With the market the way it is right now finding a great real estate agent is hard. Most of them are looking for someone to just push into a house and move on. He helped us identify things we should look for as first time home buyers. He even lets us know when just maybe the house wasnt really worth it. He understood that looking for the right house was not a simple task and that it takes time. Because of all this we finally found our perfect house and couldnt be any happier. We love our house and thanks to Tim we can finally start our family. I could never ask for a better person to work with.
