I called for a quote and Tech Qualities helped walk me through my different options. I appreciate His knowledge and honesty. Most people have a trusted chiropractor, car mechanic, Etc. But in this day and age its important to have a trusted computer repairman. From now on, Ryan is that guy for me.

Ryan was extremely prompt and professional in communication. He took the time to research my issue (broken laptop screen) and advise me of the cost and implications to repair an older computer vice purchasing a new one. At the end of the day, we determined it would be a better decision for my situation to purchase a new laptop. So, given that he made no money through our correspondence yet, still took the time to thoughtfully advise me just shows his character, integrity and dedication towards customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone as he isn’t going to take advantage of anyone just to make a buck. I was extremely impressed by him in every category. Thanks Ryan!

This guy is awesome I gave him a call with a problem with my PC and he was at the gas station of all places talking me through on what I should do first before beinging it in to charge me more money and do the exact thing sure enough what he told me helped me find the problem to purchase the part I needed!

This company owner is awesome! He quickly found the problem with my PC Laptop! It was a bad adapter/charger. He didnt charge me anything for the diagnostic, and further, even texted me a couple links where I could purchase a new one through Amazon. Terrific!!

Got me in very quickly, had a lot of experience with the problem and offered me both the full, expensive fix and the easier, cheaper one. Took the cheaper one and it has worked excellently.
