Called today with an issue with my riding lawnmower blowing white smoke. He said oil and gas have mixed because of heat. Change oil and filter, and I should be good to go. 1hr later and $50 and my mower is running again. They just gained a customer even though I didn’t do business with them today. Could have easily ripped me off but were honest instead. Need more businesses like this in the world.

Rusty was excellent to work with. We discussed the various models and he offered insight on the models. The mowers was delivered on the day and time as promised by Luke, who was friendly and very informative on the mower. It was an excellent experience and the mower is all I hoped it would be. Cutting time has been decreased significantly and the lawn looks great.

So far this place is awesome. Completely upfront about everything. The gentleman that assisted me talked me through the likely issues with my mower, quoted me on the service, and gave me information on how to troubleshoot a mower that I hadnt brought in, that wont start. They said it was the busy season and I wont have my mower back for 2 weeks, but my other mower is running because of that gentlemans help! See you in two weeks Eastside Small Engine Repair!

Took my pressure washer in for service and repairs, it wouldnt run. When i dropped it off they told me it would be a few weeks, I had already guessed it would take some time to repair, this time of year all small engine repair shops are back logged.About 3 weeks later I got a call it was ready, i picked up the pressure washer and tried it that weekend - It would run...... I called the shop on Monday, they told me to bring it in again, when I brought it in the second time Rusty said theyll look at it today and call me. He called later and said it was running, a small O-ring was bad and he replaced it, I got it the next day and just put about 9 hours on it over the weekend without a problem. No charge for the second time.So all im saying is mistakes happen, problems happen, sh** happens, especially when dealing with small (or large) engines. To me, its not does stuff happen, its more how is it handled when it happens - these guys did fine. thanks

I am looking for a reputable place to fix my mower.... and in shopping around I read these reviews. It appears there are in fact some bad reviews however, anyone that is or has ever been on the receiving end of Google reviews knows the owner here speaks the truth ! Number one he has the stones to address the complaints as he should by giving detail of the transactions and defending himself and his business from unreasonable people. Google does not do anything to help the business defend itself or regulate negative reviews. I come from a company that listens to every negative review and immediately believes the associate is at fault. No way possible its an unreasonable and whiney customer. Simple this place has been in business a long time obviously they make it a point to keep thier customers happy, and when they dont there is a good reason they dont... Id say its the customer. Advice to those giving negative reviews.. Learn how to communicate like you have some sence and maybe you will get better service. Its way too easy to leave a negative review. If you dont like the way they run thier business try opening up your own shop. Or just go someplace else. Simple !I commend these folks on the way they respond to bad review five stars just for that ! You just gained a customer see you soon !!

This business was recommended to us for our Lawnmower repair. We dropped the lawnmower off, described the problem and he said it would be about week. The issue came when we called to inquire about the status of the mower after a week, I called during normal business hours and constantly got the voicemail. Since we dont live that far away we decided to go down there. When we walked in, we were the only customers in the store, there were 2 people behind the desk, both on the computers. Both associates didnt even bother to look up or to acknowledge our presence. When we gave our information to inquire about the status of our lawnmower, we were told that they were behind a week and that was it, no customer service what so ever. Very, very rude.

I have had two bad experiences at this shop. The first was partly my own fault for not having the knowledge. Belt fell off bc not enough tension, they slapped the old belt on tightened it and charged me for the labor and a brand new belt....second time I go to buy a coil pack and guy swears its the right one even though its different and I questioned it get home and its wrong and they wont take a return. Customer service is horrible. Man at front desk is rude and very confrontational for a business setting......DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Just picked up my mower and had a broken bushing and the service man (Luke) was extremely rude and using foul language! He actually walked away and said you figure it out and didnt come back! Once we got home the mower was doing the same thing it was doing when I dropped it off! It is clicking when trying to start and only starts after many many attempts. I called back and was told that it wasnt doing that after we finished with it and its probably a connection somewhere thats bad. I paid $513 to get my mower back still not working right and with a broken part!Also I had my brother in law look at my mower and two blades were replaced but the third which I was told had been sharpened had never been touched! I plan to bring it in to show it to the owner Monday!

I just had my second experience with the place. Somed years ago, I promised my self I would never go back. Recently, I decided to give them a second chance. Once again, I was highly disappointed. They seem to be incompetent. The owner is rude and seems to think he knows it all. It seems to me that he doesnt have a clue. I dont know how hes stayed open as long as he has.Theyre pitiful!The only 5 Star Rating is an employee there! Hahahaha

Called yesterday to take our lawn mower back for the 3rd time for them to fix I dont appreciate owners response we cant make it new first of all nobody said anything about making it new its 10 years old I wanted them to fix their damn mistake not make it new after 3 times thats the least they can do after all the money weve sunk into it those 3 times your employees must not be very good testers or something just because Im a woman your not gonna talk to me like a moron I didnt appreciate it one bit

Luke and Rusty we are to help me get both of my Chainsaws repair when the tree in my backyard came crashing through my carport. Neither one of my saws would work at the time and Rusty stopped what he was doing and fixed it right there on the spot at no charge!! (I still tipped him!)Been going here forever, dont listen to the idiots below who have 1 bad experience and think the sky is falling!

Terrible service. Have called twice and woman put me on hold longer than I could stand. I had to give up after waiting 13 minutes, waited 5 minutes the second time, pretty much knew she was never returning.
