Bought used riding mower from them which had few issues after I got it home. Reverse comes and goes,no brakes,loud noise when blades engaged. Drove the hour to drop mower back off for warranty repairs. Mower now is worse than when i dropped it off! People are nice but service is horrible. Was told new brake pads,belt and pulleys would be replaced under warranty?? Nothing was replaced! Very dissatisfied. I own my own business here in Greenwood and this is not how I would treat my customers. Only one star and will not be going back for anything.

I highly recommend Steven for your small engine repair. They were able to get me an ignition switch the same day for a vacuum I use daily in my small business. The starter also had an issue and they could tell I was distressed and losing production. They took 30 minutes out of their day to help me. Took my mower (Cub Cadet) in because blades would not engage. I had replaced belt with new one and the blades still would not engage. I told them the issue and said do the service while its here. A week later I go to pick it up and they had replaced my brand new belt (never even used) with an after market belt and said that was the issue. So I paid over 300 dollars, get it home and the belt keeps slipping off when I disengage. ANNNDDD the blades continue to rotate for 90 seconds AFTER I disengage! They said no problem, bring it back, so I did. Went to get it today and blades still rotate after disengaging! Told them I need it to cut my grass so they let me use it and was gonna take it back but when I got it home, the darn belt is still slipping off too. They seem to be good people so I cant say anything bad about that. The 2 stars are for spending 300 dollars for an oil change. Ill take it elsewhere and cut my loses!

These guys are great. Took a little long to get my mower back but that’s due to spring hitting and everyone needing a tune up. These guys are awesome, even coming to my home to fix something after delivering. Really great customer service to go out of your way to earn a customer back. They have won a lifetime customer out of me.

Ummmm....you were supposed to sharpen my chainsaw blade. This thing wont cut through a wet paper bag. I think it cut better before I brought it into you. Thanks for doing work I didnt ask you to do though. Thanks I guess.

If I ever had to take my lawnmower or equipment for repairs, there is nowhere I would rather take it than Zoom Zoom. Duane, the owner is top notch and one of the most honest people you could ever deal with. They do fabulous work at the lowest prices around. You will never be cheated here. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Carried to them for simple belt replacement. said it would take a week and half to repair. after two plus weeks no word from them. called them after 16 days and they said it was scheduled to be repaired that afternoon and they would call me that afternoon to pick it up. I waited until the next afternoon and still no phone call from them. I called that afternoon and they said it was scheduled for the next day. Then they called 15 minutes later and said it was ready for pick up. do not go there.

Great guy new shop under new management. Reasonable prices u will no be dissappointed at all. I do business with him all the time ans im very satisfied.

The mower always works for a year or two, then it needs to go back to see the guys at the shop. So this year, I decided to save the $70 and put a new carburetor on the thing myself. Taking it apart, I see the fuel line from the tank to the carburetor had no hose clamps. Gosh, I guess that would let air in after the hose loosened up from use. These guys will steal you blind if you trust them enough. Ran great, initially, though. So, they do know what they are doing.

Really good for all small engine repairs and they will pickup and delivery on bigger items like riding lawnmowers.

I paid $300 in March for a mower that was never delivered...It was a Snapper, (instead of a Cub~Cadet as promised.) When I got it, the belt broke. I paid $200 to have my grass cut since March 4th~May 5th I went 2 months WITH OUT A MOWER. I had to pay them $91.70 to get it back . Plus some...that is just a little of what these guys did to ME !!! I am disabled...boohoo...I givem a -10

Dropped off 2 pcs of equipment late on a Friday. Was told 1 week to fix. Both were ready the very next Friday. They helped me unload and the reload. Great service. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.

DONT waste your time or money at Zoom Zoom. They had my hedge clippers for months. I had to keep calling them to request them to finish them. They kept trying to repair them but never got them fixed. After months of Zoom Zoom having them, they told me they were fixed. I payed them and picked them up. The same day I picked them up, I attempted to cut my hedges and the clippers stopped again. The very next day I took them back. They indicate they are fixed and expected me to pay again. Why would I keep paying if they are not fixing them properly? They are very rude and have bad attitudes. They do not value their customers

Took my riding lawnmower in to be repaired. I had asked my father to help me work on it and he instead had two of his employees work on it with me and they broke it worse than they fixed it as I was absent when final repairs were made. Anyway I took it to Zoom Zoom and although I had to wind up taking it back the next day after they had said it was fixed they did fixed it the second time at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. The first time they said it was fixed I ran it at home and it worked up until I tried to shut it off. They were extremely nice and apologized many many times in the process of fixing it. I would definitely take any small engine back to them to fix. They also went out of their way to help me load my lawnmower back up.

Took a mower in to get it fixed got it back and it is worse then when i brought it in. Left another one there to get fixed it needed ap t o switch they kept it for a week and they said they cant fix it

Terrible customer service. I was told two weeks; it has been nearly a month, and I still do not have my mower back. I called after two weeks and was told the part (belt) wasnt in yet. They waited a week to order the part. After three weeks (Friday) I called again and nobody had started on it still, and I was told, You can come get it if you want. I cut my acre of grass with a push mower. Then, I called back on Monday. The belt had arrived, and I was told they would get it done right away... Thursday morning I called and still had not started, but I was told they were starting now and I could come get it at 4pm. I drove twenty minutes to get it, and only one person was there, the mower hadnt been done, the guy at the counter told me he cant do paperwork and they had to order blades...I just told them to put the belt on since it was taken apart and cancel all other services. Hopefully they will at least follow through with bringing it to me on Friday....week 4

Beware... Shady Characters. Took my lawn mower in for a belt and fix a slow leak in the tire. They kept the mower a month kept moving the completion dates, got it back the tire is still leaking and the original belt is slipping again. All this for $51

This is my second summer doing business with ZOOM ZOOM. Sometimes it takes longer to get my machines back, but 3 other smallk engine shop s closed and thats why it takes a little longer. The owner himself will come to your home if its a problem with their work. Who else do you know that would do that. They stand by what they do.
