I have used Stagecoach auto in the past and have found them to be honest and reputable. They did such a great job on my wifes car that when I needed some work done on my car, I immediately went back. However, this time, the guy up front was not professional. I informed him of the code I was getting off my car and they said they would look it over and let me know what was needed. I had them include an oil change as well. About two hours later they told me the exact same thing that the car had been coded at and said that I had to pay $100 diagnostic fee for a smoke test. At no time was I told that they were going to run the smoke test, nor that it was going to cost me $100. I asked if the diagnostic fee could be worked into the repair and they said no. While I appreciate their previous work, this particular instance I found them to be a bit rude and non-professional. (@Stagecoach:You should inform the customer (who is sitting in your waiting room) right off what you are going to do, what the cost is going to be and how the billing would be broken down prior to doing the work rather than just jumping into it and then expecting payment. Communication would have been the key to retaining a future customer and recommendations. Not sure if I will be coming back. )

I was told by someone at an oil change place my valve gasket cover was leaking. Stagecoach was reasonably priced, knowledgeable and could get me in within a matter of days.When I got there and the mechanic looked at it, he said there was no leak.They were honest with me and their integrity is honorable.I will be back when I have another “real” repair.

I had a great experience with Stagecoach. When my fiance busted my window with a rock while mowing they had glass ordered for me and I was in the next day. They had someone fix it quickly. Theyre some of the nicest people Ive ever spoke to! Highly recommend!

This place is the BEST. We originally went to stagecoach after another local shop happened to find $2700+ of repairs that needed to be done while I had our vehicle in for some warranty suspension work. I took it to Stagecoach for a second opinion and, long story short, they were able to do the repairs that were actually necessary for less than $300. Stagecoach is now the only repair shop in Spring Hill that we use. Their work is top notch and their pricing is fair. The folks who work the front desk probably know more about vehicles than the mechanics in most other shops. I never hesitate to bring our vehicles here. They know what they are doing and they are fantastic to work with. We are 100% happy with Stagecoach!

I had been to two other service places to look at my 13 year old AC. These guys are so honest and upfront with you. The other two places were going to charge me a fortune then there was no guarantee it was going to work. These guys were the first to tell me that if I spend the money it could work and could be something else major. They did not charge me one dime to look and gave me honest feedback. I’m having a difficult time remaining civil about this review. I took my truck in because it was leaking brake fluid badly from the left rear wheel. I went to pick it up when they got the work completed. I paid my bill and got in it to drive home. The ABS light was still on so I went back in the shop. I explained the light only came on when the leak started. I was then told this was a separate issue (maybe a sensor) from the leak and that it needed to be looked at again. I needed the truck immediately, so I could not leave it again. My issue is why was this not checked when the other work was being done. I had no notification of this other problem. I feel any professional shop would check all related areas that are in conjunction with a known problem. I’m not going to make the same mistake again and will take my business elsewhere.

Professional and friendly staff! They got things done in a timely manner, even though they had a ton of customers on a Monday. They reached out to ask about any work needed that wasn’t previously discussed at drop-off. Will be going back for future repairs and maintenance!

Stagecoach mis diagnosed the original problem with my car, but were upfront with me about it and ate the labor cost for the repair to be able to replace my engine for the cost of the parts including the remanufactured factory engine. The honesty from a mechanic is very good to see.

I came in at 8am was on my way at 845 wasnt a large job but an important one it centered around the battery and its ability to stay charged.

Stage Coach could of not been nicer and knowledgeable about our break situation. We had been dealing with a dealership repair service center and we were not feeling like they were being honest. . Stage Coach were very honest and transparent about what we needed but did not pressure us or make us feel like we had to do they repair right now. We will be using them for future car repairs for sure!!

Great experience working with Stagecoach Auto Repair. They repaired the A/C in my 2006 Saturn Vue and finished the work when they said they would. They kept me updated on the repair and price. I appreciated their professionalism and quality work. If I need work on the Vue done again I will go back to Stagecoach.

We recently took our car to Stagecoach based on reviews for an oil change and tuneupAfter looking at the car, they called and said that it needed thousands of dollars worth of work. More than the car was worth and we shouldn’t waste the money on an oil change and tuneup .lolThe gentleman who called me said it would only be $55 for the evaluation. They called back to let me know that they had already done the oil change & tuneup before they checked out the car!The price was around $700 however they discounted the parts and the bill was about $400I would have never put $400 into this car after their evaluation and I do not understand why they proceeded to do the oil change and tuneup!The car also runs the same despite the oil change and tuneup that we paid to Stagecoach Repair Shop! Nothing was explained about the car not running better!Evidently I should have read more reviews, my mistake!!!

Stagecoach Auto Repair has been a wonderful shop for my car. They have a professional atmosphere and you can usually get in same day if you dont mind waiting. They also allow you to schedule a time.They are open and honest, giving you control over what gets fixed and what doesnt without trying to pressure you into extra work.They dont try to pull the air filter trick or things like that. They will win your business just like they have mine.

Very honest people and very fast even with a busy day

We have used Stagecoach many times but this summer in particular they showed out for us. We bought a truck out of state and immediately began having issues with it. The team worked hard to get the truck fixed and was open and honest about what we should do. This year as well they have replaced a water pump and timing belt on my Odyssey (maintenance). They are fair, kind and honest and reasonably priced. Just last week we took our college aged daughters car over for some work while we were on vacation. Stagecoach found that the issues were a Ford recall and not only did they tell us they took it to the Ford dealership in Columbia for us and called us to tell us. It really doesnt get any better than this family owned business!! Alisha and Frankie there in the office make it so enjoyable (as much as it can be). Theyve earned our business forever!

Great job on my alternator replacement as well as a full diagnostic check of my Honda Pilot, very friendly as well. I would highly recommend them when your car starts acting up.

This place hits it out of the park. They were communicative every step of the way through the process, which I thoroughly appreciate. They sent me a report on my car once it had been looked at by the mechanic, and I was able to see a comprehensive list of they looked at and the notes for each section. They also communicated throughout the day to let me know what things would cost, get approval to do the work, etc. They finished a day ahead of schedule and were very friendly! Also, the cost was on par. These guys will be our first choice for car needs going foreword.

I paid nearly $200 to have a new battery put in my Altima. I was willing to pay a premium price because I viewed them as the safest option during the pandemic. I dropped the car off and used their key drop so I would not need to go inside. When they notified me that the car was ready I gave them my credit card info, told them I did not want to go inside and instructed them to put the key fob and receipt under the driver seat of the car. They assured me they would. I got there 25 minutes later and they had not done what I asked. I had to go inside where I found 3 employees behind the desk all without face masks. During this, the height of the pandemic, such behavior from any business is reckless and unacceptable. I don’t know that I can continue to patronize this business if they are going to put my health and well being at risk and not provide a better level of customer service.

I recently paid my second visit to Stagecoach Auto Repair. I came back because of my experience from my first visit. I trust what they tell me needs to be fixed or replaced. They take the time to explain what is wrong and what is necessary to fix it and how much it will cost. They will answer all your questions. I will be using them for all future auto repairs and highly recommend them to anyone that needs their car fixed.

We’re new in town and received a coupon advertisement post card from Stagecoach Auto Repair just in time for an oil change. I was able to get an appointment in 2 days. Awesome clean shop and waiting area, great and personable customer service, and great price for full synthetic oil. They were right on time. They looked at an issue with bumper that was partially falling off from hitting a curb and did a quick temporary fix that looks like nothing happened and may hold forever! Nice folks! We’ll be doing our auto business with for sure!

I brought my car in for some repairs and it was fixed in timely manner. I liked the report that is generated and sent via email & text. The report contains pictures and explanation of diagnosis done.Though I had to bring in my car twice as my issue was somewhat odd one but I am happy it was fixed and the cost was affordable, you buying years of service for a fraction instead of spending a bigger chunk on newer purchase.I even brought my partners car and it was too fixed a day later. A shoutout to Elisha and Frankie for providing friendly and assuring customer service! We will back for regularly maintenance while we live in Spring Hill.

We have been in Spring Hill for 20 years and Stagecoach used to be the only option. I recently tried out one of the new repair places in Spring Hill because it was more conveniently located. The new place told me nothing was wrong with my car. When the issue continued to happen I took the car to Stagecoach (like I should have don in the first place). They took the extra effort to find the issue that was actively causing damage to my rear brakes (see picture). I learned my lesson and I will be taking my car to Frankie at Stagecoach from now on.

Weve been taking our vehicles to Stagecoach since we moved to Spring Hill last year and they ALWAYS do an excellent job at a great price. Theyre super efficient and send you a full report of your cars needs, including what needs immediate attention versus what can wait but needs to be done eventually.Most recently our 2003 Honda Pilot needed new brakes and rotors. With the high mileage and needing to upgrade, we opted to buy a new used vehicle and give this one to Safe Haven homeless shelter in Nashville.We didnt want to burden a low income family with repairs so we decided to go ahead and get some urgent things fixed. Knowing that we were donating it, Stagecoach did the repairs in one day and then heavily discounted it for us. What a sweet gesture to make this car safe and driveable for a family in need. We are customers for life.

I dropped my truck off with a bad fuel pump and they had it confirmed, fixed and ready to be picked up in less than 2 hours. Didnt try to upsell me on anything else.. they just fixed what was wrong and handed over the keys. Very impressive.

These guys are honest and know what they are doing at a fair price. They showed me the most important problems with my 97 Toyota Camry without showing me a long overwhelming list. It was great going to a mechanic who wasnt trying to sell you extra stuff on top of the pertinent problems. We will use them again!

Great place called three other car repair shops before calling them, they didn’t get me for every penny I had they were fair in price dropped my car off and they called the very next afternoon and it was already done. Their text messages with what they looked at and found needed repair is so helpful on knowing what needs done. Definitely going to keep going to them

I have never had to come back on a repair. They fix it right the first time, and they fix it quick. Also offer convenient drop off after hours. You might find a lower price somewhere else, but those cheaper places usually have some excuse as to why they can’t get to your repair for 2 weeks. If you don’t want all that hassle and run around, Stagecoach will get you back on the road ASAP. That’s important if the vehicle is your work vehicle that you depend on.

Excellent customer service. Everything was explained upfront and there were no surprises. Possible outcomes and options were fully disclosed before any work was done. When it came time to pay, the total was what they said it would be before the work began. There were no surprises on the price. We will definitely be a future customer and will be recommending them when asked.

Needed to get my vehicle serviced for a tune-up, set up an appointment for my day off, said my parts would be there around noon, got a call back and the said they got my parts from a different supplier and would be there early morning. Service was preformed quicker than I expected, and all done at a reasonable price.
