Hands down one of the cleanest and best pawn shops I’ve ever been to. Products are near mint condition and the owner is a great guy. I’ll definitely be back and gladly give this shop business any day

Definitely the worst experience Ive ever had with a store owner. Stopped by to support a local business and after seeing how high some of the consoles were priced ($350 for an Xbox One S without the box when it sells online for $200), I decided to ask about them. My intention was just to help as I know price can be everything for trying to sell things as a small company. Unfortunately I guess with my autism, things didnt come off to him that way and he was extremely rude and continued to verbally attack me until I couldnt take it anymore and left the store. I had seen a few actually decently priced things Id been trying to find and was going to buy them but I couldnt take being in the store any longer. I wish things could have gone differently but hey, thats what you get for trying to help people who dont ask for it I guess. If youre looking for a good deal, this aint it either, since even the dvds are $4+ a piece.

I suppose I should have expected that out of a pawn shop in the first place.In regards to your response: You are 100% incorrect. I called and said Hi there, I am calling because I had a tripod stolen and you have one similar. Do you mind checking the serial number to see if it is by chance the same? I did not accuse you of advertising the stolen tripod, not at all. I knew it was highly likely that it wasnt the same one, but your advertising date was close to when the theft occurred. The way you spoke to me was completely out of line. I simply asked if I could be helped and you made it clear that my call was a nuisance and berated me.

If I could put zero I would I went in with the intention of pawning something when someone in line asked how much he was gonna give me I told him. He then offered to buy it. Before I gave him an answer the employee then threatened to kick me out and then proceeded to physically threaten me ZERO OUT OF 5 DO NOT GO HERE. very disrespectful

Had a good friend of mine refer me to go on here about a month ago to get a Vortex red dot for my AR. I can’t remember the owners name to save my life. Hahahahaha. Nonetheless he was very helpful even though he was busy. I purchased what I went there for. And plan on going back a lot. I’ll prob go there to try to find a concealed carry. I recently found the perfect gift for my husband in this shop! Who else sells a tool chest in pristine condition for such a good price? I had to get it. Patrick at ZZZ is a good guy and is fair. I have sold him a few things and bought a few and I’ve been taken care of by him better than other pawn shops. He has a ton of good stuff in right now. I just bought a scope that was priced right. I’m really happy with the deal.

Owner was all set to give me a great deal on a product but i had to back out last second due to the opportunity to get something similar for free from someone. He was nice and polite about it. I think what these negative review users dont get is that if you want great customer service you should also be prepared to be a good customer! Its not a one way road.

The staff is great! They always make you feel like family! They are more then willing to give you more time if you just don’t have the money. They understand times get rough and work it out with you! There store is always so clean and when you walk in NO ONE is just standing around they are always cleaning something! I love this pawn shop!!

Super rude, aggressive staff. Dont you dare disagree with them. Theyll begin yelling and cursing. Then when you try to de-escalate the situation and leave, theyll call you a coward and get up in your face very agressively and then follow you out.Based on all of the other negative reviews and responses, Im sure the guy will reply to this trying to put it on me, but the truth is, I have never been treated so poorly in a place of business before in my life. You be the judge. They continue getting negative reviews for a reason.

The inside of their store is very clean. Items for sale were in great working order when I bought them. I have even had a few loan transactions with this shop and they took excellent care of my belongings while they had possession of them. They also have a friendly staff! I have never been here. I am on no ones side. I feel it interesting that all comments are either 5 star or 1 star. Its fun to read these comments only because it gets neither side anywhere but disappointment and thinking why did they write that. I refer two both parties. The owner of this shop was rude to me on Facebook marketplace. I asked him why hed listed a particular item at the price he did when a new version at a retailer was less expensive. He became defensive, said something about how Id missed model numbers, and blocked me before I had a chance to respond.

Had such a nice time while in the shop! Very personable and helpful! Our quick visit lasted close to an hour just visiting with the owner and his daughters! We left feeling like we made new friends!! We will be back for sure!!

I want to tell everyone who lives in or around the area that I wouldn’t go to any other pawn shop around. I have dealt with Pat and his employees for the longest time. Very cool, professional, friendly and always gives me the best advise about trying to sell or buy something. I always go to him first if I need anything. Love your store keep it up.

So after seeing the bad reviews I decided to go in! I asked to see a PlayStation 4 they were more than willing to help and all 3 of them were great! He is not weird or rude and neither were the girls they are just people that have their own personalities (we all do) they were great. Id recommend just giving them a chance :) The only thing I saw in the bad reviews that was accurate, the prices are on the high side and should be re-thought a bit. Most other pawn shops also allow wiggle room and they did say they were firm on prices.

To be honest clean and very good looking place to go and try to shop around, but personnel is not really interested in selling walked in didnt get a greeting thats fine approached worker asking for best price cash for a $900 rc car and received a very dry and simple yes, so to be honest just walked out the door I could have paid the $900 but just treat costumers with a little bit more of enthusiasm I drove all the way from SLC to pretty much loose my time

I read the reviews before I went to the store and a lady had accused him of being arrogant and saying something about being an X California gang Member. Talk is cheap so when do I store And found he has very nice products in their top of the line well kept clean I found what I was looking for and as I was only one in the store For about 7 minutes I thought he would release say Hi how are you He never did it say anything to me so I found what I wanted saw the prices were very high So I smiled at him and said I dont wanna pay list price for everything He told me to shop somewhere else I left and then I Call him to let him know How I felt and I could barely get a word in the edgewise I recommend U playlist price at a store that has brand new items versus used items

Put almost 90 percent down on a layaway and had some hard times fall on us. Wouldn’t refund any of the layaway. Will never do business with again. Scam artist. Hard to pay off an item you already sold. When we fell on hard times and couldn’t pay it you sold it. The layaway was in my husbands name. I’ll go back to Orem and continue to do business with EZ pawn. You can’t make your pawn they refund everything but the 20 percent which is reasonable. Your basically a legal thief. If my first experience with a pawn shop was with you I would never shop at a pawn shop. We didn’t even ask for all of the money for our layaway back. Just what we paid over the 20%. But I should of gone with my gut when I read all the other negative reviews. Should of listened to those people. Would of saved me a lot of money. How do you sleep at night ripping off people the way you do. My husbands in the military and has put his life on line for this country serving in Iraq and Afghanistan and gets treated like this by a slime ball like you.

Do not ever go to the store. I walked in inquiring about a handgun and I was asking simple questions regarding the handgun and its condition. The man at the front desk became irritated and I told him that he had an interesting sales tactic. He aggressively required me to leave his store and called me profane names (which I would explicitly state but cannot due to Googles language policies). I was not in the store for 2 1/2 minutes before he threw me out. The young lady that was also working there just sat there with her head down. She was obviously embarrassed.It is also hilarious reading the poor reviews and how the owner continues to argue and insult people in his responses.

Very rude 😡 As far as pawn shops go this is the worst. Who threatens a customer when they are asking for clarification on Their financing policies. We brought in 2 new yard tools and the Alleged owner threatens to take my tools and sale them because I wanted to pay on them and dared to ask why they wouldnt let me. Awful business ethics. I would advise everyone to go elsewhere. Not worth it trust me.

We went in on a Friday and they were surprisingly busy for the two girls working there. They did a great job of helping everyone that came in.We brought in a bunch of old jewelry and were thrilled with how much it turned out to be worth! The girls taught us a lot and we really appreciated all their help!!

I have never been to a pawn shop, but ZZZ had a drone with accessories I needed in time for Christmas, so I went (somewhat reluctantly). I was pleasantly surprised; the shop was nice and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I had messaged (thru fb) several times and the responses were always quick and professional. Arriving at the shop and asking specifically about one accessory, the owner personally hooked it up and showed me how to use that function. He offered for me to download the app and use it myself, but I declined, satisfied that it worked like new and my kid could figure it out. Overall a very positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to make the 1+ hour drive if they had something I wanted in the future.

I have purchased a few guitars and one amp from ZZZ Pawn Shop. Owner is fair and reasonable to deal with. He even kept my phone number and told me hed keep an eye out for the type of guitars I collect. (AND . . . he has actually followed up and called me when one comes in.) Great customer service.I will also say that I have spent several hours in his shop playing guitars. I am so surprised how poorly he gets treated by people when he doesnt pay full price (or the customers asking price) on pawns that come into his shop. - Last time I was there I told the owner, I dont know how you put up with some of these unreasonable people and getting yelled at every day.Take some of these negative reviews with a grain of salt. Some are angry people who didnt get to take advantage of a knowledgable Pawn Shop owner.He is fair and reasonable. GREAT EXPERIENCES so far!

Pricing isnt very competitive, pawn shops in Provo are typically much lower for similar products. Also, on top of that, I felt disrespected by the owner of the shop... My Dad and I visited the shop and were looking to buy an amp for an electric guitar. My Dad asked the guy working there if he would be willing to sell the amp for $70 instead of $80. The guy working there suddenly became very rude, told us no, and disrespectfully told us to leave the store immediately. Ive been to several pawn shops inside and outside of Utah and its very normal practice to offer a price or negotiate pricing. But not at ZZZ, they just said get out of my store. Not an environment I want to shop at.

Horrible place. Talk about your stuff is never worth anything,, plus owner calls himself A California gangster. But one thing be known he doesnt like woman and wil fight and let you know he knows it all. Even thinks business so good, wants u to pay to wear T-shirt around with slang gangster message advertising for him because he certainly does not ever have customers to pay for advertising. All and all having himself surrounded by under age girls he thinks hes the Spanish Fork king of pawns. Remember Spanish Fork is a very small town. But beware to him he will make nice profit on what he gives you if he knows your in need. AAA Pawn in the short time Ive lived here has more respect and honesty in all family and friends who work there. Need help with someone whos in it to help .Dont go past Provo Center St. On the corner cant miss, tons of happy customers coming and going. And in Owners WORDS Doesnt want to ruin your day by looking at anything else Nothing like selling stuff or trash people dont want. He thinks hes something!!!!!

I stopped here for the first time and was trying to sell my sunglasses they offered me $50 but I didn’t take it then I came in the second time and the owner tried to give me less for the turbine rotor Oakley’s and his offer was $25 so I didn’t take it and I told him they offered me more last time and pretty much called me a liar. This place is terrible! Btw I found these glasses brand new on eBay for $150 so idk if he was looking up the right sun glasses. This owner is trying to triple his money on every purchase.

First of all, I’d like to preface this review by stating that I actually worked in a pawn shop from 2014 to 2017, so I’m acutely aware of the line which separates the good pawn shops from the bad ones.Based on the sorely disappointing and deeply frustrating experience I had here today, I feel supremely confident in saying that this ZZZ Pawn Shop is one of the bad ones, no doubt.Earlier today, I called ZZZ Pawn and spoke with a young lady about a case of ammunition which I was hoping to sell to them. It was a brand new case of 1000 premium 5.56 rounds which retailed from anywhere between $335 and $350. I told this young lady EXACTLY what I wanted to sell, and I told her that I was hoping to get $250 for the case, which I know for a fact was an entirely reasonable asking price, because — like I said — I worked in a pawn shop for 3 years, and I know exactly how much profit they’d stand to make from this deal. The young woman set the phone down, and I could clearly hear her discussing my proposed deal with her boss in the background for about a minute before she picked the phone back up and said “yep, we can do $250”.I then hopped in my car with the 1000 round case of ammo, drove 20 minutes to ZZZ Pawn, set the case down on their countertop, and was acknowledged by by the same girl I had spoken with on the phone as patiently waited for her boss to come finalize the deal with me.After a few minutes, the man in charge approached me and inspected the case of ammo to ensure that it was exactly what I said it was on the phone. Sure enough, I’d held up my end of the bargain. He then asked for my ID, took all my information down, had me sign some paperwork, and took my fingerprints before handing me $200.I immediately proceeded to remind him that we had agreed on $250, not $200. On top of that, the girl I spoke with on the phone overheard the conversation and stepped in to back me up. His own employee took my side in the argument as she confirmed that he wasn’t holding up his end of the bargain.Even so, the “man” in charge adamantly refused to honor the agreement I made with his employee on the phone with his approval just 20 minutes prior.After about a minute of me insisting that he honor our initial agreement and of him lying through his greasy teeth as he tried to weasel his way out of said agreement, I used the word “unreasonable” and he reacted to it in the same way a spoiled child reacts to the word “no” as he furiously demanded that I take my business elsewhere. As I walked out the door with my case of ammunition in hand, he taunted me the way a high-school bully would taunt his victim.All in all, the man who runs this store is nothing more than a greasy, dishonest con-man who will undoubtedly make every effort to take advantage of you, and who will revert to acting like a nightmarish man-child if you call him out on his greasy, dishonest con-man shenanigans. Moreover, I’d confidently bet my own house that every single positive review ZZZ Pawn has on this site or any other site was written by the shop owner or by one of his friends at his behest.I’d also confidently bet that the owner won’t hesitate lie in his reply to this review in an effort to “discredit” me in the minds of would-be customers.If I could give this place 0/5 stars, I would.Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

They wanted me to have 5500 in cash just to sit on and feel a motorcycle they have for sale. I offered to go and get a cashiers check, which is the same as having cash in hand and they said no. The only reason they want cash is so they dont have to report transactions S to the IRS. Shady business and will never go back.

Ive sold, bought, and traded at ZZZ for the past 2-3 years and cant speak highly enough of them. Id refer any friend looking to buy or sell firearms since Patrick makes quick and legal transactions easy. Even their FFL transfer fees are cheaper than anywhere else Ive been to.

The guy in there is way over priced for used stuff buys for un fair market then charges barley less than a brand new one. He lacks common knowledge in guns. And a fai market. And is quite in professional and does not take it well when u correct him about his knowledge. I don’t recommend this pawn shop to anyone. BEWARE. ABSOLUTELY NO INTEGRITY ! I bought a 350.00 camera lens that they told me was in perfect condition. When I got it home it would not focus. I took it back only to be told NO RETURNS. And I could understand that if it had not been totally misrepresented. It was not perfect, it did not even function. Unbelievably dishonest.

Clean and organized store for the most part, but prices are high for a pawn shop, Ive been there couple times and the items I was looking at was much cheaper to buy online, I dont think this is the pawn shop for my household.
