THE place to get my phone fixed. I was asked if I could be put on hold every time I called, but they always took the 5 seconds I asked for with my quick question. When the screen on my Galaxy S7 shattered, they put the last screen they had on hold for me and fixed it the next day when I was able to come in, having it ready at the exact time I was told. The only reasons I didnt give 5 stars is because 1) the wait in line is always at least ten minutes, and 2) the price of the screen was $200. These may not be their fault, but they were factors. Ryan is the tech who helped me, and he was both thorough and amiable.Overall, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, accurate, and as efficient as possible in leaving customers satisfied. I may not get the best price in the world, but I KNOW I didnt get ripped off. I would definitely seek their services again!

I was able to make a same day appointment to fix my screen on my phone. A huge bonus, they are open later so working people can still find a time that works for them. Service was fast and friendly. My phone was fixed in less than an hour! Will definitely be back.

Called to get my battery changed in my phone. I was told it i were to make an appointment on!ine, there is a $10 coupon in it for me. Of course I did!I arrived at the store, and was greeted by Gary, who i had spoken to on the phone. He was so friendly, and helpful. While I waited, he entertained me with a good story.Ryan was the technician who made my phone new again, was super. He was friendly, and was helpful letting me know what he was doing, and how to follow up if I needed to.Excellent experience. Great customer service! I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 6 so I took it in to Batteries Plus to get it fixed. The phone was working fine before taking it in (other than the crack on the screen). When I came to pick it up they told me the battery wasnt good and I should get a new one. I told them battery was fine before I dropped it off. Well, once I got I home I realized it wouldnt charge at all anymore. I took it back and they said they would try to fix it again, but it hadnt been their fault. They tried to fix it but it got worse. At that point it wouldnt even power on. After lots of going back and forth, they said theyd send it to their corporate office to try and repair it, but it still wasnt their fault. After a week they gave me back the phone and said it was still broken. I asked if they were going to replace it and they said that it wasnt their fault so Id have to buy a new one on my own. I wouldnt ever take my phone there to be fixed again.

They were fast and courteous and had us on our way in less than 15 minutes. This was a pleasant surprise! The price was comparable to the Apple Store, maybe even a bit cheaper, and we didnt have to wait a week to get in. I will be back!

The service was good and the staff were very happy to help me with my issue. But the product they replaced for me never worked. Even after following all instructions for priming the batteries to wake them from sleep mode. My battery pack for my infants baby monitor was destroyed to build a new unit and unfortunately that unit does not work. I will be returning my defunct product for them to try again or to refund me and purchase an actual replacement battery for the one they destroyed.Update: I took back the newly made battery and since they guarantee their work they made a new battery for me and they made sure to keep it in store for 24hrs to prime this time and make sure it held a charge. Great news is that I now have a working battery.

Dropped my iPhone on the floor for the nth time, but this time it hit just the wrong angle to fully shatter the screen 💔 😭. Great job from the actual person who completed the work, i was initially a little concerned when i walked in because the employees at the register were slow, but it was a new employee, and a tall dude with dreadlocks was explaining something about my phone that he was incorrect about and i told him he was wrong, but at least he didnt argue, but it was a bit off-putting when someone is telling me about my device that was incorrect. overall, the phone was fixed, and at a great rate, just think employees shouldnt share their insight if their mistaken.

Great business, I went to the location in the valley mall after going to several other cell phone repair shops. These guys were hundreds less then the next lowest quote. This is the most affordable cell phone repair service in spokane valley. They took the time to fix my smartphone, a galaxy s8, right. It needed quite a few parts and it still came out to a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Was faster then expected when they replaced my battery on my iPad Air 2. Will use them always. One issue my screen has a weirdnesses it shows light whit and light gray areas that looks like it is wrinkled why? When screen is in white background I see some very light gray like a wave this never showed before. Why dose it show that now?.

Friendly service and good job changing my cracked screen. Only complaint is that I was told it would take 40 minutes, but it was over an hour.

The staff was courteous. Unfortunately the aftermarket screen that they put on my iPhone was of such poor quality that I had them reinstall the broken screen. I went to Apple like I should have in the first place. If you need a car battery or a lightbulb, this is a great place. I would not put aftermarket parts on your phones. Lesson learned.

Batteries Plus was actually the cheapest in town and they did a great job replacing the screen on my wifes Galaxy S8 Plus. I will definitely use them again if the time comes.

I have, unfortunately, had to have my phone screen replaced twice in the last six months. Both times I was a clutz and dropped it on concrete. I came here both times and they were very professional and friendly. The second time they showed me a screen protector that acted s a warranty. I won’t hesitate to go back if the need arises. Hopefully it won’t but I know who I can count on if I do.
