Both Ron and Mark are remarkable service people. They most definitely know their stuff, they are quick, efficient, and honest. Super friendly, great guys who have helped me out a number of times with my lenses, my camera bodies, etc. Even if Im on a time crunch they come to the rescue without fail and with very pricing. Love that theyre local of course, keeping the money in the community is always a good thing! I have recommended them time and again and I will continue to do so.

The shutter on my DSLR had failed and I needed to know whether it was cost effective to fix or whether I should be looking for a new camera. Ron was quick to respond to my initial inquiry with pros and cons of repair versus replace. I opted for repair and took it in. You can tell a lot about a business and person from the looks of their workspace. Ron’s was organized and clean. He had the camera back to be two days before it was promised, with both the body and lens cleaner than they have been in years. Great to find a quality camera repair service. Recommended.

Good old fashioned, 1960s-style customer service.After buying an aftermarket focusing screen for my Nikon, it needed to be shimmed a bit differently from the original.After calling around to several national outfits that advertise as repairing Nikons—and being told I cant talk to the actual technician who does the repairs—I went with Ron at Camera Care.He knows what hes doing and offers good old fashioned, 1960s-style customer service.

Ron gave us a thorough evaluation of our camera problem and made recommendations for repair. He was very generous and reasonable. Hes been repairing cameras for 30 years and clearly knows his stuff. He seems to especially enjoy repairing Canons and Nikons.
