Dropped off my Nissan to get the AC and oil changed and they were so fast an efficient. She drove out of her way to pick up parts for my car because she knew I needed my AC fixed soon. Made me feel welcomed and customer service is outstanding. Thank you guys!

I would give this company 0 stars because they do not know how to handle customers with no shirt on.He was quoted for a USED tire $170+tax and he didnt have no shirt on...but he did have boots on.I dont even know why you would lie about that. As he pulled his card out and was going to ask to buy 4 of them but, the lady said no shirt no service. So, if your going to read the reviews on a company read mine and read all the the other 1 star customers..Because there come back comments by this company is very unprofessional you could of handle a customer with no shirt on better then you did....and its a good thing we didnt buy them cause we found them ELSE WHERE for $115+tax and only $10 per tire to put them on and there NEW.So, in your near future get your words right treat your customers with better service then you do other wise I dont know how your still in business cause cash is cash baby its still the same with a shirt on or not 💵💵💵💵

If I could give them less than one star, I would! Came in one day and was literally ignored and walked out. Called there office for two days in a row and could never get anyone on the phone. Walked in another day and no one was there. Had to have the mechanics call the owners to come to the shop. Had signs for used tires everywhere and then I was told they dont do that. Place is a joke.

I tried this shop after comparing prices for an alignment againgst Mavis and Tire Plus. I was pleasantly surprised with the price, speed of service and kindness of the staff.They offered free coffee while I waited, no appointment needed.The mechanic took the time to explain to me the exact problem with my car. They did not try to push any repairs I didnt need like the national chains do.Independent operators have more to lose in this day and age. Their reputations depend on word of mouth and good honest reviews.Will definately be bringing my vehicles back to this shop for future servicing needs.

The owner is not a Certified mechanic so anything he tells you is merely his opinion and not a professional analysis. I hadto take my truck back twice after they did a spark plug change on my truck one week earlier. Mechanic never seated the spark plugs correctly resulting in one of them flying out during Transit on Highway 75. Damaging the coil on top and costing me $75 for an Uber Lyft home. I bought another coil as well for $56.After I calmly confronted the owner and the mechanic, it was agreed that the mechanic never seated the spark plug properly resulting in this outcome. I asked for reimbursement and was given a run around and the owner didnt even have $75 in petty cash or on his person to correct a mistake his shop had made.This shop may be good at oil change and tires but anything else you may have to go behind them with your own wrench to double-check.In the end it cost me $675 to find out not to bring my vehicle or recommend this place to anyone else.As a side note the owner and the mechanic both tried to convince me the spark plug wiggled itself out on its own.Your response does not address the problem at hand nor does it refute my experience.

After going to multiple places to get my car serviced and being turned away. (For having a mini) they did an excellent job. Very professional. They even took me in with 5 minutes to close. 100% recommend and won’t be going anywhere else.

This business should be called Tires Only not Tires unlimited. I have never written a bad review before but I have also never been so badly ripped off before. I purchased 3 new tires and got an alignment for over 600$. Two days later one of the tires had a “screw” in it. He made my wife pay him 40$ just to find the “screw”. The next day my engine stared misfiring badly. I took it back and all he kept telling me was how badly I needed not only breaks but calipers and a full break job even though I just had them replaced within the year. I just wanted the misfire and engine shaking to be fixed.They had me apply for a credit card that was 1300$. I told him to please fix the misfire and he insisted I also needed the full brake job so I told him as long as the engine gets fixed if there’s enough left on the card then do the brakes,the engine was CLEARLY the priority. After I pick up the van and pay the 1300$ The misfire was gone . One hour later it started to misfire again and the engine was shaking just as bad as ever. I brought it back the next day and he told me I now needed to pay him 475$ for the spark plugs to be replaced. I was mad but needed my car to be fixed. I paid the 475$ and once again before the end of the day it started to misfire as bad as ever. I gave these people 600$-40$-1300$-475$ Just for 3 off brand new tires, and a brake job I did not ask for but was pushed on me . I had to bring it to another mechanic and pay 900$ to get it fixed and the engine finally stopped shaking and misfiring and the mechanic that actually FIXED it said many people have had this type of complaint about This mechanic. Tires unlimited ripped me off so badly and didn’t even try and fix my car instead gave me a full brake job that I didn’t need. They DO NOT have a clue about engines they will just push off brand new tires and brakes on you. They will rip you as much as possible and your engine issue will NOT be resolved. I hope that they can reach out to me and offer me my money back I have all the statements from them, and from the mechanic that had to “redo” there engine work. DO NOT GO TO TIRES UNLIMITED!!! I want my money back it’s not right . I wanted my engine fixed period. I gave you multiple chances I was a good customer you were not able to fix it . I took it somewhere else and they fixed it for 175$ less . I made it clear the engine was the priority and of you could do the brakes also then go for it. You did the brakes and your words “put a Bandaid” on the engine and DID NOT fix the “misfire”. I made it very clear my first priority was to fix the misfiring but you couldn’t do that for me with more then 1200$ credit card? You ripped me off and I’m letting it be known. Your right I am a fool for continuously returning to you to try and fix my car !

I went to this facility thinking i needed brake pads because I kept hearing a schrubing sound on my rear tire..They inspected my brakes and informed my that I didnt need them.And then the showed me what the noise came from.It seems our dog that likes to play with her dog bowl left it behind my car.and i ran over it not knowing.I will definately seek them out in the future for repairs because they are honest..and very polite..a rare find anymore...

Very fast and professional. Pulled into Applebees with a flat and started walking to the corner gas station to get a can of fix a flat. (Conveniently for got to put my jack and 4 way back from doing brakes.) Passed by this store while on the way and these great people sent me back to Applebees in a van with a jack and employee. They got me back on the road with my donut and I stopped by later to pick up my rim and new tire for an affordable price. 👍🥇🏆

We went in for an air conditioning check, came out with no dash lights no gauges working on our dashboard. And they said we needed front end work, that we just had done. They said we needed valve cover gaskets, which we just had done. So we ended up having to take it back to the person that did the valve covers and the front end work. They told us that there was nothing wrong with our vehicle. So I do not recommend this company whatsoever. They were very unprofessional did not want to help us figure out what was wrong with the dashboard. All they kept saying was I did air-conditioning. Well they did more than that. I do not recommend them at all.In response to your response,OK let’s go there.First AND foremost, how did you (part owner) get the mileage off of the dashboard if there were NO lights IN THE DASH?Second, we did take the car to the Facility that replaced the valve cover gasket (which I have in writing that you said was leaking) NOTNEXT, the facility that did the original Repairs to the front end( which I have in writing from you, which you said needed repairs) DOES NOT NEED ANY REPAIRSAnd last but not least, you sent a mechanic to try to explain that he did nothing to the vehicle that affected the lights. Well guess what, the fact that he left the key on without the vehicle running killed the battery which intern sent the ECM into confusion. So our mechanic fixed your problem. Just a little FYI, if someone doesn’t know what they’re doing don’t claim that you do.Oh and last but not least, we do have new tires on the vehicle for $500 cheaper than what you quoted us and a better quality tire.So thank you for your time and we wish you luck in all of your endeavors. However our vehicle will never set foot on your property again.AND THAT LADIES AND GENTLEMEN IS THE WHOLE TRUTH....

Paula’s husband Rick first bought a used tire there. Even though it was a minor job the mechanic pointed out a loose connection in the steering and took care of it with no charge...Great customer service!!! The second time was for 4 tires and alignment for our other car. The owner/operator looked long and hard for the best deal (sales, rebates, quality) on tires that fit my needs. While I waited I saw mechanics and the owner interact with customers. They listen to your needs, offer choices and explain everything you need to know. I was so impressed with how caring and professional they are. It was clear to see they want the customer to be comfortable with a job well done.

When every tire shop in the area is packed on a Saturday morning and you have a nail in a tire and there is one with NOBODY THERE it looks like a good option. Walked in and asked to have the tire patched. The husband and wife tag team thieves told me 60$ for a patch $20 cash for a plug. No brainer. Once the plug “doesn’t work on my tire” and they drilled a 1/2 in hole in it then i needed the $60 patch. So i paid $80 for a patch that ANY OTHER TIRE AHOP WOULD HAVE DONE FOR $30. I told them that this is wrong and a terrible to do to people but i needed my keys back. So i got screwed and you will too.

The owner and staff mechanics have a vast knowledge of service needs for your foreign and domestic vehicles. Prices are very competitive and also having you in and out in a timely manner.

They installed an AC unit along with other corresponding parts so it all would work properly together. My AC stops blowing after 20 mins of driving everyday. I received a tune up kit for my 97 Sierra pickup 4.3l which they never did properly because less than a year later Im doing it again. Also they gave my truck back to me, shaking worse than it was when I arrived with the check engine light still on and closed up shop right then and there. They literally pushed me out the door like that. I later discovered that the firing order was out of order which means they installed the wires wrong. That couldve really messed up my engine. Thankfully a family member who owns his own shop in Miami took a look and straight up told me they ripped me off. I purchase the truck in Tampa to bring it back to Miami so I wont waste my time with a 10hr total road trip to even come back to be ripped off again. They kept asking me to put a good review several times. I can see the positive reviews must be their own and not clients. This isnt how you treat people. I was patient, waited hours and paid almost 4grand for all the work done. Theres zero excuse for that yet I see whoever is answering these reviews clearly has no professional people skills based on what Ive read. Smh

Walked in this morning after visiting another shop. The other shop wanted to sell me a new tire for a lot of money. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner (wife) and she was so pleasant. Super helpful. Made sure I actually needed a tire before anything else. Gave us a super good price. Her husband and another tech were so helpful and quick. Plus they put my seat back to its exact spot. That may not be a big deal to most but I’m super short so my seat has to be close to the steering wheel and no other place has ever taken the few seconds to put it back. I highly recommend and will be back for sure!

I had to get a tire replaced and they had me in and out in no time which gave me time to finish some household chores before work and the price was very reasonable.

Call 30 minutes ahead of time to get a price on some tires. Got a quote for both new and used tires told them I had three that I wanted to purchase. “No problem we have plenty” price was 40.00 used 90.00 new. Magically they did not have any....but they were ready to sell new!Last time I visited this place the lady misquoted the price of a simple oil change By 20.00 because of a cartridge. I left a negative review last but erased hoping to give them another shot! Guess what same lies just to lure you in!Do not shop here! Even in a time of global panic these crooks would rather cheat rob steal and lie than do good business. Filed a BBB complaint as well!

Quick service. Needed 3 tires for my vehicle but they only had one. Suggested an alternate tire size that may work on my vehicle but would have to evaluate when I came in. The alternate tire sizes worked, they rotated the alternate size tires to the rear for clearance. Was in and out in under an hour! Thank you for making my car safer to drive again :)

Went to Tires Unlimited for the first time ever to get 4 brand new tires and front and rear brake pads as I was previously told I needed by a dealership. I did get 4 brand new tires but was told I didn’t need rear brakes which was a relief. I was previously told I had an alignment which Tires Unlimited told me I didn’t and needed one. They took care of my needs and concerns about my car and corrected false information the previous dealership had told me. Very satisfied with Tires Unlimited and will be taking care of ALL my future car needs with them! They saved me a lot of money!

First time coming into this shop and it is absolutely amazing. Came in for a tire. Owner is very respectful and was willing to help me in any way. He set me up with a used tire at a very good price and then proceeded to show me my other tire and how it had barely any tread left and found a new tire for me also at an amazing price. Never was pressured into buying anything and was very professional. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming here for any future needs!

I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment today. The husband and wife that own and run it are extremely friendly and professional. Everything was explained to me, the pricing was better than I thought. I felt very comfortable driving my RV into their lot for a tire stem replacement. I highly recommend this establishment and I will be certain to return with my personal vehicle. I have already liked their Facebook page and shared it with my Facebook friends. They are an all service shop. It would be foolish not to check them out. Also, the technician personally came and showed me the part that was being replaced. He was also extremely friendly and professional.

Needed to know why my car has over heated. They charged $100 to diagnose (which they would acredit on the final work done) but at the end they gave me a price arange between $275- $450 becouse they were not sure what (fan/parts) it was; either it had to do with A/C or radiator. So what was the Diagnosis for? Plus if I didnt get it done right away they would not credit the $100 even thou I mentioned to them I had my car full of hay that needed to drop off and had my mom to attend to first, if they would consider I pay a down payment for the most expensive quote, plus paying the $100, that way I would bring the car the next day. They said if I didnt fix it that day even if I paid 1/2 of the quoted repair they could not apply the $100 for the Diagnostic toward the final bill. I left not knowing for sure what was wrong plus they lost a potential recurring customer. Not very business savvy and created an untrusting opinion on thier work.

Had my AC checked. Charged $100 plus shop fees and said I needed a new compressor. Was gonna cost $1900 to replace. Never provided a true written estimate for repairs.I refused the service and will be seeking a more experienced AC professional.When I picked up the car, the caps on the charge lines were laying on the grill. They never replaced them...so $100 plus just to tell me I need almost $2000 repair. I dont think so...maybe they do tires better...we do not recommend this shop for AC repairsIn response to your excuses for needing over $1900 to repair the AC...First, for $100 diagnostic you should have provided a written estimate without even asking. Second, you sat there and told me the entire system needed replacement. So we took the vehicle to a reputable shop and they fixed the leaking AC line, evacuated and recharged the system for $219. It works like brand new. Sorry you have to make excuses for being a poor mechanic that takes advantage of owners but thats the sad truth about my visit to your shop. We will be filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully your business practices will improve and others wont have to overpay for simple repairs. Have a nice day!

This place is great! I called and spoke with the husband a few days before going in for 2 tires and an oil change. When I went in, his wife was there and so personable. I had my two small children with me, they made us comfortable and turned on the cartoons. I was charged exactly what I was quoted a few days prior. Showed up right about 10:30 no appointment and I was out of there with 2 happy children right around 11:10. They let me check the tires before they put them on. Any questions I had were answered honestly and respectfully. I will return for sure!

Took my mother-in-laws car here because her tire light was on. They inspected it, aired up her tires, and the sensor light went off. No charge! I drove home and got my car and took it to have a tire patched and an alignment. The pricing was good, but the service will ensure I return for future needs.
