Drove in and got full service immediately. Clean waiting room. Old fashioned coke machine at 60¢ per can. TV on Discovery channel. Free WiFi. Comfy seats.

First time and last time customer. I called beforehand and verified a price for a mobil1 full synthetic oil change and mobil1 oil filter. Was quoted $60.99 for this 5 quart full-synthetic oil change, and $5 extra for each quart over 5. My car takes 8 quarts. I comfirmed that was $75.99 for all services. When I came in and once again, verified with the oil technician, I wanted mobil1 full synthetic oil and mobil1 filter, he said ok and took in my car. Next, someone brought me my cabin and gas air filters to try to get me to replace those. I declined, as I already saw them try this with the lady sitting next to me. According to her, they try this every time. I did give them the ok to upgrade to the full service, as he said they would check all the fluids and it was only $10 more. Within a few minutes my car was done and my bill came to $116! Where did this extra $30 come from?! Turns out, I was told the Quaker State full-synthetic price on the phone, even though I discussed mobil1 at length on the phone and verified they had the parts. I paid the exorbitant price and left. When I got home, my husband checked under the car, as he doesnt trust these places to do what you ask, and low and behold, NO mobil1 filter! They had put on some prime guard cheap replacement! On further research, these are made by Fram, which are garbage filters. I then called them to complain and they claimed they told me they only carry mobil1 oil and not the filters. This was NEVER communicated on the phone or in person when I turned over my car. No one ever tried to make the misquote or oil filter miscommunication right, just told me I was was wrong and I had to pay the extra for subpar parts and service. I will never be back and will definitely spread the word.

I went in here for an oil change on a recommendation from another local Spanish Fork business who I really like and trust. I called beforehand to get a quote and they said my make and model with the base oil blend that I wanted would be about $40. I thought it was reasonable so I went in.I was expecting an upsell and said yes to a filter bc it was nasty. They quoted me a price of $25 for that. But for some reason I ended up paying almost $100 for this and an oil change!!!They charged me $43.99 for a synthetic oil PLUS an extra $15 for something? They said it was the oil?! I told them I wanted whatever the base was and this is what they gave me. They either weren’t listening or were scamming me. I’ve NEVER spent more than $80 for an oil change and service. First and last time customer!

This is the only oil change Ill go to because I trust the employees and the owner himself. They do an amazing job, and super quick, but very detailed oriented. I would recommend this for any car needs with oil transmission, or any other services that you need done.

I can’t say enough about the customer service here! They were thorough and efficient with changing my oil, and noticed a few parts that needed replacing without me even asking them to check. I had problems with my car a few days later and thought it was related to my oil, so I brought it back in. They checked my car out and diagnosed with the problem could be, and had me in and out in five minutes without even charging me, even though it was completely unrelated to my oil. They were so sweet and helpful and I’ll definitely be going back!

My wife and I have both gone there a few times. It takes10 minutes on a Saturday morning usually. Not to say they arent busy, because they almost always are, its just that they go so fast. Generally I dread the atmosphere of any kind of car joint, but the staff made it a good experience. Oh and on another note, they actually use the manufacturers recommended oil type for your car....everywhere else I go just puts in whatever oil they have on tap.

Will never go back. They are scam artists and told my sweet trusting girlfriend she needed full synthetic oil in our 2016 highlander, with less than 30 thousand miles. What was once a 50 dollar oil change, turned into a 96 dollar change. What kind of person can sleep at night knowing they took advantage of someone.

Never had a problem with these guys! They always are fast and get it done and dont try to upsale you on stuff you dont want. They are honest and will let you know if you have an oil leak or anything, but they dont repair those things so it is just a courtesy, which is just nice to know that they dont have a reason to lie about stuff like that. They are people you can trust and are friendly.

I was nervous to get my first oil change after hearing horror stories about car people, but the workers were great and fast, the whole thing took about 15 mins max! I didnt feel pushed into buying anything and the prices were great. I will definitely be back the next time I need my oil changed!

BEWARE: Dont get your oil changed here.I brought my car here for years until the last time I got an oil changed they drained my oil and NEVER FILLED IT BACK UP. My oil light didnt come on for 2 1/2 weeks of driving. When my light came on I brought it back in thinking they forgot to reset the oil change reminder. Nope, they confirmed they had drained it and somehow forgotten to fill it back up.I didnt know what to do. So I asked them to note my account that they had done this in case I had issues later. They said they did and that they were terribly sorry. Fast forward a couple months and my engine has permanent damage and will likely need to be replaced. I talked to the owner yesterday and he said its impossible they didnt fill it back up. So to add insult to serious financial damages hes calling me a liar. Then he proceeded to tell me my car has a history of burning oil. NEVER had they ever told me that during the 3-4 years of getting my oil changed here. Im sure thats just the owners standard practice when confronted with issues. This must be a common problem here because he knew exactly what to say to try to avoid all liability. I would bet they have had too many claims on their E&O insurance and the owner would rather just call long-time customers liars to avoid filing another E&O claim. Youve been warned. Stay far away from this place.

The best thing that I can say about this place is that it didnt feel like I was getting any work done on my car. Generally when you are having your car work done, you feel like its taking a long time, you wonder if people are ripping you off, you worry about others intentions. This was just a straightforward transaction with good prices, local ownership, friendly, polite, simple service.

Took in my old truck one day and they even helped me determine the source of an oil leak. Theyre here to help you out and not take your money. These guys understand...they get it. I used to love this place, but sadly it has changed. It used to be that I could go, get my car serviced and not feel like they were trying to upsell me for every possible thing. Now they have a new guy there and its all about the upsell; washer blades, air filters, coolant, brake fluid, synthetic oil. You have to tell the guy no like 15 times before he stops. Its such a hassle! My wife has gone in and had the same experience and so has my daughter. I have 5 vehicles so we need service frequently. And now Im going to the Valvoline place down the road where I dont feel like Im being shaken-down every time. If theyd go back to the way they used to do things Ill bring my business back. I would have put one star but I gave them two because at least theyre quick.
