They were extremely friendly! Extremely fast! I didn’t feel like I was being sold something. They were even honest enough they tell me they couldn’t rotate my tires because the lug nuts were not coming off and suggested I go back to the dealership for them to remove! I will be back for sure!!!

I went to this Valvoline Express Care after having my transmission fluid flushed by another business because it began shifting funny and not working properly. They found that I had a few extra quarts of oil in the transmission and took care of the problem. Awesome folks!

I showed up needing state emissions and new wiper blades. The staff was helpful and very nice. I was in and out in less then 20 mins. The price was competitive and the entire process was simple and easy.

Great service and fair prices. I had my headlights restored here and the results were PHENOMENAL. Hopefully it lasts awhile. Ive had this service done at other businesses and it usually only lasts a few months, but the employee here showed me his car and said its lasted almost 2 years and it still looks new, so I trust him. Ive also heard from other places around town that Valvoline does the best job at this. Ill update my review if the results fade.

They provided the best customer service and service! I was in my car the entire time they did all of this! The amount of time it took for them to do the oil change and inspection was mind blowing. I’ve been going for about 2 years, probably one the best oil shops in town.Feel like I can trust them with my vehicle, UNLIKE Jiffy Lube.The owner & management run it well, keep it clean, they are professional.

The employees were exceptionally helpful, friendly, polite, and professional. They were knowledgeable about the concerns that I brought up. They were very efficient. I was impressed that they were groomed nicely and that the shop was orderly.

They got me right in on a Thursday morning. Work was done quickly while I waited in the car. The facility was clean and orderly. Great place, great service! And, unlike Jiffy Lube, they didnt pester us about needing a new air filter, or try to sell us other parts or services.

We went here for emission and on spot registration. Super fast and friendly staff. Will go there again.

Car was done super quick, almost too quick. I wont be back for another service. Grateful they filled up all my fluids, not just the oil. Also grateful it was fast service. However, the oil was not all the way filled, infact it was maybe 3/4 the way is all. This made me think it may not have been even changed. I run full synthetic so color would not be a good indicator if they had or had not. Customer service was cordial but not friendly. Wish this location the best, but I wont be back.

Very quick service. I stayed in my car and had my oil changed in 15 min. They checked my tire pressure, brakes and topped off washer fluid, and even washed my windshield.

Good other than tire rotation was to expensive and we are missing Four bolts on the skid plate.

Went in for oil change tire rotation. After $7 coupon, total was $78.00. Got home and looked at comment section which said I had a nail in tire, which they didn’t tell me while I was there. They said to bring it back and they’ll fix it for $20. Also sticker on windshield says to bring it back after 3,000 miles for another oil change, but oil used in car is supposed to last at least double that. Can tell business is in it for just money. Won’t be going back.

Fast and pleasant. It literally was a 10 minute oil change. They made sure we got in and out of our van carefully. They explained everything. We were treated with respect. Will definitely be back. The only thing that could make the visit better would be the price. (Yes I know thats the going price.) Nice place.

I’ve been coming here for almost 6 years and if that doesn’t tell you how great they I guess I will! The guys there are all super hardworking, and just really great people. I’ve gone to other places and they won’t listen to me or they just kind of act like I’m an idiot because I’m a girl and I’ve never experienced that here. They’re genuinely good dudes who do the work, do it well, and treat everyone with respect while doing it!

Originally I was going to go to Jiffy Lube, got there and they said it was about 45 minute wait with a nasty attitude. But knowing jiffy lube history it will be over 45 minutes. So I called around and Valvoline had no wait! Which is amazing, and the same oil change that costed 80 dollars at jiffy costed me 60 at Valvoline. Once I got there it was an amazing experience, the customer service was great! In and out in 10 minutes! Will be going there for future car oil changes!

They are AWESOME! They want what is best for you. They are quick and communicate very clearly the problem and the solutions.Driving in Spanish Fork my tire suddenly was flat. I didn’t know what to do, I’m not from Spanish fork and just went to the closest spot which was Valvoline. They quickly diagnosed the problem, told me my options and recommended the best option for me, which was not the option that gave them the best business. They filled that tire and all my others and made sure I could get home. They rock!!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now with all our vehicles to have oil changes done. They do a great job. They are quick! (Unlike JL) and they make sure that they remind you about other services that they can perform based off of manufacture recs - but they’ve never been pushy about it. Just that they offer it and they show you where you’re at as far as fluid life of the various fluids they can help with. Overall, I’m always impressed with the service and the pricing is fair, usually lower, compared to others in the area.

SO QUICK AND EASY. I’ve been getting ripped off at places like Jiffy Lube. I upgraded to the full synthetic oil and got my tires rotated. Valvoline was still cheaper and got me in and out in 20 min.
