Absolutely the worst agent I have ever been involved with. She was supposedly representing the seller, but I found out she was related to seller and was very involved with the house, even though she said she had no knowledge of the house and systems.House inspection uncovered several issues, new roof that was leaking, bad plumbing that was covered up with spotty repairs and many other issues that the seller refused to address. The seller did have the roof patched with roofing cement, which the agent paid for. Other repairs were also covered by this agent which leads me to believe she was representing herself without disclosing that to anyone.She refused to sign an addendum adding my significant other to the deed which was being requested by the Lenders underwriting team and by the Title. Her excuse was that it was not necessary for her use, so she refused to have seller sign it.Her listing price was $25,000 above the appraised price and she refused to accept the appraisal. She continually delayed the process and frustrated all other parties involved. My Lender and Agent were completely flabbergasted by her in-actions and refusal to negotiate.I spent over $2,000 in preparing to purchase and lost the deal over her refusal to accept an offer of $5,000 over appraised value. Not an agent worthy of being called a professional.I now know what the lowest level of professionalism in real estate looks like.I will proudly stand behind my review.Despite her annoying answer below, She only disclosed that she was a relative of the owner. She also misrepresents the facts about the appraisal. My agent did submit the documents to the appraiser provided by Ashley, and received a severe rebuttal from the appraiser as to the inappropriateness of those comps. They were either too far away, or off in some way. The appraiser also pointed out several issues with permitting and such that detracts from the value of the home.Buyer beware is very appropriate here!!As far as the addendum, not only did the Lender request the addendum, but the Title Company did as well. This addendum was the only document remaining with the exception of the appraisal.The appraisal was ordered only after we finally got the selling agent to sign the inspection remediation addendum. This took several days and phone calls to accomplish. This was required by the lender and not delayed by the agent or myself.In closing, Ashley took all questions related to the value or condition of the home very personally and judging from the way she relayed information, it certainly appeared to me and everyone else involved as if she were representing herself and not just as a sellers agent. And why would a sellers agent be spending their own money making corrections if they werent involved.No, Ashley was not my agent, but she certainly did make my experience rough and overly difficult with her delays and questioning of our personal situation.

Ashley goes above and beyond to help out when selling a house.She pays close attention to details and she made sure that things were in order and explained, and if anything came up, she would always keep us up to date. Definitely check her and the gold team out if you need to sell your house!
