What a wash! 10/10 would not recommend. Very aggressive wash that still left dirt on my hood, mirrors and rims.

We had a cat puke on top of the van so I took a ride to Watta Wash today thinking the car wash would clean the roof better than I could. However, I had thought wrong I had too much faith. I didnt check it before leaving and drove all the way back to Union and found out it is still on the roof of the van. Disappointed

Got the 20 dollar wash. Very disappointed. I think it missed the whole front of my car. And the back still had soap on it. Vacuums were good though.

Very nice and easy to get through the wash.They provide vaccums and mat cleaner. Also you have your choice of the service you want. Also offer multiple car wash service. Convenient for me as well. When I get my groceries I swing in clean my car and Im on my way. Nice workers as well. Always willing to help you.

The first time I went here I was very impressed. They have staff who scrub parts of your vehicle before you go through the wash. The wash has always done a good job. They have towels and vacuums available for use that are included with any wash as far as I know. I continue to go back and would highly recommend this car wash.

Superb service! We locked our keys in our car and we had 2 team members to come and check on us and offer us waters and to come inside! Customer service at its finest!

First time using the eastside location, I was highly disappointed by not being able to use my Veterans discount. They use an automated transaction system that does not provide an option to use the discount.Then, the attendants at the entrance to the wash gave the impression that they seemed to be bothered by our presence. The actual wash tunnel itself is much smaller, more claustrophobic, than the one at the westside location. I was highly satisfied with the overall experience at the westside location and just happened to be near the eastside location so decided to use it but after this initial experience I can not recommend this location nor will I use it in the future.

I have never posted a negative review before. But I needed to wipe my entire car down because it was still dirty after going through. Too bad I couldn’t because there were no spray bottles of cleaner available. The few that were around were almost empty or broken. I’ll have to rewash my car at home.

I got the monthly wires for my wife. Let me tell you its worth the money to me because it saves me from having to waste a Saturday or Sunday to wash and wax her car. Weve been using their services for over a year and the car still looks great. What you waiting on? They have multiple convenient locations in Boiling Springs, Main at Hillcrest and Reidville Road.

Not good for a truck. Very low clearance and tight. Left swirls all over in the paint. Be careful, especially if you have black paint

Changed review.Owner called, and pointed out that the brush did indeed come down as seen in video (provided video, apparently I did not notice the brush) and commented that the top of the car was so bad likely it would not get it on one pass. I was also unaware that you could request a redo to get another run thru to get that addressed.Good service, good callback, addresses comments promptly.

It does the job of knocking off the dirt but for a good cleaning u need to do it yourself to get in the corners where the machines dont reach.

Great for a good clean car. Well maintained and attended facility. The vacuums and interior support are very nice too. You can get as much or as little service as you want.

Car went thru but had so much sap on it that it didnt come clean. Chris sent me back thru, but before he did, he and the young lady working with him hand scrubed it with a brush. Looked gooood. Chris was very nice about doing this. I left happy!

As automatic carwashes go...a bit above average. Wheel shine works well and is worth the upgrade

If ya need ur car wash good place to go

Just moved to area. After long journey my car needed a bath. Paid $20, went through once, car was not clean literally ran my finger over the hood and got dirt all over my finger. Showed the worker, she let me go through again and was very professional, but after 2 times it STILL is covered and filthy on the outside.

Great car wash. You have to go through the car wash before the vacuuming. Variety of choices to choose from. Free vaccuming and air hose to blow off water. They provide you with wash rags and cleaner. But you can bring your own. Also floor mat cleaners. Along with sever other cleaning solutions. Great customer service as well. 10/10

What a great experience. A little pricey for do it yourself, but discount on the next wash. Auto-wash does a good job. Clean area to use the included vacuums. Love the chamois towels. Best window cleaner Ive ever used. All the quality of do it yourself, but none of the hassle of dragging out all your own stuff. Ive found my new career wash! They even have an unlimited wash plan.

Wow! For only $7, I was able to get my car washed very well and then I was able to use the free vacuum cleaner, microfiber towels, and window cleaner provided by the establishment. Staff is friendly and helpful. The service is a great value!

I love this place. I take all my cars here because the free vacuums are amazing. They literally sucked dirt right off of my seats.

Its good for a quick wash but it doesnt get all the dirt off your car like you would like it to. The upside is you can clean out the inside of your car with no problems.

Its great especially if your short and drive a truck. The wash good but my vacuum was not all that good.... Overall the place is nice and clean and they will helped me pick the wash i needed.

Love this place! The tunnel wash does a good job and the outside self-serve area offers a free vacuum and rags with a mild cleanser.So much easier than washing your car at home. Highly recommend!

This Car wash Is Amazing! It might sound silly but it was actually fun washing my car. And for $11 I was able to get a full car wash and vacuum out my car and clean my windows. Totally worth it and I will be back in the future.

I love this place!! The prices are competitive to get your car washed, but the real kicker and treat is afterwards when you clean your car (vacuum, wax, etc.). They provide you with microfiber towels to clean ur car, and the music they play give you that extra bit of energy to get your vehicle clean and looking like a million bucks. They also do military discount, a huge plus. Love this place!!

Did a pretty good job cleaning my truck. Still had soap to deal with afterwards and thought it couldve used one more rinse pass. Mainly giving it 3 stars because of the cost. $20 for everything....and YOU still have to get out, wipe down vehicle/tires, vacuum, etc...not them. They just guide you into the wash. For the same price, Id rather go to one of those where you get out and wait while they detail, inside and out, and make it smell good.

Fast and efficent service. Doesnt get my wheels very clean. Free vacuum and towels to wipe down vehicle makes it a good deal. Look for unlimited washes.

Cheap and easy. Pulled through the wash and came out shiny. As soon as you come out they have towels so you can get that final dry on the car and vacumes to get the interior. Nice little light show as you are going through it also. Nice touch

The best automatic car wash in town. This one has the wheel and tire brushes that both scrub the exterior and applies the slick finish. They do a great job keeping the towels stocked, even on busy weekends.

Car pretty much comes out almost as dirty as it does going in. There’s better car washes in the area.

I would drive by and sneer at that place because of the $20 car wash. I thought it was a rip-off because for $20 you can get your car washed and interior cleaned where what a wash only does the exterior and you clean the interior yourself. I tried them once and I am sold. I even subscribeed to the monthly car wash plan where you can get your car washed everyday if you so decide for only $40 a month. My car is now the cleanist car in the parking lot. With the monthly plan I can keep it that way.

Did not clean bugs off windshield . I asked why . Was told by young man per owner they will not brush wind shield only back end.Young man also said bugs were dried on and would only come off with scraping. A good brushing with soap would do it

Its a car wash so its hard to give it 5-stars. High-end wash is a little pricey, just a few dollars shy of a full interior/exterior clean/wash down the street.

NO BATHROOMS! $3 million car wash and the owners could not be bothered to install at least one public bathroom?!? The absence of any public bathroom tells you all you need to know about the owners’ extremely poor attitude toward service!
