The person we dealt with was wonderful. Literately I think my fiance amd I stayed in there for about 3 hours looking at all the antiques. A former firefighter amd his wife owns. Super nice dude. Havent met the wife yet but im sure that we will. And from him talking about her. I cant wait. Lol. This place has one of a kind gadgets. And very old antique stuff. What I seen was genuine. And he did give us a great deal. I mean look at the pruce in the photo. 20 bucks for that 100 year old wrench. Thats a deal. We ended up passing on it but bought a lot more for a good price. #gofirefighter... Great antiques and more

Never Again ...Car went in for 2 problems to be diagnosed. Oil leaks and ses light Po715, for the transmission. After Vernon and Cindy had it at their shop for nearly 7 weeks, and went on a part replacing SPENDING SPREE, and a bill of nearly $2800.00, I got it back with new trans sensor (did NOT FIX it), wiring repair (did NOT FIX it}. 2, (two) catalytic converters and 4 oxygen sensors (did NOT FIX it). Rebuilt alternator (did NOT FIX it), nor did the alternator harness they replaced a day after the alternator was replaced and I drove 20 miles with my wife to get it, but guess what .... it was NOT FIXED. Still had the 1 (one) transmission code, Po715, I sent it there for, (NOT FIXED) ... And now Cindy tells me it needs a complete trans overhaul, (which their shop doesnt do those repairs ... I asked that first, ALL of the engine oil leaks were diagnosed and a repair price quoted me. Cindy assured me the rear main seal at the back of the engine was NOT leaking and told me the only engine oil leaks were the engine valve cover gaskets. The shop charged me for both side valve cover seal, but guess what ... oil is leaking from the rear main seal at the back of the engine at a rate of 1 (one) quart per 20 miles (oil leaks, NOT FIXED). Buyers beware, I was told all the repairs were satisfactorily completed and everything was fixed. I paid the bill in full, be real careful with these two, I have notified 3 state agencies along with Better Business Bureau about these practices, but fear not I spoke to Cindy and was told shes not worried about a thing . Vernon + Cindy Kirkland, if youre not qualified for these repairs, leave it to the pros.

In between needed repairs, Ive stopped in just to ask a question or three. Of course I like to save money and do it myself when possible, and the folk here are more than willing to share their knowledge and opinions. When I do need a full service by a pro, Ive always been happy with both the work and the price.

Had a flat on my car from four random screws that punctured my tire somewhere on my way to work. Even though I called 20 minutes before closing time they came to my car, inflated my tire and drove my car to their shop. They ordered the tire I needed, replaced it and had it ready for me before lunch the next day. Cannot be happier with how accommodating and friendly everyone at this shop is and will definitely be back.

Took my 2009 Kia Sportage there today for quite a bit of work. New brakes, rotors, calipers, everything brake related. Also needed new cv axles. They explained everything to me, beat the two other quotes I had gotten, and had me in and out by mid afternoon. Couldnt have asked for better service, pricing, or results. Will definitely be back! Worst cusomer service EVER!!! Made my appt a week in advance! Showed up appt time 1pm was told they were 2 hrs behind ok, theyre human, stuff happens, tells me to come back 3pm,i agree, come back at 3 as Im standing there it starts to drizzle outside woman tells me, Oh its raining out he cant do it. Offers no anything just says that... Oh and the service i needed was was an alignment. Now i think about it IM GLAD I DIDNT GET THAT FAR!!
