I purchased a vintage etagere recently and needed a couple of glass shelves cut, bronze tint in colour - they knocked it out of the park! Not only is their pricing great, they went out of their way and buffed up the old shelf I brought in with me and told me to bring the one at home in any time and theyd tune it up as well.Im very happy with the personal service and welcoming feel that came with the quality work. Disappointed in the responsiveness and customer service of this company. I’ve been working with them for months to get a commercial door repaired, and have struggled to get them out here to actually fix it. They never notified me or called me when the parts arrived, and when they finally scheduled the repair, they didn’t show up :(UPDATE: They finally made the repair but left our door handle falling off and our locking mechanism broken still. When I called to get them to come back, their receptionist interrupted me and wouldnt let me get a word in edge wise. Very disappointing.

I ordered a piece of smoked glass for a desk top with a hole for a grommet. I should have looked at it before putting it in the truck because when I got home and started to wipe the dust off and clean it I found large clips around the hole. I am very disappointed to see they would put out something like this. I won’t be taking or sending any business there in the future.

I am restoring a barn that is over 100 years old. I have alot of broken windows. I took in 4 frames holding 6 window panes each. 5 mile did a great job replacing the broken panes and then putting new putty on old panes to secure them.The barn is on the Washinton State historic register.Great job and done very quick!!!

They repaired a blown out sliding screen door. Very pleasant people to deal with, job was done on time and very well. Met the person who did the work and he obviously takes great pride in doing a professional job, even on something like repairing a screen door.

If I could rate this a 0 star I would. I called this morning asking them for a price on a window replacement for my car, she recommended me a different phone number stating he will help me. I get a call back 5 hours later, a voice mail from five mile glass stating i owe 6200 dollars for a desk. I called back and politely told them they have the wrong number and the lady said Yeah I highly doubt that I then asked her for the name of the person she is trying to reach and she told me the name, i stated mine, saying she was incorrect and im sorry. She then yelled at me saying yeah i highly doubt we got your wrong name and number, nice try I then told her my address, which is on my ID and I will happily come in and show her, she then yelled at me again saying oh yeah? well then someone else used a fake name to fix your item, i doubt that happened I then thought logically and told her i called this morning and asked for a window replacement, and shes like ohhhhh ok so he called the wrong person, i then said do you usually talk to people rude like that? and shes like what are you going to do about it? i told her i will make a facebook post and a google review as well as a yelp review, THEN she got all apologetic for the first time and apologized for the confusion and begged me not to do this. Very childish from a grown woman clearly in her 50s. I do not recommend doing business with these people if they will treat a non customer like this, they defiantly will treat a customer like this as well. Ridiculous 0/5

Shoddy job, broke plastic glazing strip, said hed come back to replace it, three times, never showed. Purchased piece from Home Depot and replaced it myself. Even went into the business, multiple times, to request that they finish the job. Never happened. Lesson learned: Do not pay entire bill until job completed !
