I cant say enough about this place and its staff. Super friendly and accommodating. Kept me informed and provided me with a timely, accurate estimate. My car runs better than it did when new. As long as theyre in business I wont take my car anywhere else.

I had an issue with a spark plug and called around to every shop that was open and close to me and Bens was the only shop that would even try to look at it, let alone they had me come in right then and fit me in around their busy schedule. Ended up being a loose connector but they were very kind and professional in explaining the issue and only charged me to diagnose it, and I was out in 30 minutes. Ive had mechanics in the past that would have told me I needed a whole set of plugs. If you want exceptional customer service and honest people, Id go to bens, and I will definitely be back with any other issues I have.

First time using this shop...I was expecting to replace brakes pads all around and possibly an alignment. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call after they inspected my brakes and alignment, telling me all was good and no repairs were needed. They easily could have charged me for the repairs but didn’t. I hard to find honest shops and this is definitely one of the rare ones. I ended up getting an oil change and ordered new tires. Great service, fair prices! Would highly recommend!

Awesome Service! Ben went out of his way to fit me in with a u-joint replacement... This was most helpful as all the other mechanics I contacted in the area would not even look at my car for a week or more... I am visiting from out of town and could not wait. Weve been taking our cars (five of them over time) for eight years. We take our kids cars to Ben when they are about to travel cross country to make sure they have no car troubles on the way. So, read that as we trust Ben with our childrens lives. I cant give a better recommendation than that. Cost is always in line with standard practices and they will always honor coupons that they have placed in local mailings. When visiting Bens place of business, please be respectful and wear a mask until Covid is gone. Ben is an extremely nice person and he will do everything to help you fix your car. Just be sure to check and compare prices. I trusted Ben as being a nice and honest man. Unfortunately when I checked the price for the replacement parts he gave me I found out that he over charged me for hundreds of dollars. Always do your homework before agreeing on a price!

We took our car to get checked out because it turned on one morning and then started shaking and turned back off. We were able to get it started and drove it to the shop. We explained to them what we had experienced and they said they would take a look. They hooked it up and got some codes but said they wanted to keep it over night and let it cool down and start it the following morning to see if it would give them the same issues it gave us. They called us the next day and said they the car did not do what we had explained to them and that they would not feel comfortable fixing it because they weren’t 100% sure that that’s what it was because the car did not do what it did to us a couple days before that. I have never met a more honest mechanic in my life! They could have easily just fixed it based on what the codes were saying and made some money but they didn’t. Definitely will be going back in the future and I highly recommend them!

Love the service I received this week when getting my oil changed! I went in for a routine oil change and they noticed my tires were bald on my the front of my car and advise me I needed to replace them before I had a problem. I really appreciated Ben helping me get a good rate on my tires for my car at affordable prices! I really felt he was looking out for me!

I brought my car in for back breaks. They put on ceramic pads told me they were the best ones for my car. After about a month I brought the car back because they made noise. I was told I am not being rough enough with them. I shouldnt have to be. I called a few times and said they were making noise. They told me they are fine. So I went to the dealer after they made so much noise I thought my wheels were going to fall off. The dealer told me the pads never should have been put on my car. They were were not wearing even and causing the noise. So it cost me another $200.00 to fix Bens mistake.

I had a great experience here. My car began having problems and I took it to an automotive repair center who told me that my transmission needed to be replaced and it would cost $1,400 bucks to fix it. Aaron and Ben took a look and found out it was a simple and cheap $240 dollar fix. Accurate has won me over as a customer because of their honesty and ability to diagnose the correct problem. Hopefully my car doesnt break down any time soon but if it does I know where to take it.

I have repairs done here all the time they are honest and trust worthy they always tell me what I need to now and what I should look at getting next time there is no pressure and they are always looking to help out anyway they can if it the repair is not in my price range. Great people in service thanks for all your help.

Not thrilled. I asked them to investigate A/C on my car and give me an estimate to repair. They estimated ~$770, which I felt was high, but its summer in Florida and I need A/C. Later in the day, they called and said the parts they ordered were wrong, so they had to go OEM, which bumped my quote another ~$75... and cost me another day with a rental, since the parts had to be shipped in. Day 2? Another phone call... and a ~$300 bump in the quote for another part. That part is $65 online. At this point, I refused and asked them to put it back together. The end result for me was that I paid ~$850 ($200 in parts) for 2 days in a shop, 2 actuators, and a tank of freon... and cold air that only comes out of my defroster vents. I will not be going back.

On 4/18/2013, my car died while driving. An auto parts store that was close by tested my vehicles battery and alternator and reported that everything was fine. The same evening, I had my vehicle towed to the closest mechanic available, BENS ACCURATE AUTOMOTIVE. We called the following morning to explain what happened to vehicle and asked for a quote to fix it. Was called back by mechanic shortly afterwards who explained to us that our engine is shot due to the timing belt breaking and causing the rods and pistons major damage and that the cost would be $2000 +. I explained that we dont have that money on hand and asked if there was anything he could do to at least get us back on the road. He declined and said we should sell my vehicle for parts if we cant afford to fix it. I had my vehicle towed back to my residence.I then spoke to some friends who introduced me to another mechanic who is ASE certified. This new mechanic took the time necessary to research my vehicles issue and, after removing various engine parts from my vehicle, found that NO damage had been done to my engines rods or pistons. What he did find was a broken timing belt and a seized water pump which he explained to me was the reason why the timing belt broke. Together, the parts cost me less than $70. He charged me $300 total to fix my car. I am happy to say that I am driving my car again, thanks to an honest mechanic, and it runs better than ever!I only want other consumers to be aware of the flagrant dishonesty that was shown to me by this auto mechanic shop. Most consumers who bring their vehicles to this shop are hard workers with families and are barely making ends meet. Hence, what customers need are honest, hard-working mechanics who will not misinform them about what really needs to be done to their car.. This will only bring distrust and eventual fall-out of their business.

These guys are great the owner has major mechanical experience and Im no mechanic but Ive been going to these guys for years and even estimated past concerns with other companies and never got a cheaper more honest estimate with anyone else these guys know their stuff and treat you very personally check them out

I honestly can say i have worked in this shop with Ben. There is there bad days and good days with temper but who doesnt get upset now and again when you have people trying to jew you down on work. if you honestly think being a mechanic is easy then go ahead fix your own car properly. sometimes its easy sometimes its not but you will get quality work with a smile on bens face and not because you are paying him to fix your vehicle but because he truly does enjoy helping people when they are being reasonable

I took 2 Honda elements to have my brakes done, rotors shaved. The first one was an issue but they managed to take care of it, second one was a breeze. I did like their work and he is a cool person that listens. We need to support our small businesses. The only issue I had was both took several hours which Ive never had it take 3 1/2 hours for each brake job BUT the fact that he did fit me in without an appointment helped to ease that pain somewhat. I will still go to him even though they take a long time cause I was content with their work. He also seemed honest and although I did find cheaper elsewhere, I felt his work quality was worth paying the extra money for both Hondas. Most of the other auto places ive been to, u can tell they try to take advantage or upsell u stuff u dont need. Ben didnt do any of that. Its a good business im comfortable with and would take my cars back there. Give him a try. Be careful of a lot of dishonest auto shops in spring hill. Bens shop is not one of them, at least from my 2 days experiences with him with my 2 Hondas.
