I cant say enough about Cameron and Shane. They give you a quote for the work and they actually do the work with no hidden charges. Fast, efficient, honest and they stand by their work. Wish I would have known about them years ago. My family, friends and anyone I know will only go to family auto from now on.

We had to get our head gaskets replaced and after going to the Subaru dealership and getting a quote we had sticker shock and decided to get a second opinion. We got a quote and the guys explained the process and why it was so important to get them replaced to keep us safe and avoid totaling our car. They went above and beyond to repair it quickly and thoroughly and we will be coming them for all our auto repair in the future. They are informative, understanding and will give you the best bang for your buck as far as quality goes

They are fair with their prices, give awesome advice, and they do the job right. They have yet to over quote me on time or their estimated cost. Super friendly, and always loving their work. Possibly the best shop in Spokane, at least in North Spokane.

I am extremely satisfied with the service that they provided me. Especially when the technician gave me a ride home because I had to leave my car behind. I wanted to bring my other car in for the same service but this time I was told that they were 2 weeks out for me to bring in my car. I was told that they would give me a call and 3 weeks later I still cant drive that car safely. My brakes are extremely bad and cant drive far so Ill still have to wait. I will give another review if I get my other car fixed at this location

This place is very reasonably priced and has honest mechanics working in the shop. They are very polite and informative on what work is being done.I know how to work on my own cars but do not always have the time. I needed some work done on my diesel truck and called around to have some estimates done. This shop was 500 to 600 dollars cheaper than the other estimates I received. Yes, the parts each shop was going to use were exactly the same from the same manufacturer etc... I asked and made sure each shop was going to use OEM parts and asked them how much the parts were. The difference between each shops part or parts was less than 20 dollars.They got the work done in a timley manner. They are very polite and professional. I will be using them exclusivley in the future when I dont have the time to do the work myself, and I will be sending my family and friends there.

Cameron and Shane went above and beyond. They really made me feel valued as a customer. I went in with a quote from Les Schwab about my tie rod being replaced and these guys did it for about half the cost. Such a relief. They also made sure that there were not any other problems, and that I was ready to get back on the road. Thanks, guys!
