Scratched my new car. they denied it but made an effort to buff them out.Wont return

My car looked brand new afterwards.

Took my truck up to Williams Detail let it came back about a hour then waited another 20 min they didnt wash out bed of truck like I ask and their was still bugs on front of truck had to ask them to clean that off they put tire shine on out half my tires guess if it was a car from Dave Edwards Toyota they could have done a better job ur normal customer off street dont get same attention and I paid 40 bucks and now Im having to rewash my truck not happy

Took my truck in October it was rainy the kept my truck for two days. Terrible. Wax all over my trim spots still on truck. I have been so mad. Today I finally went out and got all the wax. off that they left.They were so sloppy with the wax.

I made an appointment and got there and they said I would have to bring it back because they didnt have time.
