Frank is the son of the owner its a family-owned business I came in there with an emergency and he stopped what he was doing to help out so I rescheduled for a repair on my car and they were able to take care of my vehicle I wish that I could say more about the folks but I believe honesty speaks louder than words and a good reputation proceeds

Very unprofessional! Paid for a diagnostic check and repair of WHATEVER was wrong with my vehicle at the time that it was brought in and was told the water pump needed to be replaced and that was what was wrong with it. After paying and driving my car off the lot it was a instant strong vibration of my vehicle, something it definitely was NOT doing prior to bringing it in, turned right back around to take it back and was refused to finish the repair that was NOT an issue prior to bringing it in! So I basically paid to have this company damage more than when I brung it in! Not to mention the price quoted to me for the fix to get done and was agreed upon prior to them starting on it was up-charged when it was time to pick up. Definitely will be telling everyone I know of the horrible service I received and that I am still dealing with now!

Frank has been in business for many years here and I always go there for my auto repair needs. They have always been fair with me. Today they repairs my brakes. They told me yesterday to come back today at 10:30 and they took me right in. Frank even gave me a ride home untill the work was done. Fast efficient knowledgeable and friendly. 👍

This operation is top-notch.I went in for a gas leak that three other shops could not find.Within 20 minutes of my arrival I was diagnosed and they were having the replacement parts delivered. Less than 2 hours later I was receiving a call to tell me the repairs were completed and to come pick up my vehicle.Very fair on parts and labor.I couldnt have been more satisfied. Complete pros.

Seemed annoyed that I knew what I wanted done. When changing the radiator on my Cadillac, they decided to mix green coolant with the factory DexCool. Didnt run a pressure test, as a result the car is still leaking coolant. I came to pick up the car and was told it was not test driven, he asked was I supposed to? To top it all off, they didnt top off my transmission fluid (no pun intended) something anyone who has changed a radiator should know to do.Amber Auto should be embarassed to call themselves mechanics.
