My egress window went in just today, and Im leaving a review already--thats how thrilled I am. Petr came to look at my place on the same day I called him; quoted $1500 under the other guy (who also said he couldnt get a window til November). No frills, just solid communication and answered all of my questions. From dig to driving away = 6 hours. Spread the dirt, took the concrete for recycling, they even pulled a nasty rosebush that was in the way--and the bane of my existence. Im a single female homeowner and my wonderful father does a lot of the build work around my house--weve re-roofed and re-sided it ourselves--but this needed outsourced. I couldnt be happier or more relieved at how well the process went with Petr and his crew. They were polite and efficient and knew their stuff. Will definitely call again when Im ready to have them do the other window!

I am the worst at leaving reviews, so Im finally getting around to this one 9 months after the service was performed. Petrs crew put an egress window in our basement bedroom so we could have two of our kids share that room safely. They worked quickly and were very professional. They arrived around 8 am and were all cleaned up and gone before 4pm, which was very impressive! The men were kind and respectful of our home and property. They didnt even complain or have issues when my young children got close enough to see what was going on with the hole in the side of the house. They cleaned up after themselves extremely well! The grass was not damaged and they hauled away all the removed dirt and grass for a nominal extra cost, and we were more than happy to pay for the added convenience. The window looks great and works perfectly. Its almost a year later and we have had zero issues with it. I checked around to several companies before we had it done and not only did Petrs Construction have the best price in town, they also provided services that other companies flat out did not do, such as replacing the trim and cut wall portions inside the bedroom. We will absolutely be hiring them again when we are ready to add two more egress windows downstairs, hopefully later this year.

Petr was great! He came out and gave me an estimate the same day and we decided on a standard size window that he had available. He was able to get his crew out to install it quickly and the price was competitive with other quotes Id received. The crew was professional and had the window installed in only a few hours. Ill only need to do minimal touch ups to my exterior paint. I was really impressed and would hire them again.

Everything you want in a specialty contractor. Petr gave us a quote and it was very fair. His worker showed up on time and worked hard for 2 days installing 2 egress windows. EXCELLENT work, clean up..everything. So good that we are having them install a new living room window next. You will not be disappointed. Great work!

Professional, explains the process well. Workers were prompt and polite, and cleaned up everything. We kept the dirt and they placed it all where we wanted, all this with temps in the 90s. Love my bedroom window and letting fresh air in!

Petrs Construction just installed an egress window for us and did a wonderful job. I received a response right away when I called, had a quote by the next day, and the window was installed within the week. Petr was very responsive and easy to communicate with over text. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they were able to complete the work (the project was done in one day). There was a crack in the windows crank mechanism and they came back right away and fixed it. The cleanup was very thorough, leaving no dirt behind. I also appreciated that they were respectful and wore masks when inside our home. The window is beautiful and we are very happy with our experience.

I hired Petrs construction to install four egress windows. I had looked around and most of the egress companies had mixed reviews,but Petr had good reviews. I had him come out and he gave me a pretty competitive estimate and was professional. Hired him for the work, and he did everything. I didnt have to worry about a thing. I expected my yard to be torn up but the holes were hand dug and by the time he was done you couldnt even tell they were there. The whole process took less time than I was expecting. Really quality work at a competitive rate. I wouldnt hesitate to hire him again if I have any other window needs!

Paul was excellent to work with. They did two egress windows for me, and they got the job done fast w/ no mess. The best part for me was that since I had a limited budget, they found solutions to make my budget work. They allowed me to dig the holes, backfill, etc. as I was comfortable in order to get the price to a place that worked for us. If you need a job done, at least give them a call b/c they were hands down the most responsive and flexible to work with I encountered.
