BOB was awesome!! My daughter and I rented a 1 man auger. He helped with the the operation of the machine and how to use. And the cautions of operating it. THANK YOU BOB or rental experience was really fun and project was too.

There is a guy there that is absolutely the rudest person Ive ever met. He is the reason I do not rent anything from them anymore. People I know who used to rent from them said same thing thats why they dont rent from this location anymore. The only reason I even gave 2 stars was because of the Hispanic guy who runs the tool room is the best person to deal with. Get rid of that other guy!!! You will keep more customers. May25 1215pm

Picked up my Penske rental here on a sat morning. Took a while to get out the door but they ended up giving me a discount because of the inconvenience. Staff isnt necessarily the most efficient, but theyre generally nice if youre nice and patient to begin with.

Great selection of tools, but beware of it, it closes 15 min earlier than advertised.
