Its gotten better since the remodel. In this neighborhood its good to live in a secured building

The building itself is rather unique.The old Hillyard high school, it was remodeled in 2013 into apartments with a New York vibe. As a historical building, the integrity of the era has been maintained. Pictures of students and of Hillyard line the hallways.The building is a secure one but the neighborhood can be scary; police cars roam the area on a constant basis.

Nice building its cool they kept some of the old stuff from the high school. Office staff is nice and maintenance is hard working.

Better than it used to be a few years ago. However Agnes Kehoe Place is a nice quiet n secure place i love it.

Well, they were rude to me on the phone and first impressions are powerful. Very condescending & facetious, nasty and mean. No thanks!

Oh man, I live right across the street from this place. The tenants that live there are always so stressed out. Drama all the time.

Low income housing. Nice facility sketchy neighborhood.

Using it and city resources they raped and killed my friends kid and then went after anyone who knew about the Set Worshipers of Spokane.Theres a few facilities like this.
