and out of town for work and she would adjust her schedule to be available to meet him at odd hours (and locations)! We made very brief small talk that day, but I contacted her afterwards with a few questions about the area and she gave me such a sense of involvement before we had even signed her as our agent. We highly recommend Rochelle!
