I took my absolute nasty 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty Truck to Bob s Car Wash and I could sell it today for like new. They did an incredible job of welcoming me, helping me, getting a price and telling what would be done. The very nice lady at the reception/business desk is excellent and professional. She takes pride in her work and helping customers. The staff from Mr. Goldsmith to the rest of the staff are very cordial, helpful, and professional. Mr. Reggie was responsible for my truck and I will go back today and tip him some more. He did a fantastic job! Everything I was told was done and done well! They always do a great job, however, the guys didnt get the inside good they left trash inside the car. But, they killed the.outsede making it look shiny and new.

I asked that they vacuum the trunk and they said they would. I made the mistake of not checking before I left the business. They did not vacuum like they said they would! I was so mad! My suggestion is- if you want something done, do it yourself and save your money!

Shout out to Reggie who did a phenomenal job on my interior detail and Sue for her friendly professional manner inside. My car was dirty! Hadn’t been detailed in a long time. Carpet, cupholders, center console, trunk, etc all needed some serious love. The reason for the detail today was a special one. Quitting smoking and needed to give myself the gift of a clean fresh car for my new start. My car looks and smells new again. Thanks guys for all you do and your attention to detail. Really disappointed with what I recieved. I bought the most expensive car wash package hoping to get my truck vacuumed out. My main objective was to have it vacuumed. They washed off my floor mats and oiled down my dash and steering wheel. They didnt vacuum or didnt vacuum well and missed several spots when wiping it down. Car wash in Boiling Springs is cheaper plus they vacuum, so Ill be giving them a shot from now on. The pictures below show the truck right after leaving. You can see they took out the mat, but didnt do much else. Just seems like there is a lot to be desired.

First time going to bobs. Paid for $24 wash and the inside wipedown was not good. Windows got zero attention. Could have been far more effort put in.

I go at least 2 times a month to Bobs Car Wash and they never disappoint. Everyone is kind and courteous when I arrive and they do a diligent job with my vehicle. If you’re in the Spartanburg or surrounding areas, pay them a visit. Your car won’t regret it!

Waste of money. I got my car detailed yesterday at Bobs for $155 only to have them leave grease all over the interior and damage my console. They must have had a greasy repairman move my car because they left grease all over the gearshift, parking break, radio buttons and the drivers seat. The console now has a puncture in it as well.

Took a work truck there and they got it nice and clean on the outside and the inside, I will take my personal truck there for sure.

Did not rinse all the suds off. Left a lot of dirt, did not vacuum the rear of the car and left a lot of dirt on the exterior.

Best car wash there is! Everyone is friendly, the prices as unbeatable and they even have discounts on certain days. Students get $2.00 off any wash. Today was my first day and won’t be my last, I was very impressed.

Not quite as clean as I thought it would be for the price. Called in and was told my name would be on list and would receive next wash free. Now Im told that I wouldve had to brought back that day? Im disabled and live on extremely limited income In Chesnee. The lady who answered the phone says well Thats only 15 miles but its 30 round trip. Before I became disabled I used their services regularly and was always satisfied. The way I was spoken to today, I will never use their services again.

Bobs is my favorite place to go get my car washed. I have been going their since I was a child. My husband and I go regularly and the service has always been spot on. It isnt inexpensive, but its worth paying for. I would go again and again. Please support this business, because I want it to be around when my daughter grows up too. Also theres a really good chocolate and toffee shop next door with icecream. In case you decide you want to visit there too.

Great place to get your oil changed, a car wash, and your car detailed. Tuesday is Ladies Day so you will receive $5 off of a car wash. The mechanic that does the oil changes is very honest, friendly, and goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service. The guys that take care of your detailing a very thorough and they make sure your car looks and smells great when its ready. I highly recommend this place!

They did a fantastic job on my cruddy ancient p.o.s. for about 30 bucks. They went above and beyond and honestly I wished Id had a bigger tip for the fellow who worked over it, but I didnt know that was even a thing and wasnt prepared. My hats off to you

I had always heard great things about bobs car wash, but had never been. I went this morning and as soon as I pulled in a gentleman was waiting and patiently answered my questions. I live near the beach and my car had a weird texture on the paint and black spots. He advised which wash to choose (only $25) and on my car went. Within 20 minutes, I was back in my sparkling clean car which had been vacuumed and all. Extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be going more when Im in town!

We used to go all the time and were please with the cleanliness of the car. And then the job they did was not acceptable.We have not been back and they have now changed hands.

Not even a month after I got my new car I went to Bobs and one of the guys left the front door open and it went through the wash coming out with my seat and floorboards soaked. I talked to the cashier and the Head Guy and he apologized and had it vacuumed out twice but there was still so much water in there he told me to leave the windows down to let it air dry! That left a white discoloration on the seat. When I took it back they did try to clean it but they are still there. (So much for a new car) I took a chance on going back and made sure to as them to shut all the doors, well this time one of the guys put the floor mats on the seats soaking wet and that left water stains in the back seat as well. When I reported this, it was said that they had already had a problem with the guy doing that earlier 😒 So needles to say I have stains in my front and back seats of what was a brand new car. 😢

This guys are fantastic at what they do! My truck was full of dirt and dog hair - Absolutely disgusting. I dropped it off at Bobs for the morning to be detailed. When I picked it up, it looked brand new. Excellent service and a friendly staff. I wont be taking my vehicle anywhere else.

I received a free wash from Vic Bailey Subaru after having my oil changed. I went here yesterday and was very disappointed. My front passenger floor was barely vacuumed, the top of the car is still very dirty, and the tires look like they have stripes all over them..? They also left all the floor mats in the front passenger floor board so I had to put them back, as well as the antenna (I just bring that up because Ive been to several car washes and never had to do that). And I guess there is an extra charge for vacuuming the trunk, or taking the mat out and washing it. Needless to say I am glad it was free, and Im only giving two stars because the gentleman who receives the car when you drive up was very nice and told me not to worry about taking the baby seat out, they would vacuum under it. The girl inside is very nice as well.

Prices went up and service went down. What a shame.

Usually good service; not always as responsive to customer requests as Id appreciate. Have been there three times and asked each time for the inside of the windshield to be cleaned thoroughly for night driving. Still dirty. To be fair, exterior is always done well, and this is a busy place with generally nice staff and decent prices.

Very disappointed. I literally watched them vacuum the front rugs (not under them) and then accidently put my car through the wash because it already hit the track. Didnt scrub the front grill, sides, or vacuum the back seats, but frantically scrubs the wheels. I told the front and ask them if they were going to run it through the wash again as I bought the works wash. I was told, I dont see how that could have happened but your detailer will do the bugs and vacuum. he did vacuum (not under the rugs) but I still had several bugs on the front, some I even wiped off with my hand in front of the detailer. I didnt have time for them to rewash and detail my car as they already spent 30 min on it. I have been here before and usually they are good but thats horrible customer service. Guess the customer is always wrong there...

This was my first time at Bobs and it was just okay in comparison too other car retail shops. I had water spots on my back window, and there were dirt spots here and there that hadnt been wiped or washed. Wasnt worth the $28!

Another update, 6/20/18. Needed an oil change and you get a discount on oil change and wash, so I stopped in. Oil change guy asked me what oil, asked for Dexos 1 approved as required to maintain my GM warranty. The oil they have on hand is Penzoil Gold Synthetic Blend. It is Dexos 1 approved. Instead of using that, they sent someone to NAPA to buy Dexos 2 Full synthetic then charged me extra for putting the wrong oil in my truck. If you visit, I recommend only getting a wash. This will most likely be my last visit here. The oil change was double what I pay at the dealer.Update: Aug 2017. Owner contacted me after seeing review. Invited me back, took care of the windshield and gave me a card for a free wash in the future.Dont go near closing time! I used to go here weekly a couple years back when I worked close by. Was over that way and truck was filthy, so I stopped and got the highest wash package. Several areas were missed. Around the bottom of the tailgate, one side of the front bumper, quarter of the hood, and I dont know what the heck was on the towel they attempted to clean the windshield with, but something is smeared all over the interior of the windshield.

Picked me up, dropped me off, gave me a coupon, did an excellent job.
