These guys (and gal!) treated my elderly German friend very fairly, despite his not being super easy to deal with. What he was asking for would have been exorbitantly expensive...but instead of going thru with the job, they convinced him to go a different path...one that netted them considerably less money. Bravo, guys. Bravo.

Brian and his staff are highly trained and well educated in the unique field of European luxury and sports cars.If it wasnt for Brians expert knowledge on a specific issue with our BMW we wouldve never known and undoubtedly had catastrophic engine failure even after just having a 24 point inspection performed by the BMW shop staff.Brian made us aware just in time b4 having engine failure and his staff made repairs and then made a generous warranty to back up his work.Great people to work with and we will pass on the good word and will continue to do business here in the future.Thanks to you Brian and your skilled Technicians. Have had work done there with 2 vehicles s430 and now an s550; Great guys! Thorough but to the point and Customer friendly. Can be a bit pricey, but I trust their work which is important.

I have 2 Mercedes; a CLS 550 and an E350. I won’t let ANYONE except Bill and Brian work on my cars. I’ve been a Mercedes owner for over 20 years, during which I found No one that had the combination of skill, training, courtesy and professionalism that I have found at Bills European Autoworks. The people are extraordinarily skilled and well trained and try hard to satisfy the customers needs. Don’t waste your time and money trying the other shops (especially the dealerships). Bring your baby to Bill’s!!

Place seemed great. Called and was told its about 120 for them to check over my car and tell me wahts wrong with it. He said it would only take about an hour. So i told him i already checked these parts and they are fine. They spent 2 and half hours checking everything i already told them i checked. Then tells me if i want them to look any further that its 60 bucks per half hour. I tell him i only had the money he said it would cost. So he charged me $140 to tell me nothing. And used almost a quarter tank of gas test driving it. Never put a reader on it. Place will take advantage of you.

Ive been going to Bill for years. Ive had my Mercedes and my Audi serviced here. Do yourself a favor, come see Bill first.

Wouldnt trust anyone else, fair prices quality service

I had to have my BMW towed here, thinking I needed a new transmission (YAY ME) Bill took a look at it, and had it sent to a transmission repair place who took it apart and said nothing was wrong with it. (This is where Bill could have financially raped me and he didnt) He investigated further and I needed a new Torque converter. I choose to have it rebuilt due to money, but it was cheaper than a transmission. He also gave me 150$ off. The only thing that was slightly chaotic was how many people were there. It was packed when I walked in. A GREAT sign for him but- I am impatient :) He is honest, and my car is running like a champion now. Service like Bills in the rip-off world of Mechanics is HARD to find.

Since the 1st Mercedes I ever own Bills European has been the only mechanic Im willing to use,hands down best service, fair price and the car will be running like new after they are done working on it.

Car took 2 days for a oil change and radiator hose charged me $350.00 for a coolant hose that he couldnt show me proof of the new or old one and a oil change and was still leaking coolant right when i got home 5 minutes away..when i got there to pick up the car he said i had a blown or cracked head gasket when i pulled up to get my car he was near flooring it for several minutes and says see that smoke tells me that i shouldnt drive it 20 minutes away... the air when its on makes a very loud noise now from under the hood did not make any noise before. i call him and he said he cant do anything today that tomorrow if i wanted to drop it off he would look at it but its going to keep leaking i didnt even bother and just went and bought a bottle of radiator leak it fixed that problem has been 4000 miles daily driving and the air still makes a loud embarrassing noise thanks... i feel like parts were changed out with old ones with problems and now its causing me a problem......

Tired of having to go to expensive dealerships to get your car repaired? Me too! Thats why I was delighted to Google and find Bills European Autoworks, Inc. in Brooksville, and man, am I glad I discovered this place. Called for an appointment, they took me the next day, no waiting a week to get in for repairs, wrote the service order up, took the car right into the garage, sat me down in their air conditioned customer waiting room, put the flat screen TV remote in my hand, handed me a chilled bottle of water out of the cooler and within 30 minutes, my car was waiting out in front of the place, ready to go. Now comes the part Ive come to dread owning a Mercedes; the bill. Charged me a half hour labor and parts and I was out of there for a fraction of what I would have paid at a Mercedes dealership. These guys are Mercedes experts, theyve gone through the factory training, they know their cars, they know their customer service, and theyre a pleasure to work with. Bills European Autoworks...my new Go-To Mercedes shop in Florida for all my future repairs and maintenance.
