Really friendly. David and the staff where helpful from the moment I arrived and they got the work done in a breeze. Definitely will recommend to anyone.

What I noticed about David (Manager) is that he came up right away, and as his employee was recommending an oil he looked to see if I actually did need on-before any work was done on my vehicle. He look’s out for the best interest of the customer, and his employee’s for the businesses reputation. With a good stellar performance.Only recommendation would be to have a big pool outside for them to enjoy. Lol 😂

I got my oil changed there and immediately my car was driving funny. Then, less than two blocks away my car stalled and died twice in the middle of the street because of an error in their work. They didnt put my air filter back on and it nearly got me in an accident. Needless to say I will never be going back.

They did a great job, then even fixed a rock chip on my windshield. I will be back.

This morning I had a ton to do. But on my way to get my haircut I saw spokane quick lube and figured Id get my oil changed real quick because a bay was open. They immediately impressed me. I opened my door and a guy was there asking me how he could help. He provided his expertise on the best oil to use and we went with it. Before I could really realize what was going on they had me sat down, comfortable and my car being worked on. I was at ease. The manager that was taking my information was helpful, polite and made me feel great for stopping in. He even got my email to send me future deals to save money. SAVE MONEY. They got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. They even cleaned out the inside of my car and cleaned my windows oh anddd did my tire pressure. These guys are awesome. Ten out of ten from me. Cant wait to return for future service.

87 dollars for an oil change?? And not even offered options on which oil change I wanted then all of a sudden my oil change is finish and Im just expected to pay for whatever oil change decided for me not professional

I came in for an oil change. These guys are incredible, they went out of their way for me and just honest. It’s hard these days to trust anyone, Derek was beyond honest and helpful and informative. He even went out of his way to fix a coolant hose leak for me for free just to help me out. I wasn’t over charged or pushed to buy or pay for more then I needed. Beware! They will tell you your brakes checked out and than all sudden your not able to stop your car! I have been going here for about 8 years. I have always had a great experience. A guy named Derek that no longer works there would show you a plastic piece with all the fluid colors on there and how they should be, with a drop of your fluids next to it, he would show you if they needed to be or not needed to be flushed. He also would show you all your caps and the sealants on them so you could see if they were good or not. He would show you your filters. He would show you the levels of brake pads and where yours were at. He would check all your light, tire pressure and vacuum. When I first started going here before Derek started there was a different manager, I do not remember his name but he left to a tire shop but he also did the same thing. I did not experience this the last time I went in there about three weeks ago. They did not go over anything with me and said, the report would be on the paper. They came back and said, everything checked out besides I needed a engine flush. I asked them if they were sure my brakes were fine because they have been grinding they said,they looked fine but would double check. They told me they were fine and dust and rocks get in them sometimes. Im not a dumb person when it comes to cars. My dad was a mechanic growing up so I caught on to alot of stuff. The feels and sounds of things. Im good at diagnosing, just dont do the handy work. I know it is a possibility that if rocks and dust get in there it can do that, and I trusted that your guys told me they were good and even double checked. Well a few weeks my brakes went completely out! Luckly for my childrens and My life that I was not going fast at the time and was able to maneuver and get my car to a stop. Had a been going faster we could of not been here today. This is serious. When I called today it shows no notes were made about my brakes, I also still have the paper too. My mechanic has pictures and statement saying there is no way that if somebody looked at my brakes because they would have seen my right brake was completely gone. This is something serious, our lives could have been gone. When I called the guy on the phone first said, I am one of the mangers and our other manger is good at checking and if we said, we checked them than we did. I said, but the report you guys have said, nothing was wrong with the brake, right? And my mechanic has pictures and a report that my brake pad was on the right was completely gone. My macanic is from a reliable company called Ammco. And most Importantly our lives could have been lost. I do not want this to happen to anybody else. He than appolgized and said, he would look into who inspected my car. And information for me to report this to for further investigation. Waiting to hear back.

In my opinion (of course) this is the best place to take your car for a LOF, and other misc auto issues, in Spokane!! They are very knowledgeable and I feel that they dont take advantage of you because youre female. Also, they dont tell you that something needs to be done unless it actually needs to be done! Paid for high mileage oil change on my truck may 12 and its jun 5. $107. But they put down on the paper basic service. hows that basic service when they charge $25 for their basic services. If you enjoy having money and not be ripped of. go to jiffy jube or oil can Henrys! And i can tell you now they didnt put high mileage oil in my truck. i can smell and see the difference.

My fiancé went here today to get an oil change they charge 90 bucks for sythentic oil and don’t tell you that of course there sign says 29.99 then when my fiancé got back on his car the tire pressure light was on which has never been before so they messed with that as well probably to get more money out of him I’m not ok with anyone getting ripped off

These guys are great. We needed fuel filters changed out on our Ford F-350 Diesel and Patrick got us right in. Derek changed out the filters. This guy knows what he is doing. He also changed our rear differential fluid and Transmission fluid while there. And they even fixed a rock chip.We had tried another shop before finding this shop and are so glad we did business here. They are very professional and did a great job in a very timely fashion as we were on the road to Montana and needed assistance.I would highly recommend these guys. They were great!

As soon as I pulled in and got out I had a guy named Derek that I dealt with who was very knowledgeable and knew my vehicle, had my oil there for my diesel so I didnt have to wait like I have at other oil shops. He got right on it and checked my front and rear differentials and topped them off. He was done so quickly I was amazed! I will defiantly be going back to see Derek again! Great customer service and very helpful!

I have come here for years. I stayed when they took away the bring your own oil and filter 9.99 change. I paid the 19.99 and still brought my own oil when they eliminated it. Now they charge 38.99 for a basic oil change!!! Even if you being your own stuff! The owners must not like customers. Thats out of control! Bring back the bring your own oil and filter, I will gladly pay $19.99 to have you do the switch. Guess its time to look for a new place to get my oil changed. . . Or just do it myself.

My wife took my car in for an oil change. They ended up charging her 100 dollars for something that can be done for 50 dollars at Wal-Mart. They ended up damaging 1 vacuum hose. 1 vacuum harness and a clip to a vacuum hose. This was one week from the date posted. I do not recommend them

I will always go here because they dont try and sell you stuff you dont really need. They are honest and I know when they say something needs to be done to my car it really does. Ive always had a great experience when I take my car in for oil change.

Simply, they lied to try to sell me services I didnt need. I went in for a simple oil change. Employee came back with a laundry list of filters and fluids that I absolutely needed right that second (about 6 to 8 items). I know its their job to sell me stuff, so I didnt mind too much. Then they told me I had a burned out break light and quoted me a price to fix. I said no, I have a spare at home. When I went to change the break light later that day, lo and behold, there is no burned out break light. Also I said I wanted their advertised $19 oil change and they gave me their high mileage oil change that costs $40. Needless to say I was unhappy.I will give them credit they were very quick, oil change took about 10 minutes. Too bad they were also quick to lose my business.

Absolutely impressed with the service and the shop. The manager on NW blvd was very professional and explained all options and I didnt feel that I was forced to buy anything. Also, their bathroom is super clean, probably the nicest one I have seen in a shop.

Been taking my cars there for 2 years. Great people, honest advice and always quick.I take my cars in for their oil changes and top offs. I also swing in anytime my car is doing something weird for advice (when my blinker switch broke; another time when I lost break pressure). Theyve been great helping talk me through the options of when really i should have someone do the work or when its a simple piece I could fix myself. When I was having breaking problems they replaced a break valve. Then the breaks lost pressure again shortly after. They were able to take a look at the work and realized that the piece they replaced had come faulty from the manufacturer and repaired the work that time for free of course. In my experience theyve been decent, honest people with fair pricing and Ive never felt pressured to get work done I didnt want.

I went in for a quick oil change. They told me I needed my brake pads replaced and that they could do it for 199 for each axle. I declined as Im not about to have some randoms work on my vehicle. I took my car to my mechanic to have the pads looked at and he said they were absolutely fine. If I had fell for their lies I would have been 400 dollars in the hole. On top of that, when checking my cabin air filter (I never gave them permission to go into my car) they knocked debris into the fan that caused a vibrating noise and didnt offer to fix it or apologize. Basically they break stuff and try and milk money out of you. I deeply regret giving them my business.

Wanted to change me $20 to change my head light but jiffy lube would do it for free. I used yo love this place and always use them for my oil changed but I might have to give jiffy lube a chance now

Headed out of town tomorrow on a road trip. Stop in for a quick oil change 30 minutes before closing, youre working on one car with one ahead of me. Had me park in a bay then come tell me sorry we wont get to you before closing. Youll have to come back another time. Youre supposed to be QUICK lube!! Crappy customer service from a family that has brought multiple vehicles there. Youve just lost customers! !

THE OLD BAIT and SWITCH. I called to get a quote on a synthetic oil change. I was asked what kind of car. I explained in detail my car. Make, model, year, engine type. I was quoted$79.99 plus a $5.00 extra charge because my car has a in case filter system. I brought my car in, they had it on the rack for an hour. Then one of the oil guys came in and said we need to talk. My simple oil change was now $102.00 because of something he forgot to tell me about. I said forget it. I dont like a bait and switch routine. I told the manager this, his response was that I should know what my manufacturer specs are. I said, that they should have known what my specs were before they quoted me. My car is a 2013 Dodge Dart with 50,000 miles on it, so it is not a older car. The dodge dealer charges $85.00 to do the oil change. I will take it there. Dont go here. I guarantee you will get milked for more than you were quoted.

I went here to avoid the cost of the dealer where I typically go. Dealer cost $70 for full synthetic oil change and inspection with a car wash, vacuum and full inspection etc etc. I ended up spending $93 and change for a synthetic oil change did not get anything extra! I turned down the things they recommended as they were a tire rotation which I just had last month at les schwab and air and cabin filters which I purchase from Amazon and change myself. No windows washed, no vacuum though my paperwork says done and they left the contents of my glove box on the passenger seat. I had a low tire would have thought maybe they would have filled it but they did not. I will not be back.

My experience here was pretty straight forward. I usually change oil and do all the work on cars myself but i didnt have a garage and it was a filthy day outside.The guys are pretty quick and tells you what you need to know. They wont screw you here. I came in for an oil change with my girlfriends moms car. The guys there found issues with the car that weve already known about and just left it at that. They didnt give us any unnecessary information. I would recommend this place to anyone.

History had been great. but the more the car goes in the more shite they tack on. last time i let the wife take the car anywhere for service. seriously $50 for power steering fluid which may or may not have been needed. $40 for cabin air filter!!! outrageous. one other vehicle i brought in a while ago they couldnt even get the oil cap off. went home and got it off without issue.

These guys are great. They always get me right in and perform the best oil change I have ever had, very informative about other services I may need and they stopped me from having to replace my windshield, by repairing my rock chip.

Brought my classic 94 Probe in 2 have transmission filter changed, front of transmission pan. After calling and being reassured they could do it, they couldnt, they dont now squat about cars. The one I already had changed, they found & told me was aftermarket, which was clearly marked Mopar original parts. Then argued that I was the one that didnt now what I was talking about....the manager is a clown.

Absolutely will not be going back here. They were really short with us and rude. They upcharged us without letting us know before hand. And they are always extremely pushy with trying to up sell. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was told that I needed a new air filter (and was supposedly shown my air filter, which was obviously dirty), new fluid for my rear differential, as I had metal pieces in it (he, Brian, showed me a sample of the fluid on a white sheet of paper), and 3 other fluids that need routine maintenance. All the services needed would amount to over $200. I declined these services; Brian was very condescending in his response. The next day, I went to a reputable shop, which is owned by a family friend. I was distressed to find that the air filter presented to me at Quick Lube was not even the air filter in my car. Also, the fluids were all fine and needed no maintenance. This unscrupulous behavior should be illegal. Furthermore, I firmly believe I was targeted for this scam because Im a woman. Please do not trust this deceitful, unethical business.

Terrible customer relationship skills

This is the only place I trust with my car. They dont try to pressure you into buying things you dont actually need. The manager treats you like family. Ive gone other places and always feel like they try to take advantage of you for being female but not this place.
