Renewal by Anderson of Spokane. We replaced 20+ year old windows that were cloudy with broken seals. Our assigned installers Thomas and Chris were professional, courteous, and efficient. They were in and out in one day installing 4 windows. They were available for questions. My husband is a retired contractor and he was impressed with every phase of the process but mainly with the men completing the project. The incentives and 12 month same as cash made the project affordable for us. We decided to complete 2 more of the remaining windows. Bravo to Thomas and Chris. Highly recommend.

We had the amazing, hard working team of Jared B., Kyle B., Mickey & Chris install 6 windows (including a huge picture window) and a slider. They were extremely helpful in explaining every detail of the installation. Attention to detail was above and beyond. The windows were not installed until absolutely perfect (in an older home with nothing perfect or level)! The installers were prompt and efficient.The entire project of installing 5 replacement windows and a patio door replacement took approx 19 hours.The install was delayed by one of the windows not arriving with the others and the casing not being the correct size.The first day our installers were Jason and Preston;day two was Jason, Preston, Jeff and DanielDay three was Vince, Dustin and Ezra.All the installers did a great job.The windows are quite different than those replaced.

We had Renewal by Anderson replace most windows in our house. They were terrific! We had an initial visit where a representative went over all our needs, their services, timelines and options. Cody D and Kyle B, two professional and friendly installers came on time with all the windows, tools and installation materials in tow. They also showed up wearing their cover-19 masks! They were quiet and efficient. When they left, we had beautiful, perfectly installed clean windows. They cleaned up after themselves and were careful working around some plants next to the house. We have another house nearby that needs some new windows and we will use Renewal by Anderson for this job as well.

Replacing our windows was complex and we had initially thought we would have to destroy some of the initial frame areas holding in the original windows. No need to worry—they figured it out! At our initial consultation appointment, Jason V explained our options and was convinced the job could be done without any destruction. He was right! The installation crew--Jesse C, David A, Alex M, Alex G and Henry V—were very professional; they were experts and also took care in protecting furniture/floors and cleaning up. Although the job took longer than anticipated, they didn’t rush and made sure things were done perfectly! Their pride in their work showed—very happy with our new windows! We may decide to replace a few additional windows after this experience.

Renewal by Andersen agreed to replace our living room bay window trim with oak after the originally installed hemlock trim failed to stain properly. RbA’s staff diligently tracked down the oak wood, which turned out to be in short supply locally, so that we could have the bay window we desired. Service Tech Jacob Eschenbacher did a simply terrific job removing the flawed hemlock trim and installing the new, perfectly stained oak trim. He was thoroughly professional, carefully covering our furniture and hearth with protective plastic, painstakingly installing the new trim, and then completing a thorough cleanup of our living room, garage and driveway (where he sawed the wood). The result was a handsome oak trim that enhances the beauty of our new RbA bay window. We couldn’t have been happier with RbA and its committed staff of professionals. We can highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

I got a quote by Renewal by Andersen two years ago. Im a single retired woman living in Post Falls ID. My home is about 1100 square feet with six windows and one slider. The quote was $24000.00 and it was for five windows and one slider. I was seriously wondering how I could manage this and thinking about financing. I called my son to run it by him and he told me that was ridiculous and to ask the salesman to leave. My son found someone to replace all six windows for $3500.00. My son and nephew put in my slider that cost $1000.00 including materials. The windows were purchased from a company in Coeur dAlene ID that manufactures windows. I know Renewal by Andersen claims their windows are the best but I really doubt they are worth $19500.00 more. I feel like I was seriously taken advantage of.

I cant say enough good things about these guys, they replaced single pane wood windows (15 of them) with their custom units in 2 days when the salesman said it would take a minimum of three, worked around my schedule and even helped out with doing specific rooms in a specific order so that I could move pets around. on the first day they were understaffed so a manager came out to help get things done, these guys are professional, skilled and kind. jesse, henry, alex, dustin and joe did a perfect job. one of the new windows came with a small chip in the trim, before the window was even installed, the new trim was ordered and handled. great work guys.👍

We really enjoyed working with Renewal by Anderson. They were prompt & thorough in all aspects from the initial consultation to the installation of the windows. Putting down runners to keep from damaging our floors & respecting our property. Jeremiah, Jesse & Rafael finished the job a day ahead of schedule & addressed our couple of concerns with window install and function without hesitation.

These windows are top quality and installed by top tier professionals. Ryan B., Brandon G, and Gage L. did an outstanding job. The window sills were flashed with a water barrier and caulked liberally so no chance if water leaks in the future. The inside foam increased the insulation that I could actually feel the house was warmer that night. Runners were laid inside the home so their tools and shoes did no harm to the floor.

My husband and I first met with Cheralynn D. She took her time explaining the product, pricing and walked us through the installation process. About a week later we had another gentleman(I cant remember his name but he was wonderful) who remeasured the slider and gave us a total for the project. We were very impressed by the honesty, knowledge and professionalism of everyone including the installers, Matt and Jeff. They did an excellent job installing the slider door and cleaned up everything after they were finished. The sliding door is absolutely wonderful. It fits perfect in the door frame. We are planning to use this company in the future for other projects around our house. We highly recommend this company to everyone. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

Had a set of French doors in my basement and a standard deck door in the kitchen replaced by sliding doors. The installers Jacob, Jeff and Brian did a phenomenal job. The guys were extremely courteous and conscientious. The work was impeccably done and all my questions answered to my satisfaction. In addition I had a rowdy puppy that should have tested their patience but instead they played with her and made sure she didn’t get out of the yard whenever they opened the gate. All in all it was an extremely nice experience to have these guy doing the work. A big thank you and a tap on the back.

Everyone that helped us from the beginning was so helpful and nice and answered all of our questions. Matt, our salesman was outstanding and funny and demonstrated just how good the Anderson Renewal product is. Randy, who oversaw all the final detail measurements, really paid attention to the detail work to make sure everything came together with no issues during the installation phase. His knowledge of the product was impressive and he saw that there was a few extra things that needed to be done which would have added additional charges to us, but that costs was not charged to us, the company absorbed the costs. He even came to the house during the install to check the installation work was going as planned. Our 2 installers (Ryan B and Brandon G) were top notch. They took the extra care of putting floor mats down each day in the house so they wouldnt track dirt in as they went in andout of the house and took extra care to keep their work areas tidy. They also would pack their tools, vacuum, mats etc out of the house at the end of the day and you couldnt even tell anyone had been working in the house. Another thing that impressed us was we knew we had a leak issue that had cause damage in one of our old windows and they went above and beyond to find where the leak was coming from. They not only found the leak, they fixed it!! You cant even tell now that we ever had a water leaking issue. They were so friendly and and funny and you could tell just by the way they worked together that they knew just what to do. Everything was done in a professional way and we are so pleased with our windows. No more cold drafts coming in either. Thanks to all of you for making our experience a good one!!

Ok first off, Justin K, Curtis H, Chad A and Jonny were so great!! They got three windows in the front of the house and the sliding back door done in only a few hours! I couldnt be more pleased with the way they handled themselves and their cleanup! About the windows themselves, being asthmatic, I worry about things having odors. These windows and door had NO off gas odors!! Seriously an awesome thing in my book. From the moment we began our replacement journey with this company, I felt NO hesitation or worry. My master installers, Ryan B. and Brandon G., went above and beyond their duties/responsibilities to make sure the job was done right and I was happy. They had to get creative and call upon their past expertise when replacing my huge bay windows. Whoever installed the bay windows in the first place hadnt done a very good job. Nothing was square, there was no protection against water intrusion, and was just an overall shotty job. Ryan B. and Brandon G. had an answer for everything that came their way. Steven and Rafael replaced our old sliding patio door that we believe was over 40 years old. They did a wonderful job covering the carpet and furniture before removing the old door. This has been amazing from start to finish. They came out and gave us a quote that day, did not pressure us at all, were very quick with all the paperwork and got on the schedule right away. We called Renewal By Andersen Windows to come out and give us a quote on replacing our existing windows. Chris, the salesman came out and measured all of our windows and sliding door, and showed us all the options available. We decided to replace all the windows with Andersens new state of the art energy saving windows. Jason, the project engineer, came out to follow up with the original window measurements, and presented all the different options of framing the new windows in. Once the windows and sliding door were manufactured and delivered to the shop, Dawn the project manager in the office called and scheduled a date and time for the installers to come out and install the windows. The installers, Matt & Zach, were prompt in arriving the first of four mornings to do the installation. Matt & Zach said they have been with the company for 6-7 years, and enjoy working for Renewal By Andersen. Matt & Zach were very knowledgeable regarding the installation and were very professional dealing with us. They are both very courteous and friendly. They took extra precaution by laying down floor coverings throughout the house, covering all areas with plastic, and helping to keep the house and outside working areas clean and neat. They gave us a time frame the first day of what they expected to get done each day, and were spot on with their timing. They showed up each morning at exactly the time they told us the prior day and were a pleasure to have do our installation. They told us the first day, that we would probably start to see a change in indoor temperature, that the windows would seal off and hold the house at a constant temperature. Sure enough the first evening, my wife and I noticed that there wasnt any chill in the living room, that we didnt need torun the fireplace and that the heater wasnt cycling on on off. Now that the job is complete, we are shocked at how energy efficient these windows really are! It has been a wonderful experience to deal with such a professional company and all of their professional employees.l

They came in, worked quickly, and did very professional installations.I am the daughter of a professional carpenter and he would have been very impressed with the finish work that was done.Gavyn in the Spokane office was very professional too when he took the call at the end of the job to make sure we were fully satisfied, had been given the warranties, and that Ryan and Brandon had instructed us on all the features of our new window and door.We will definitely be contacting Renewal by Andersen to replace other windows as needed and we will be asking for Ryan and Brandon to do our future installations!

Ive used Renewal by Anderson to replace windows in my house when I lived in California and was extremely impressed with the quality of the products so when I needed to replace the windows in my new home here in Washington I immediately called Renewal. From the time Brian J came out to try to sell me the product (little did he know it was an easy sale) to the actual installation I was happy with everything. Justin K, Anthony H, Curtis H and Carl J spent a week at my house replacing 26 windows and a French door. They did a FANTASTIC job! They were efficient, neat, and quiet in everything they did. I work from home so the quietness was especially appreciated. As a repeat customer I highly recommend Renewal.

Everyone that helped us from the beginning was so helpful and nice and answered all of our questions. Matt, our salesman was outstanding and funny and demonstrated just how good the Anderson Renewal product is. Randy, who oversaw all the final detail measurements, really paid attention to the detail work to make sure everything came together with no issues during the installation phase. His knowledge of the product was impressive and he saw that there was a few extra things that needed to be done which would have added additional charges to us, but that costs was not charged to us, the company absorbed the costs. He even came to the house during the install to check the installation work was going as planned. Our 2 installers (Ryan B and Brandon G) were top notch. They took the extra care of putting floor mats down each day in the house so they wouldnt track dirt in as they went in and out of the house and took extra care to keep their work areas tidy. They also would pack their tools, vacuum, mats etc out of the house at the end of the day and you couldnt even tell anyone had been working in the house. Another thing that impressed us was we knew we had a leak issue that had cause damage in one of our old windows and they went above and beyond to find where the leak was coming from. They not only found the leak, they fixed it!! You cant even tell now that we ever had a water leaking issue. They were so friendly and and funny and you could tell just by the way they worked together that they knew just what to do. Everything was done in a professional way and we are so pleased with our windows. No more cold drafts coming in either. Thanks to all of you for making our experience a good one!!

I replaced 6 windows. Chad A, Jesse R are really professional, top class workers. They are very organized, prepared and good at what they do. They also are good communicator and polite. I wish all the workers are like them.They are better than I expected. Really great experience. Expensive but worth the money.

Vince and Abe were very professional, and they did a thorough cleanup at the end. The project was the replacement of a 4-1/2 by 9-1/2 foot picture window that had been shot with a pellet gun. The new window had to be specially made made, and it fit perfectly. Were completely satisfied with the new window, and the crew who did the job!

We appreciated the quality and options to choose from, so we went ahead and contracted RBA Spokane to replace a large number of windows. The team came out and measured the windows, where a few changes were recommended. The installation time came and the install team (Ryan, Brandon, and Jeff) efficiently and beautifully installed all the windows and doors. The team was beyond helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend!

We contracted with Renewal by Andersen for replacement windows for a waterfront cabin on an Island in the Puget Sound. My husband has been in construction and I have been a designer for more than 40 years. We had previously used Andersen new construction windows on other projects with great satisfaction, so we had wanted to use these for the remodel of our families Island cabin. However, given the 1930s construction and remote location we were prepared for challenges.From our first contact in the Seattle showroom with Nathan, to a Design/spec visit on the Island with Josh (the day after Thanksgiving), to coordination with LaVonne to pick up the trim early so we could paint it prior to installation with help from the warehouse staff to load and secure it, as well as communicate regarding scheduling and logistics getting to the Island, all the way through the detailed installation with Brandon R. and Ryan P. this was a great experience.My husband and I agree that this organization is the best vendor we have ever dealt with. A tall order given our combined experience. We have always believed that you get what you pay for. These may not be the right windows if you are looking for the lowest initial cost, but if you are looking to the long term and elevating the quality of your home I would not hesitate to recommend this product and the outstanding service that came with them.

Ryan B, Brandon G and Zach N installed our two sliders this past Fall. Took their time to ensure we were pleased with the quality of the product, how everything worked and were very careful in ensuring the work area dust/mess was minimized to the rest of the house. Very pleased!

I had a slider installed by Ryan B & Brandon G yesterday. I was very pleased with the service that was provided. They were on time, efficient and had a great sense of humor. They take a great deal of pride in their work and did an excellent job. The work area was kept clean and my home was spotless when they left, including the deck. The wood trim finish is the best. Clean up is a shocker, I usually have to follow up to finish but not this time. Windows are pricey but you get what you pay for. I am very happy. Cant wait to see if heat in winter will be needed less.

They removed the old materials and cleaned up job related debris leaving all work areas clean. They explained and demonstrated how the windows worked and made sure we were comfortable operating the windows and sliding door once the job was completed. Our installation crew, Johnny R, Jonny L, Bryant S(aka Pokey-man), Tyler T and Oliver V, were again punctual, professional and efficient, completing our project earlier than estimated. If there is one concern, it is that they have enjoyed their work too much! More accurately, they worked well together and made us enjoy them and the final product. Unfortunately for all of us the factory sent a window that was not the window we had ordered. Johnny R took a picture made one call and the correct window was ordered and a date estimated for installation. There were no issues of review, delay or costs.
