Did not have a good experience here, first of all they try to upsell you on everything possible even if you dont need it. Management is working in a different part of the building then the rest of the crew, so they are making a lot of mistakes. While I was there they found a problem with another customers ac compressor not shutting off and instead of telling her to take it to a shop they recommended letting them try to service it to see if it would fix it, to me this very much felt like they were just trying to get money out of a single mother... when I left I got less then a block away before my car went in to limp mode, because the air filter was not installed correctly, so I returned and had them fix it correctly. I definitely would not recommend going to this jiffy lube location as it seems they are only doing services that are going to make them money, and badmouthing other businesses in the process while taking advantage of people, and not doing a thorough job.
A problem occured with a customer in front of us. It was a lengthy discussion and the employees that worked there did their best to work out the situation. Afterwards, we were given a $15 off coupon simply because we had witnessed the problem. They apologized to us repeatedly (though I do not feel they owed us one). When our car was finished they walked us out and opened the car doors for us. Wow! Not only were they fast and efficient, but respectful, courteous and truly professional. I take my cars to Jiffy Lube regularly, and I appreciate the efficient service they provide. They are also quite a pleasant bunch of people who seem to enjoy helping people with car concerns. I will keep going there for my car maintenance and vehicle registration renewals. The only minor negative thing I would mention is that when they do the final review of their evaluation of the auto, the way its presented can be a little too aggressive, and even use a bit of guilt to try and get you to agree to additional services. Now, i am often inclined to use extra services like this, but when Im told the prices to have these done, it always changes my mind to no. I believe your extra services are priced a little to high. You could get additional business from me by dropping a few bucks off the cost.
They tried to convince me that my brand new truck with 5,000 miles needed a new air filter, wiper blades, and many other things. Do not go here! Tunex is so much better!!!
I came here in April to get my emissions done, and get the oil changed while I was there for convenience. In their signature oil change they checked my brakes and after they had done so they failed to tighten down the wheel. It made it a week before it destroyed the wheel and ripped off the fender trim while I was driving. I was very lucky to be in town in a roundabout when it came off, I do lots of highway driving and its scary to think what couldve happened. Im kicking myself for not checking the lugs myself, and will be making sure my friends and family stay far away from this place.
I had to get the emissions test done and get my new tabs.I got in quickly and out the door in less than 45 minutes. Great!
I went in for an on the spot renewal and the staff was quick and professional making sure we got in and out as soon as possible even though I procrastinated and waited until the very last day of the month.
This shop has a great vibe! They are very fast and very nice. They even forgot to put my oil change sticker in my window and I still gave them a 5 star rating. Always professional and responsive!
I had a good experience here with my visit. They were very quick and I was in and out very fast. I do find it helpful that they go over the different things of your car that may need to be looked at. Though my issue with Jiffy Lube in general is they are a bit over priced. I mean 45$ to replace the interior cabin air filter when you can get it for 10$ online. Then over 150$ to replace the spark plugs when you can buy them for 6$ a piece? I get needing to make a profit but man that really rakes unsuspecting people over the coals.

This place was a zoo. They lied to me about three different issues and forgot to do the one thing I actually came in for, replacing a headlight. When I confronted them about the mistake they admitted that they were just being lazy and would do the service without charge, which I appreciated. But, the headlights were both installed incorrectly and so I had to have them redone elsewhere a few days later. If you’re passing through, I’d look for another store, this one seems very mismanaged.
The ladies were very prompt and let me know that the tires do not need to be rotated upon checking. They were professional, clearly explained the various maintenance needed, showed my clean air filter, checked my oil, and helped me get my SUV ready for a long trip. Love this Jiffy Lube in Spanish Fork. Keep up the good work!
I went to this Jiffy Lube because my tires were low on air. A very nice young man filled up my tires free of charge. He informed me that my registration was expiring soon and invited me back to update my registration when the time comes. Because of this positive experience, I went to Jiffy Lube to renew my registration. My entire experience was wonderful.
The vibe here is sketchy, they try to upsell you on everything. Seems like a bunch of chickens running around with their heads chopped off. I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. I won’t again.

Horrible customer service. I called to ask if they could complete a service on my vehicle and was told they could. When I got there they informed me they couldnt. How completely unprofessional.
I went for my state inspection and I was able to pass my cars inspection, but there were several things they addressed that I would need to do in the future. I didnt have the money to pay them to fix everything, so I asked for the list of things that I will need to work on as I get the money for it. They assured me twice that they would print out the list and give it to me. This is why I couldnt give the place five stars. I never got it. They gave me the receipt and the stickers to put on my car, proving I was inspected (and that was great, not needing to go to the DMV). But the list of things I still needed to do was not in the pile of papers handed to me. Theres no way I could remember everything that I will eventually need done. Of course, I didnt realize this until I was home and was able to look through the papers. They told me twice they would print it out. All I remember is my back breaks and something about a filter. Thought, Jiffy Lube was quick and I didnt have to wait for them to see my car, I couldnt bring myself to give them five stars. This was the second time I didnt get the list of things I still needed done, only the receipt telling me what they did do.
Service was a state required emissions test which was done professionally and on time. They also did a quick check of other services and asked me if Id like one. It annoyed me slightly to be asked about 2% moisture in the brake fluid Long term brake system water content tends to reach a maximum of about 3-4%, which is readily handled by the corrosion inhibitors in the brake fluid formulation.
Replaced my daughters alternator 2 months ago and now she is stuck on the side of the road in this heat wave with alternator broken again! And we call Ans they won’t answer their phones and it hangs up.
Came on a tight time crunch and they took care of me so with a great attitude 10/10 customer service.

Ive been going to these guys for quite a few years, i go whereever the manager Brett goes (payson and spanish locations) He makes sure everything is done up right and explains anything/everything he thinks you should know about your service that day, no matter how busy they are he takes the time and speaks to you like your a friend. You wont find better service and dependability from an oil shop especially with him running the show. Definitely recommend them.
They seemed like a bunch of young kids that are willing to do the bare minimum and that is it. They listed certain parts on my truck as being damaged which upon my inspection, were clearly not damaged. I also asked them to rotate my tires which they did not do stating my truck was too heavy. Not a huge deal but, when I went to pay they made no mention of not performing the task I asked them to do
I went to Jiffy Lube for On the Spot registration of my diesel truck. They performed the necessary emissions test, offered several other services without being pushy, got my registration done and I was on my way. Good job, Spanish Fork Jiffy Lube!

Pretty fast and efficient service. No pressure to add on services, but they did inform me of what should be done in the near future based on manufacture recommendations. Clean facilities. I went to the Spanish Fork location because the Springville location was super busy. They honored my coupons. I would say I was there for maybe 30-35 minutes at most including waiting to get into the bay for service, and. I had them do a few more things besides the basic changing of the oil. Went here for an emissions test. Was in and out in about 15 minutes. They ran the report and found I didn’t need it but still checked all my fluid levels and filters. If I could give more stars I would. Great people that work there and very fast! Great customer service too:)
From the beginning the customer service representative thought I was another customer and didnt confirm it. I ended up paying for that same persons services (we were there for the same thing) and my mileage on my car was input incorrectly.I believe the gentleman who helped me did all he could to resolve the issue once it had happened and thankfully noticed it before I had left the counter. He was very apologetic and ultimately the experience was as good as it could have been under those circumstances. I need to take extra steps to have my card payment removed from the other customers services by calling the DMV.

I went in on Veterans day, they had a free oil change. There were lots of cars there and I had to wait about an hour or so. Didnt mind that because I knew why it was that busy. Only reason I didnt give it a five star was because they forgot to tell me thanks for serving, I mean really, thats why us veterans came in. However, it was a free oil change so Im not complaining. thanks you guys!!
Brett the manager and the rest of his team went above and beyond with their services. Ive gotten oil changes for my jeep at many jiffy lube location, this one hands down was the best experience Ive had. Once again, Brett and his team was awesome!

They gave us directions to BigO tires. I’m so impressed that your employees took time out of their day to try to assist us with a service you don’t even provide. Left an oil soaked rag in my vehicle, didnt attatch the pan when they were done, and then tried to lie to me and tell me there was an oil leak.Beware!

I bought rotors for my 2016 Nissan Altima and had them install them. They installed all four of them on my car, and about two or three weeks after they installed them I hear grinding on my front brakes. I took them in yesterday to be looked at by Jiffy Lube and they said they couldn’t figure it out, they wanted me to get all new rotors and new brakes. I wasn’t sure what the whole issue was that’s why I took it to them who I trusted. After having one of my mechanic friends look at it there’s a giant groove running the whole length of both rotors on the front from the brake pads. I don’t know how they missed that giant groove there it’s so easy to see. Will not be returning for brakes!EDIT I emailed the manager as was posted in response to this review, about 30 days or so ago. I included all the needed information on the issue and still have yet to receive a response! This is very un professional and unacceptable! It shows the truly “value” there customers. Poor service, poor quality, dishonest, I recommend going better place for car services!
I went to get an oil change because my maintenance light came on but their records showed that I had only gone 1000 miles since my last oil change with them so they reset my light and did my emissions test. Its very nice to see honest companies that dont make you pay for something you dont need!
This is the most high pressure jiffy lube Ive been in.Also theyre not very honest. A few months ago one of the guys, I think the manager, tried to sell me a serpentine belt replacement because mine was ruined beyond belief (using his own words.) I bought a new serpentine belt from Amazon and took my car to my mechanic to change it only to find out that my serpentine belt was just fine.

Waited thirty minutes in the lobby before anyone noticed me. They say no appointments necessary, but really wish I didnt need to waste my time waiting around to speak to someone.
So disappointed! I originally did 5* because of all my prior interactions (only oil changes). Wedecided to have the automatic transmission fluid checked. Everything prior to this check ran fine. Our engine light kicked on as soon as we pulled away. We went back, they popped the hood and the kid that worked on it went straight to the air intake hose and pointed out the huge tear (he went straight to it). It was not there before! We spent near $400 for the oil change and transmission check. Left with more problems 😔. They broke it and left it for us to figure out on our own. So sad that our 5* experience dropped dramatically because of dishonesty. If you break something come clean, my experience could have been so different. Because the part is oversees it could take quite a while to get it in (info. From another source willing to help us get answers), our car is sucking air and is not running properly.
They charge $92 for a full synthetic oil change which I think is ridiculous. They then charged me $14 for an oil filter which the website says is already included so I spoke to a manager to waive that charge. It costs $112 just for a full synthetic oil change. I went to Costco and bought 10 quarts of full synthetic oil for $27. Go watch YouTube videos and change the oil yourself. I highly recommend you don’t go here because they price gouge the ish out of you.
I had a very positive experience, especially even when after leaving, I noticed something I didn’t think was right. I called them, they told me to come right back in. They took care of the issue immediately. I was extremely impressed with the service I received.
Went in for emissions and on the spot renewal. We were greeted quickly and we were out in around half an hour. They were friendly and straightforward with everything but not pushy. I recommend them. This is my second car to take to them for emissions and on the spot renewal and am pleased with their service.

Very unprofessional and not trustworthy place. They had my van in the shop for two day because they didn’t have a piece for the van. Then their technician was not available to work on the van. They left me a voice mail saying that because my can was there for two day they will do a discount on my total bill but when I went there to pay they sad I misunderstood and I had to be very upset with them to give a very little discount. The manager didn’t even have the courage to talk to me. Then I was going back home and the van was making a noise so I went back and they realized that a piece on the cv axel was not in line. You cannot trust them! I will never be going back there.

I usually am an even tempered individual but this Jiffy lube has been extremely frustrating and difficult to work with. While doing a routine brake replacement the technicians broke the ABS sensor on the passenger side of the truck. They finished installing the new brakes - apologized for breaking the sensor. Said it “happens sometimes” and sent me on my way. After talking with a few other car places they all said that jiffy lube should have paid for and replaced the part that they broke during the brake installation. Fast forward a few months and my breaks are locking up excessively on the icy roads. I make an appointment with a local shop to have the sensor replaced. While waiting for the appointment I got an oil change at the same jiffy lube the problem started at because it was in a convenient location. The technician I spoke to was apologetic about what happened and after talking with his manager told me that if I purchased the part, I could come in and have it replaced the next morning free of charge. So I canceled my other appointment I’d been waiting on and was so happy that they were making this whole thing right. I come in today- and am met with quite a hostile attitude and frustration from the technicians acting like others problems are not their problem. They park my truck out up front and refuse to work on it. For two hours. As I’m stranded here. I’m being told they are waiting on a phone call from regional management. As I wait - I’m being told no phone call from management is happening. So I take it upon myself to call the management line posted in the store- and only then is my truck now considered for getting in line at the bay. Such a frustrating situation all around. I would like to just have this job done and over with so I can take my auto needs business elsewhere. I’m grateful they’re finally doing it but it was way too much stress and work on my part to make it happen. Wish they would have offered to pay for the part they broke as well.
Associate named Nate spent two weeks telling my mom to leave instead of just helping her with her tags. They accused her of not having an emissions check and needing another until another employee verified she had come in “cause he remembered her”, repeatedly said she needed many things and should just come back to do it all, and then on the days she did come back they told her to leave cause they were closing early or too busy and couldn’t even see her for the tags (even though he specified these times to come back). Took two weeks for her to get her tags and when she agreed to the oil and fluids check after all the hassle the guy left her and her car sitting for quite some time while he and the others went and hung out in a different room. Eventually she just left. I understand trying to up sell, but this whole thing was just very rude and belittling. Wouldn’t ever go back. Absolute jerks.
The good: Everyone was very friendly and kept me informed about everything, including the charges as we discussed new filters. I was offered the option to have my emissions check completed and vehicle registered since it was coming due in 2 months. I definitely appreciated that as it is one less thing for me to worry about. I would have given 5 Stars if not for the following...The Bad: For the rest of the afternoon, I was having issues when reversing and making a tight turn, both forward and in reverse. It felt like the tires were catching on something and I couldnt figure out why that would happen all the sudden. Went to a mechanic, he looked at the fluid levels and couldnt find any immediate issues. He had me back up so he could watch the process and look for anything odd. He came to my window and asked if my truck was in 4WD. Yep. 4 LOW, as a matter of fact. Im pretty upset that they put my truck in 4 Low (its a knob below the steering wheel so it had to have been intentional) without putting it back to the Auto position. I was doing a lot of freeway driving at around 75 MPH that afternoon and I really hope no damage was done having it in 4 Low.

Needed an oil change, went in to the local Jiffy Lube. Was quoted $206, for an oil change and 2 new filters. This was way more than I had wanted to pay so I ask them to put the car back the way it was and left. Fast forward a couple of days, the local temperature dropped considerably. It wasnt till I was driving to a city about 75 miles away that I realized my heater no longer worked. Needless to say, I froze driving there and back. Next morning I go back into Jiffy Lube to ask if they could take a look. They kept telling me the heater was just fine even though you could no longer have a conversation in the front seats and no heat actually came out. When I insisted that it really wasnt working right and wouldnt walk away, the attendant got really rude. At one point he even swore at me and walked off in frustration because he didnt want to be bothered to help me. Three different attendants, interacted with me. None of them believed me that I had even come in to their store because they couldnt find me in their system (I didnt show up because I didnt actually have the service done). Instead of just taking my word that I had been in they spend a good 20 mins. calling the regional office to have them check the surveillance cameras. Finally, Nate could see the situation was getting ridiculous and decided he could take a look at my heater. Turns out the attendant who had worked on car previously had shoved the cabin air filter in way toooo far causing the fan to stop working. It was easily fixed but not before I got to see the employees true colors and their unwillingness to serve their customers.After this incident, I decided to write a letter to customer service. The national office got back to me right away but had to transfer the complaint to Joe at the regional office. Joe called me right away, I called back almost immediately. 10 days later, nothing. My only thought is poor customer service must be a problem at more than the local level. Sadly, I will never go back to this local Jiffy Lube, not sure about others. Im certainly not impressed with the company.
Took my car in for a oil change and they broke the clip to my alternator off deliberately. They also did not put my oil filter on tight. Good thing my regular mechanic looked at it and found the problem right away. Now thats poor quality!
I wont EVER be coming here again. Horrible service, the worst disrespect Ive had in my life. All of the employees are awful and very rude. They dont even know how to do their job correctly! Were watching the employees doing the oil and not even doing their job right. I wont be coming here, or any jiffy lube again. I cant even believe how I was treated. Unbelievable.
Went on Sunday for an emissions test, Google and the sign on the door said they opened at 9:00. Waited for half an hour and nobody showed up to open the business.
I would recommend finding another location. The service was fine, but I purchased a groupon specifically for a jiffy lube oil change, but was told only after I purchased this Groupon that they could not accept it and I had to pay full price on top of the groupon I had already purchased. I feel as though I was cheated out of my money and will not be making a return visit to this location after I spent far, far more than what I should have for a simple oil change. all of the other locations I have been to in the past have not had this same policy on groupons and I’m a bit upset that I ended up stopping at the only one that seems to have a problem with it.
My last experience with this location wasnt great. Watching and listening to the employees making jokes about customer vehicles including my own was quite unprofessional. The speed of service was a bit slower than normal, with the majority of the staff just hanging out and talking.
The Infinity I own is notorious its CHECK ENGINE light throwing a catalytic converter code. Clear code, drive cycle, CHECK ENGINE. After months of fails, temp tags, & registration tickets, I got creative. Or just desperate. Cleared the code, did part of the drive cycle trying to keep the CAT not ready. Plugged in my ODB & success! No CHECK ENGINE, only 1 not ready meaning it would pass! Only problem was it was a Saturday & everywhere was closed or closing. I was desperate to find an open emissions station close by. They were the only Jiffy Lube or service center in the area open. I called and told them the situation, and they told me to hurry but were willing to stay to make I made it in! They joked with me a bit but were very nice. While they may have been a few minutes late leaving, they were extremely understanding that I needed it done immediately & had waited months. Id happily return for other services or recommend this location to anyone looking for friendly, quality customer service.
I went in on January 10th of this year to get my emissions done on my 2001 Saab 9-3, I had one too many systems come back unready and needed to drive my car to get them ready to test. Well, while driving my car, I discovered the entire hydraulic system needed to be replaced. Needless to say, I did not make it back within the 15 days for a free retest, I called them on February 18th after replacing the brake master, clutch master, and clutch slave cylinders to see if there was anything that could be done with my situation. To my surprise, I was told that they would extend the deadline for me. I passed the next day with flying colors and after spending a month and a couple hundred dollars fixing my car, it meant the world to me that someone would see my side and help me out. Thank you so much to the team, I raise my glass to you.
They actually made a mistake when checking my car but they were so intent on making it right. They did everything they could until they fixed the error.
This locations workers only did half of the signature service oil change.Took my car to get an oil change, and Jordan decided to write what oil I wanted on my window with a pink marker.Normally I wouldn’t care, but after paying, I found that the courtesy technician didn’t vacuum or clean my windows, so it left me to finish the job.It really makes me wonder what other of their services were neglected.The invoice says my car was vacuumed and windows cleaned, but they weren’t, so half of the service weren’t performedI paid for these service to be done, and feel like I was mistreated. I could do everything by myself, but I paid the money for the convenience. So with my busy schedule I wouldn’t have to.I worked at jiffy lube when I was in high school and we never treated people this way.Don’t take your vehicle to this location. I will never again, unless this is fixed.
My 79 year old mother went to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change and her On the Spot registration done. She asked the worker Nate for the total cost since I was paying for it. She gave him the card sent in the mail for her registration and a discount card for the Jiffy Lube charges. He quoted her the price for both. When it was done I headed over to pay. When I got there Nate had to separate the bill because a portion was for the registration and went to the state.After Nate finished the transactions he handed my mother the receipts. She noticed that he had not included the discount this time and mentioned it to him. His response surprised me and I feel was absolutely terrible customer service. He looked at my mom and said you did not hand me the card (even though she had already given it to him once and had it in her hand with the registration card while he was processing the transactions). She then said she had given it to him before and he said that since she did not hand it to him she did not get the discount. There was no attempt to fix the issue or even a simple apology. This upset me and I asked him for the supervisor. He responded that they did not have a supervisor present at the store. I have been at my customer service for job for 10+ years and was frustrated at Nates response to the situation. I will NEVER get service done there again! Taking advantage of my mother is not okay!

It’s probably the same service you get at any Jiffy Lube. When I pulled up and asked for an oil change the first thing they told me was that my car required synthetic oil. Funny thing is the car is 9 years old and I’ve taken it to other Jiffy Lube’s many times and never been told that. Maybe they’re right but mostly it feels like they’re trying to rip me off.Other than that, they do what they always do. Ask you if they can fix every detail and charge a large amount for convenience. If I’m ok paying $45 to get my cabin air filter replaced, so be it. Personally I’ll run to the store and pick one up for $13 to switch myself.All that being said, I’m grateful they are open on weekends. Especially when I need to get emission testing done.
I havent been to this Jiffy Lube in almost 5 years and this time around I must say things have improved tremendously.Very courteous staff, professional and knowledgeable.Prices are fair for the services they offer, they do not perform any work on your vehicle until they have discussed it with the customer.We got oil changed on one of our vehicles and we were informed that Jiffy Lube offers free fluids top off at 3000 miles after the service, that is a plus that I havent seen many shops offer.The one thing I disliked was the waiting area, its a little too small, so if you have issues with small spaces or being close to other people that may be an issue, with that said you have the option to leave your vehicle there and they will call you once the service is done .I will be going back for our next vehicle oil change .
They did a great job replacing some rusted-out brakes. Very easy to work with and good about communicating whats going on with the car. The job required some unconventional repairs, which they handled very well. Would go again.

I went to get a emissions test and their machine was broken. They told me I could go to a Jiffy Lube up the road. When I got there this store didnt have time to do it, yet there was a employees were standing watching 1 work. That is when I noticed that the first store had keeped my registration to my truck. That is when I called them and asked them to bring it to me as it was their mistake. The manager hung up on me. I filed a report with the corporate office and was told that is was a store issue. The manager when I called him back was quick to arange to bring me my registration. The next day the owner called me and said he would look into it. No one has called back to say if any action was taken. The corporate office will never take action even with their name on each store, 😥
