Good service and very reasonable prices. I found it better than Jiffy Lube. They also do Transmission flush where Jiffy Lube did not.

They charged me 80 dollars for just the oil. 5 quart jug at the store cost me 23. Triple charging cost. Plus they buy 50 gallon barrels. Oil probably cost them 15, thats a bit outrageous. People changing your oil is the simplest task on a car. I only did it this time because time constraints. Never again will I pay 95 bucks for an oil change that cost me 30 with filter. Way to much profit margin here. Change your own oil, be a bit more independent and save money.

I went into Oil Can Henrys for the first time today. I have mixed emotions. The service was good. They were quite thorough with their inspection and didnt tell me anything I didnt already know.My biggest concern is that the price seemed pretty steep. Even with an $8 Fred Meyer coupon, my total for the oil change and oil/fuel system cleaners added was $91. There is no waiting room, it was hot out, and I needed to have my vehicle (and A/C) turned off most of the time. The bathroom was moderately clean. The staff were great.The oil clean/fuel system cleaners were simply additives not any different than I could buy at an auto parts store. While I would recommend this business, if I was tight on cash, I would seek out another place that charges less.

Do not go here. Was lied to about conventional oil damaging my engine. A quick google search after the fact shows this is not true.Was quoted $64 for my oil then after the change was told $84 because I exceeded a 5 quart limit that I was never informed about when i asked the price.Predatory business practice that attempts to rely on peoples lack of knowledge and lies to them.

Great Prices and atmosphere!Absolutely fantastic! It was my first time going because I usually take my car to the dealership. I just received a routine oil change and the employees were all so helpful and kind while also being professional and good at their job. They will offer you other options while using comforting tones making you feel at ease with not using what they recommend . I appreciate that they will tell me what I might need in the future because it lets me know what to plan for. My total cost was $21 (and tipped them $10 because they more than deserved it) and they changed my oil, filled all my liquids that needed, and checked my tires. I WILL be returning and Im already looking forward to it.

The guys were great! Blake was super friendly and so easy to work with. He walked me through everything they were doing and let me know that I would be needing a new battery before winter comes. I will definitely come here again!

I stopped in tonight for an oil change on my truck and was greeted with todays paper and a smile. I drove into the bay and the guy who talked to me was professional and asked why I was in. I said just an oil change and they got to work. The oil changer underneath was fast and thorough as she communicated to the technician above. I could hear and see thanks to the cameras underneath which allows you to watch the technician check everything and inspect the 20 something things most places say they check. In the mean time the tech was honest and helpful while the manager stopped by to chat. I was in and out in no time! Great service and even better work! This place does what you pay them to and more. I will be going back in the future for sure! Five stars!!!!

Fast and efficient. Despite a rapid turnover of employees and ownership I have always been treated well here. Love the paper, video of person changing your oil, and old school yelling commands.You can easily get a coupons online so never pay full price!

Been twice. Love the thorough check of the vehicle. They talk you through the steps and you never have to leave your vehicle. The staff was great. Send a little doormat but I think its worth it.

Love this store. Not only do they top up within three months of your oil change but at this particular store I stopped in for a top up 15 minutes after they closed and they helped me out anyway. Stellar service.

If I lived in the area, I would definitely come back here! Great service, friendly staff, decent pricing (a bit steep, but Id gladly pay it for the service difference.) I love that they do a thorough check of all the lights - granted its to up sell, but even if you dont have them change them out at their markup cost, its better to know from them telling you as opposed to a cop telling you! I also love the cameras pointed at your car and underneath it so you can watch them work - I have a Volvo and it makes me nervous every time I get service done because there are random things they can royally jack up doing what would be perfectly expected on most cars. I usually have to sound like a dick and instruct oil service techs not to touch anything except the oil drain and filter and still worry when I feel something being wrenched on - here I could just watch what was being done! They also cleaned my window, including the sap or something thats been on there the last 8k miles and impossible to clean with conventional methods! Very happy with them!

My oil change went bad from the first oil change, oil leaked all over my engine and they were kind enough to give me a free oil change and refund my first one. Best service I have ever had.

This franchise store is total crap. I took my truck here 12 silverado. They told me I went with eco dexos oil. Everything was fine till they showed the gear box card. The guy told me I needed a rear diff fluid change. I went with his advice to later find out that they didnt do the service at all. I was charged 69.99 for it. They ripped me off. But the other oil can henrys are a corporate owned and are better maintained and operated.

Drove all the way up here from the south side of town on a recommendation. Hours posted on website and on building say open until 7, but at 6:20 there was nobody staffing it. Unacceptable.

It was weird being in the car while they worked on the car. They give you a paper to read and check lights. They talk to you about services that are due on the car. Our sales guy did not seem busy as other reviews have stated.
