Great place to call home and the most amazing staff! Staff is always super friendly and are quick to respond to issues. Grounds and facilities are well kept and clean. Only complex with an indoor year round pool which is a BIG bonus! Couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

I sent a request for information by email on a unit as well as left a message September 20. I have yet to hear from anyone. If service begins this way, it will continue throughout tenancy. Moved on with another community with great success.

I have called Graymayre my home for several years now and have no complaints! The grounds are very well kept, management is friendly and responsive, and my home has all of the modern amenities I could ask for. Dont plan on leaving anytime soon

Management, maintenance, location, and homes are amazing. It is very comfortable, and overall a fantastic place to live. I would highly recommend.

I recently visited Graymayre and was delighted by my experience! I took a tour with Chloe and had the pleasure of meeting Morgan as well. The staff were very inviting. I will be moving to the Spokane area and plan on making Graymayre my home!

Rent increases every year, upgrade charged to replace appliances that didnt work. Base board heat, wall unit AC, need to use fans to reach the bedroom. No wood trim around windows. Small garages, full size car may not fit, minimal available extra parking. There is an overflow lot. Snow removal very poor. Dangerous to walk to car orgarbage bins.

Graymayre Crossing is an EXEMPLARY property! I stopped by and took a tour with MORGAN and she was amazing!! The property seemed (from my perspective) quiet, safe, comfortable, clean, ect. The apartments are beautiful and the leasing staff (Jeremy and Morgan) rocks!!! Also, shout out to the groundskeeper for being so on it! I will definitely be applying here when my lease on my current apartment home is finished. I have taken a lot of tours in my day and I have to say Graymayre Crossing exceeded my expectations. Well maintained, great atmosphere, comfortable and worth the little extra it cost to live here. I just finished a 7mo. lease here and I have yet to see/hear a major incident at this place. Communication when first trying to get a lease was a bit lacking. They give you a personal garage with your apartment (typically for parking) and the guest parking can be tight but if you have a boat or second vehicle they offer an overflow lot with plenty of space for that.All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have recently moved to Graymayre Crossing after living in a house for 17 years and am very happy with my new spacious, airy apartment. The managers are personable and efficient and made my transition to apartment living seamless. The complex is beautifully maintained and the clubhouse is tastefully decorated.

Garages, gym, lap pool, sauna, tennis courts, f/ps in some apartments. Quiet. Staff is great. Service is great. Landscaping is wonderful. A most pleasant environment.

I lived here for 11 months during which all went well and the grounds are kept very well. I moved out 9 months ago and I just got a bill in the mail for replacement of the carpet due to pet urine stains. I NEVER HAD A PET! I have contacted Kathy Lake multiple times via phone and email and she has been changing her story over and over. Now I am at risk for a bill going into collections and ruining my credit, and negative marks on my rental history. Im being forced to pay for a lie! I would not recommend dealing with Graymayre Crossing or any Douglas Properties in Spokane!!!

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. I have literally never written a review about any place of business but I felt obligated to do so after the way they treated me. Beware. Especially if your under 25 yrs old. Its hard for me to even give them 1 star.

Visited family here, quite loud inside and out. (There were loud car stereos in the lot very late, I was able to hear the neighbor’s stereos in the apartment next door, we got no rest. Not a resident, certainly not going to waste time calling your office doing work for you). Seems expensive compared to other newer apartments in Spokane.

I recently took a tour a Graymayre and was very impressed! The staff was an absolute pleasure and the property was very well kept!

Such a pleasent and wonderful environment to live in. There is a nice sense of a friendly community. The management is always friendly, professional and timely.

We were shown the floor model and then we got the worst apartment that is way too expensive for what we got. Jeremy is a nice guy but it would have been nice to see pictures of the hell hole we were moving into. 30 mins of being in the apartment I went back to talk to him and now there is nothing they can do. I will have to pay another $600 non refundable fee to move and redo the application and pay another $100 for my boyfriend and I to move. When they say it’s remodeled I was told it’s the upgraded applicances. But that isn’t the case. Ours isn’t remodled we have heating on the floor that is from the 80’s and our AC is a box from the same decade. The shower is big enough for a toddler. And it’s standing only. Again not what I was shown. We were told we were getting the Knightsbridge floor plan which on the website has the windows that stand out on the 3 sides in the master bedroom. It’s in the second bedroom not master. That should be changed on the website. False advertisement. We were told we can had 3 hard reports on our credit. Then told we had to pay them. Our stove is broken so we have to wait for that to be fixed. We also isn’t get the garaged cleaned out. We literally gave them a month notice. A lot of things are wrong. And things I should let have to do other people’s job for. I don’t recommend this place. I was so excited and happy to move and now I can’t wait to leave.

I really did not enjoy living here our unit 129 had a lot of issues (dishwasher, microwave, carpet, plumbing). There were a lot of fights in the parking lot as well, so that was disturbing. The groundskeeper runs that leaf blower from sun up to sun down and I was really tired of the noise. They were well aware I was miserable. To their credit, they returned my entire deposit. Given how things were going I expected that was going to be a hassle.

I live there. I like it. no pets =(

The apartment was okay. But i would not deal with the apartment complex or douglas properties. They are money hungry and will try to charge you for anything they can.
