I have been taking my computers and other tech related issues to these fine folks for about 15 years. They have always provided me great service at a reasonable rate. They are straight forward, honest and reliable. My laptop runs better than new! Thanks Guys!

My husband went there and ordered a regular coffee and the lady made it then when he tried to hand her his debit card she said sorry our debit machine is still down from the power outage! My husband said I know what you mean our power is still out!!! My husband then started looking around his truck for the $2.25 and fell short. The young lady told him sorry then close the window! He drove away!!! (Thanks Reboot)

I took in my computer to their repair service. I already knew what was wrong with it, it had a loose wire. I told the repair guy what I was experiencing with it and he agreed it was probably a loose wire. I paid the $25 diagnostic and he said hed call me when it was done. About a week later I still heard nothing from him so I stopped by. He said he had fixed it. He said he tried to call but my voicemail didnt work. It turns out he wrote down the wrong phone number. He said he did a virus scan and that it was fixed. He charged me an extra $20 WHICH I NEVER GAVE PERMISSION TO. I took it home and it still didnt work. I called back to complain but he told me itll be another $25 diagnostic fee.He wrote down the wrong number, he didnt call me after the diagnostic to give me an estimate, instead, he went ahead and fixed it, and it wasnt even fixed. I would NOT take your computer here unless you want to waste your time and money.
