We are very pleased with the windows we ordered through Universal Windows Direct of Spokane! Great quality and look beautiful! Enjoyed working with Tyler as he was very knowledgeable, very friendly and very professional. Installation went very smooth and fast. Only issue was time that it took to receive the windows and installed as they are not made locally and with the 2020 covid issues we received them about 5 months after they were ordered. Besides delivery time we are very pleased with this company and product.

These ARE the best windows in town. Steel reinforced, and I have never been so happy with windows. Tyler was excellent, and made SURE I knew how superior these windows are from others. These windows have changed my life. They dont let any heat in, they are installed with skill, these windows, and this company that offers them are the best around. We have had 2 meetings with this company that we felt went quite well. Unfortunately, we have not heard back with our quote. I have called the company twice now asking for the quote and both times told that our salesman would call back and hasnt. Clearly they do not want our business.

I just purchased my home early 2020 in the winter & the noise was still a little much, tho the neighborhood is fairly quiet. My heating bill was atrocious. Im really into being as energy efficient as I can. Being in a mobile & needing new windows can b very expensive, cuz its a mobile home. Universal Windows literally rock! Im serious. I contacted them & they came out, talked to me, measured my windows. I was looking forward in having new state of the art windows in 6-8 wks. Then covid hit. Yes, it took longer. I LOVE my new windows. Its so incredibly quiet. I can have fresh air at the base of my window or on top. I can wash the inside & outside of my windows from inside my house. Thank u so much, Universal Windows. Ill never go anywhere else & I recommend u to all of those who are asking about where I got my windows.

Unable to repair our window because of a three window minimum. So If you have one broken window they are not able to assist.

Shane Hurley was the guy that came out to look at our roof. He was so nice and knowledgeable and down to earth, easy to talk to ask questions.
