What a great experience.Marnee came out in August to give us an estimate for clearing about an acre of land that was way overgrown, he said he was really busy and couldnt get to us until September 29th through October 1st.After the last 3 days I know why.He did such a fantastic job.He did everything we asked and more.This is one of the best experiences Ive had with a company.Im so glad we went with wildcat.If we ever need any more land cleared we will use him again.Please do yourself a favor and give him a call if you need land clearing you wont be disappointed.I cant say enough good things about this company.

Wow, Wow, Wow!! We had an exceptional service with Marnee and Trey from beginning to end. They were on time, great about communicating with us and provided an excellent value for what we paid.We wanted a walking trail for our guests to enjoy. Now we have a 6 ft wide trail that winds through the woods. It couldn’t be more perfect! I would highly recommend them.

Wildcat Advanced Land Clearing did an amazing job clearing our land, and, mulching left over debris from a previous company. I really appreciated the responsiveness to all aspects of the project: promptly coming to evaluate the job and giving a quote, the office checking beforehand to be sure the quote was correct and what we needed done, and coming on the day designated for the job. Jim Kitelinger was a pleasure to work with, and he went over and beyond to make sure all was done correctly. He was extremely helpful to make sure we were pleased with the work- and we definitely were. It was wonderful to have a professional company to work with. We will definitely call the company again for any additional work we need done.

I used Wildcat to clean up about an acre of land using forestry mulching. The owner is a super nice guy and a veteran. He did a great job. Extremely responsive to my online inquiry. Got the job done quickly and his rates were very fair. I highly recommend.

I am so pleased with how my land turned out. They came promptly and ready and did an outstanding job clearing off my land. They went above and beyond to help me turn my land into a beautiful oasis. He even transferred my top soil to my garden for me! I highly highly recommend these guys. Professional and go the job done without any issue!

Marnee and Zach did a fabulous job clearing storm damage resulting in down, dead and dying pines. They were also able to remove some hardwoods that had come down in various storms. They were able to remove trees and it looked like the trees had never been there to start with. All of the hollies, sourwoods, dogwoods, oaks and other trees will now have a chance to grow and flourish. Not a speck of red dirt, top soil is in place with some mulch to help retain it. I cant say enough good things about Wildcat Advanced Land Clearing. Everything has been handled in a completely professional manner.

I have wanted to clean up the woods around my property for years but didn’t know of an affordable option. When I came across this company, read the reviews, and saw pictures of their work, I decided it couldn’t hurt to call for a quote. I was pleasantly surprised so scheduled the project. Marnee was very professional and exceeded my expectations on the speed of his work which allowed me to clear more than I’d originally planned. I am very happy with the results and will definitely use him again in the future.

Responsive quoting process. Showed up on time. Did everything we discussed and it looked great in the end and did exactly what I expected. Nice people to work with and highly recommended. Had a yard that had been neglected in the back for many years with downed trees and overgrowth. One day of work cleaned everything up on the property.

Excellent customer service - responsive and friendly. Hired them to clear/mulch about 2 acres of overgrown property and it looks amazing now. Love that everything is mulched and left on site to decay and go back into the land instead of burning and/or hauling away. We spoke with several land clearing companies and received quotes from all. Wildcat had the best price and quickly responded with scheduling.Their equipment was quiet and caused minimal disruption to our existing lawn. They were also able to mulch existing stumps. They provided excellent communication before, during, and after the project. We highly recommend them.

I knew I hired the right person when I talked to Marnee on the phone, before I met him in person. He was personable, informative, he really knew his stuff. He listened to my input of what I wanted to have done. Top notch equipment, well maintained. I had a border cleared for fencing, he worked around large hardwoods to save them, get rid of nuisance thorny flowering pear trees. He told me how to trim up some smaller oaks so they would develope into healthy trees. He did a fantastic Magnolia Tree Rescue by mulching around them to give them sun light for my wife. She was impressed with the forestry mulching machine, how quick and beautiful he made a path for our side by side. Many evening rides just to go take a ride. 10 stars out of 5!! Thanks Marnee!
